03/06/2025: Since we were guests of the hotel we decided to eat on site. Important restaurant, divided into several rooms, all coordinated by excellent service. The plait with battered vegetables as an appetizer was excellent, the duck lacquered with grape must sublime, as was the lamb chops. Fantastic zuppa inglese at the end, good tiramisu but a bit anonymous. Excellent value for money, recommended!

02/06/2025: Good price, terrible food with most of the dishes reheated. Poor quality meat. The idea of ​​the menu with the dishes written on a deck of cards is nice but very uncomfortable. I'm sorry but it should be considered a tourist restaurant and with very poor quality of food!

28/05/2025: Quality antipasti, first courses, and second courses were served quickly despite a large crowd and a somewhat overwhelmed service team. We fell in love with the menu, presented in the form of "tarot cards" with a beautiful illustration of the dish on one side and a text description in Italian and English on the other.

06/06/2025: Deluso dal fatto che ci siano menù di serie A e menù di serie B. Per chi è del posto arrivavano palesemente piatti di qualità superiore. Ad esempio per i salumi ho notato che a chi è del posto servivano del prosciutto crudo tagliato a coltello, mentre a noi arrivava roba palesemente da ingrosso spacciata per roba tipica. Pappardelle al cinghiale fatta con chianina…

25/05/2025: Small but well-kept restaurant, right on the main street of Gubbio. Excellent traditional dishes at a fair price. I have to give special praise to the service: the waiters, despite their young age, were impeccable, always kind, attentive and available. It was never necessary to call them because they always kept an eye on the tables trying to make the environment as welcoming as possible. TOP!

23/05/2025: The restaurant Il Caldaro is located in the locality of La Bruna, a hamlet of Perugia. The structure and the rooms are elegant and refined. The staff is helpful and kind. Regarding the food, it can be said that some reinterpretations of local dishes are excessive and far from local flavors. 4 stars because dining in a group in the "limonaia" makes the evening pleasant. Menu: as you can also see on the website, varied and pleasant. Bill: if we consider the type of this type of structure, in line. Certainly not cheap and above average if you consider the location, panoramic view, etc. However recommended.

07/05/2025: Io e il mio compagno siamo stati qui a cena durante il ponte del primo maggio, il locale è molto bello, noi abbiamo cenato fuori dove si trovano pochi posti ma con il giusto spazio. Le ragazze che ci hanno seguiti ci hanno accolti con cortesia e disponibilità, nonostante fossimo in anticipo di quasi un'ora ci hanno fatto accomodare subito. Il servizio è eccellente, si sono occupate dei clienti senza essere pressanti ma presenti per qualsiasi necessità. Il mio compagno ha diverse intolleranze ed allergie eppure hanno trovato la soluzione per ogni piatto richiesto, cucina gluten free (se non ricordo male è proprio AIC) e opzioni anche vegetariane. Il cibo superbo, io ho preso lo stinco e la carne si scioglieva in bocca! I prezzi potrebbero risultare un po' alti ma ne vale la pena, consiglio vivamente di provare! Ringraziamo le gentili donzelle e se torneremo a Orvieto sicuramente ci fermeremo qui per gustare altre bontà.

03/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato il 1 maggio e nonostante fosse un giorno festivo, con Orvieto che scoppiava di turisti ed il locale pieno non abbiamo aspettato neanche 10 minuti che è arrivata la cameriera per la comanda, subito si e preoccupata se ci fossero persone intolleranti. Avendo mia figlia celiachia si sono preoccupati prima di portare il suo pane in un cartoccio e posizionato lontano dal nostro, poi a seguire il suo piatto, con tutta la cura e la gentilezza possibile,poi a seguire il nostro, si preoccupava per la bambina, chiedendo se il suo pane fosse sufficiente, ci ha spiegato tutti gli ingredienti che componevano il suo piatto. Devo dire locale pulito, cibo ottimo, cortesia e gentilezza. Da provare e ritornare grazie mille per la bella giornata che siamo riusciti a passare anche grazie a voi. Torneremo Devo dire non per niente hanno la certificazione di locale per celiaci anche 2025

We sat on the terrace because we are smokers, they brought us an ashtray and we were getting ready to order. Immediately a woman from the staff came and told us to smoke on the street, not on her terrace. I don't recommend it! That's why they don't have any customers there.

If you prefer to go on foot, you can park in Assisi and arrive in half an hour with a walk through the woods. The restaurant is beautiful and quaint. Worth a spin to see the extreme customizations that have been made. Writings on the walls, dedication icons! The Bracere is wonderful. All very good.

10/05/2025: Nice place just above Assisi. Many tables available outdoors and indoors. Very good food with large portions. Honest prices. From the restaurant car park it is possible to reach the center of Assisi with a short 20mi walk through the woods. Advised.
