13/01/2025: La Cantina di Spello è un piccolo gioiello incastonato nel cuore di questo splendido borgo umbro. Il locale è estremamente caratteristico, con un’atmosfera rustica e accogliente che ti fa sentire subito immerso nelle tradizioni del luogo. Il personale è stato cordiale e molto disponibile, sempre pronto a consigliare i piatti migliori e a raccontare qualcosa di più sui prodotti locali. È evidente la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro e l’attenzione al cliente. Il menù offre una buona selezione di piatti della cucina umbra, preparati con ingredienti di qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare le bruschette al tartufo, deliziose e profumatissime, e i cappelletti al tartufo. Se devo trovare un piccolo difetto, il servizio è stato un po’ lento durante le ore di punta, ma l’atmosfera rilassata del locale ha comunque reso piacevole l’attesa. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole scoprire i sapori autentici dell’Umbria in un contesto unico e accogliente!

11/01/2025: Uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona, senza se e senza ma. Location molto bella, un grande casolare rurale ristrutturato in maniera elegante ma sobria. Il personale è ben formato e gentile. I piatti sono sopra la media dei ristoranti di questa categoria. A mio giudizio il conto, considerato quello che viene offerto, come viene offerto e dove viene offerto, non è affatto salato.

Purtroppo è rimasto un po’ di amaro in bocca per il diverso trattamento ricevuto tra il nostro tavolo ed un’altro arrivato dopo: alle nostre medesime richieste, la risposta è stata diversa tra i due tavoli. Cibo buono, ma servizio molto freddo. Peccato!

01/01/2025: Cenato a capodanno, alla carta. Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista, per cui inutile sottolineare i particolari. Comunque ottimo il cibo, l'ambiente pure, il personale squisito e il prezzo in linea. Non so cos'altro aggiungere.

In this restaurant you will find the sincerity and goodness of the past, their strength lies in the simplicity and beauty of the grill, fantastic torte al testo, sublime first courses and house wine to season it all! Excellent quality/price ratio Thanks to the large grill they can prepare meat without gluten contamination (my celiac wife thanks)

13/01/2025: La Mulinella es uno de los mejores restaurantes que he encontrado en Italia. Pasta y pan caseros. Este restaurante de propiedad familiar todavía tiene el corazón de la auténtica cocina italiana en el corazón de un hermoso ambiente. No olvides la Panna Cotta y otros postres caseros. Bien vale la pena el viaje de 3 minutos en coche en las afueras de Todi. Me detengo cada vez que visito Italia. Muy recomendable.

25/12/2023: I chose this little place for my wedding lunch. Everything here is exquisite, Mr. Filiberto has the ability to make even just a simple plate of tagliolini with tomato an exceptional dish. I played it safe! There were 10 of us including a baby and a big dog. Impeccably set table, excellent quality food, excellent tastes and flavors (including the abundance of truffles!) All "seasoned" by the availability, kindness, friendliness and friendliness of the Owner to whom I want to say Thank You again!

07/01/2025: We had lunch on Saturday 4 January with a starter of cured meats accompanied by an excellent Cresamo, followed by stringozzi with bacon and tagliatelle with white Chianina rugù. All great, but next time we will book in advance, because it is always very crowded. Very kind staff and very nice environment. Advised.
