09/05/2026: Simply a stunningly beautiful place. We arrived by bike, just the two of us, and spent one night. The rooms are great and the place has a historic feel. We had a very good meal in the restaurant. Definitely highly recommended.

02/05/2026: This was our first time staying at a hotel during a motorcycle trip, and we had a great time. The restaurant was also excellent.

12/06/2026: We ate here twice in the evening. We ordered a total of four different pasta dishes, all of which were delicious and quite generous portions. As a starter, everyone had a slice of egg tart with vegetables. For dessert, we had Zuppa Inglese both times, which surprised and delighted us with its flavor. Highly recommended, and not just for the dessert! Good, no-fuss cuisine.

12/04/2026: I stopped for lunch with some customers (part of a tour group). The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a Baffo all'Orvietana as an appetizer and whole wheat pappardelle with wild boar ragù as a main course. The Baffo was amazing! And the main course was also really good! Highly recommended. The place is located in an alley near the Duomo, so it's also easy to get to.

30/03/2026: A truly enjoyable dinner. I recommend the cured meats and cheeses as an appetizer. With their homemade bread, they literally melt in your mouth. To top it all off, the extremely kind ladies are there. You can taste the quality of the dishes and the care taken in the kitchen. A place I'll gladly return to.

05/05/2026: Well-maintained restaurant, serving typical Umbrian products. We had dinner for two, sharing various dishes, and all were very good. Fast and friendly service. Good bill, €70 for two appetizers, two first courses, and a second course, with a bottle of wine. Definitely worth a try!

Let the staff guide you through the process. I'd been there many years ago and had fond memories of it; it was nice to refresh those memories with an even better experience!

02/05/2026: OLEVM was a truly pleasant discovery. Attentive and friendly service, a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The fillet steak in Sagrantino was excellent, but a special mention goes to the desserts: the blond chocolate plum cake is spectacular, absolutely worth trying. A place I would gladly return to.

07/06/2026: Three slices of raw ham, three slices of mortadella, three slices of coppa, three slices of salami, a veal with tuna sauce, a medium beer, a coffee... total 45 euros, no we're not even close because I've been in Gubbio for 8 months and I've eaten better food in all the restaurants for much less, never again!!!

02/05/2026: A great place to eat; in fact, I don't think there's a better place nearby. I'd start by saying that the food is excellent (especially the tiramisu), the location is top-notch, a place full of history and ancient artifacts. Not to mention the staff: the owner was incredibly kind and tidy, the other waiters were perfect, they made sure we didn't miss a thing, always present, and there were no waiting times, especially the young blond one (a really handsome guy). I'll definitely be back, I had a great time. Oh, and then I read some ridiculous reviews where some people had the nerve to insult the tiramisu. I think I had the best tiramisu of my life (obviously, try it first and ask). I recommend everyone to try this place, and you definitely won't be disappointed.

15/06/2026: We were a group of seven friends/brothers here on Sunday. The products were top-quality, the waitresses were very professional and friendly, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was comfortable, tasteful, and clean. I recommend it to everyone; we had a truly wonderful time.

04/06/2026: I ordered the truffle tartare, it was minced meat, the yolk was not marinated, and perhaps too much truffle cream, it didn't convince me, for what it costs they could have given it more attention, I then ordered some roasted vegetables but they arrived too coarsely chopped and soft, the pineapple ravioli were nothing spectacular, I expected ravioli but they were slices of pineapple closed like a piadina, overall however it is eatable if you don't have too many vices

02/06/2026: The restaurant definitely has potential, and the food is decent, giving it a full pass. Unfortunately, however, our evening was somewhat marred by the service: the organization seemed confusing, there was little attention to our needs, and the wait times were decidedly long, partly due to the loud noise in the room, which made communication difficult. A special mention goes to the head waiter. She was extremely kind and polite: she tried every way to remedy the inconvenience caused by others and accommodated us on the final bill. I hope the management manages to improve the service, because the place deserves it.
