05/01/2025: Nice place, good service, a little disappointed by the food: the cheese plate is really poor, for 11 euros they bring 8 very small pieces of cheese that seem to come from the supermarket; the cured meats are in greater quantity but nothing special, all stuff you can find in the supermarket. The fillet is excellent, the tripe is normal. Frozen fried potatoes, small potato timbale as a side dish too compact, I'm not sure if it was made with fresh potatoes. Price normal tending towards expensive.

07/01/2025: il 1° dell'anno lo abbiamo trovato per caso mentre giravamo per Perugia. Entrati abbiamo subito apprezzato le sale e la mise en place direttamente su dei tavoli di unica bellezza. Un' atmosfera rilassante ha accompagnato le pietanza tutte buonissime . Personalmente mi è piaciuto tanto il tortino di spinaci con crema di pecorino e pancetta croccante e gli gnocchi di patate viola con salsiccia di Norcia e tartufo .

20/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante ai piedi del borgo di Trevi.. siamo stati colpiti oltreché dalla gentilezza dei proprietari e dalla cortesia dei camerieri, dalla genuinità e semplicità delle pietanze. Ottimo il ragù di vitello e i tipici strangozzi al tartufo.. assolutamente da provare il filetto al sagrantino.. Consigliatissimo!

13/01/2025: Bad experience.. we booked at this restaurant for a Saturday lunch.. we arrive a quarter of an hour early and even before sitting down they tell us that the waiting times will be long... but we didn't think of wasting 3 hours in this restaurant for an appetizer and a first course… There are 4 of us and we choose this restaurant because they assure us that they cook typical fresh gluten-free pasta... we order a platter, artichokes and a first course each. The wait for the cutting board is about 1h30.. I don't know how long it takes to put slices of cured meats on a plate.. Then... the waitress arrives (1h30 after taking the order) saying that the fresh gluten-free pasta is finished... at that moment I wanted to get up and leave... due to the lack of seriousness in everything... Also because a lady next to me who had ordered after me receives the plate of fresh gluten-free pasta that I should have had. I order another dish... rigatoni. At a certain point we see the waitress entering and leaving the restaurant with a package of pasta in the bag and trying to hide it... at this point I think: "Was I supposed to bring my own pasta before?!" Never seen something like this... We continue to wait.. it's 3.25pm ​​and we decide that if the dishes don't arrive we'll leave.. two minutes later the dishes finally arrive! Never seen and experienced such a long lunch for having eaten so little.. A piece of advice, organize yourself better..
