13/01/2026: An average restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't leave any particular impressions.
The tagliata didn't live up to expectations; it's hard to even classify it. Basic service, pleasant atmosphere, two rooms, one more welcoming, the other less so... overall, the experience was rather unimpressive.
It's a shame, because there are definitely better options in the Orvieto area.
07/01/2026: Great restaurant! The menu is consistent with the area and local traditions. The first courses were excellent, especially the tagliatelle. We really appreciated the quality of the pasta and its cooking. The service was fast and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the place filled up quickly. Although the town is small and easy to navigate, the restaurant is conveniently located. A good choice considering the quality and price, even though ours was a quick and simple lunch.

08/08/2026: It's a restaurant disguised as an osteria because the place presents itself in a refined and elegant way, while the food is certainly top-notch (the Piacenza caramels are truly WOW), as is the very careful presentation of the dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was prompt. The quality-price ratio was adequate for what we ate.

09/05/2026: Hi, we had lunch today. There were four of us. The food was a surprise, everything was delicious. The fresh pasta and the meat were excellent, as were the side dishes and desserts. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the owner's friendliness. I highly recommend it.
03/05/2026: I came back for my son's communion. I can only tell you that it's an exceptional restaurant, excellent food and fair prices. Mr. Sandro is an exceptional person, he made us feel at home, as did all his staff. For us, it's truly the best.

20/07/2026: We happened upon Marsciano almost by chance, and a kind secretary at a medical center recommended it to us for dinner. It's a spacious restaurant with tables indoors, under the portico, and outdoors in the large garden.
The menu features typical Umbrian specialties, along with a few unusual or predictable options. We had a delicious Cannara onion parmigiana appetizer, followed by the Perugia-style cod, exceptional in flavor and a true rarity. The lemon sorbet was decent. The house red wine was good. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, even though there was a large table celebrating an anniversary. The price was very fair for the excellent quality. We'll be back.

31/05/2026: I ate well, the place was fresh, the wine was excellent, the staff were welcoming. I had dessert with pineapple and delicious ice cream... I recommend it as well as the red wine biscuits with Vino Santo.

17/05/2026: Authentic atmosphere, friendly and professional, good food and fast service. Although it's always busy inside (very charming), the tables are spaced well apart and airy. Recommended. Be careful! Book a table, or you might not find a table.
16/05/2026: I strongly advise against it if you want to eat well... We went for lunch and ordered two tagliata, medium rare. One of them was literally raw and both were terribly rubbery, unchewable. I've never eaten tagliata so terrible and so tough... it was hard to cut it, let alone eat it. The tripe, on the other hand, was overcooked, better than the tagliata, but still not good. The baked potatoes were nothing spectacular, but they were good. As for the service, it was bare minimum, but it left something to be desired.
I absolutely wouldn't recommend this experience.

As a celiac and vegetarian, I found excellent options, and they were super attentive to my needs (vegetarian) and concerns (celiac), even though they aren't AIC certified. Very friendly staff, cozy place, excellent food, generous portions. Highly recommended.

29/07/2026: Great! What a fun experience! Truly local Italian. Delicious food. Cozy little restaurant. We ate with 7 people. The delicious starters were actually enough on their own. They really don't speak English, so you do need a few words of Italian 😜 Go for it!
25/07/2026: Delicious homemade pine tagliatelle. The thick pasta soaks up that delicious sauce, and what about the coratella with artichoke sauce?
