23/04/2025: The place is small, but with many tables even in front of the door. A beautiful floor, beautiful arches, but unusual furnishings with colored curtains here and there in the room, a flowered screen perhaps separating it from a private wardrobe. Colored tablecloths, paper napkins, round glass underplate on which a rectangular ceramic plate designed to swing will rest. Good first courses, the "peposo" not very tasty, classic dessert.

24/03/2025: Beautiful family outing, the icing on the cake, "duca di Orvieto" .. Excellent meal, quality food and prepared and welcoming staff.. we had a great time!

10/06/2025: Excellent restaurant with a lot of choice on the menu. The only shame is that my portion of strangozzi with truffle was actually half a portion compared to the dishes of my companions. I had to fall back on my children's leftovers. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

05/06/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant with a group of 7 people, 5 adults and 2 children, and we had a really good time! The service was friendly and efficient, the menu was varied and with many options for all tastes. The dishes were really good and well presented, and the portions were generous. Excellent value for money.

01/06/2025: In Perugia, very central, decent food, but the IGP white veal fillet with porcini mushrooms, I asked for it to be rare/medium, was difficult to chew (I don't recommend it). The Chianina carpaccio marinated in herbs with truffle zabaglione was appetizing, although the zabaglione seemed closer to Dijon mustard to me.

18/05/2025: A charming place, with a truly unique historical atmosphere: stone walls, arched ceilings, soft lighting — everything very well-kept and welcoming. We tried the truffle gnocchi: simply delicious, perfectly balanced in flavors. Courteous and attentive service. The only detail a little out of place: the French music in the background, in such an authentically Italian environment. I will definitely be back with pleasure!

11/06/2025: Nice restaurant in Piazza del Comune, in Assisi, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the square. Unfortunately, we booked in the morning for lunch and there was no place outside, but the interiors were also valuable, with beautiful paintings by Norberto on the walls. Classic cuisine, good quality. Courteous and helpful dining room staff. good quality/price ratio

09/05/2025: Being in an ancient village you have to get there on foot. Remarkable location and courteous staff. Excellent dishes and excellent wines. I had already been there in the past and I went back on purpose this time and it did not disappoint my expectations. Highly recommended.

05/05/2025: An excellent dinner at the entrance to the beautiful historic center of San Gemini. Local products are highlighted from the appetizer, a platter of cured meats and cheeses, to the dessert. The Sangemini Picchiarelli with white meat ragout and parmesan with the addition of black truffle are unforgettable. The service is quick and courteous. The bill is adequate.

31/05/2025: Tradition, hospitality and professionalism. We had dinner here, suggested by a local artist, excellent quality of both food and wine. We suggest you try everything because from appetizers to dessert, everything is worth it. Very good

02/05/2025: Excellent place, we really appreciated the cloth tablecloths, now almost a rarity, the dishes were good, even if ours was just a quick stop and we couldn't evaluate it in more depth. The only flaw is the bread; they served us sandwiches suitable for breakfast, not for lunch. It's not possible to be perfect, however good, a good to see you again

03/06/2025: Présent dans de nombreux guides dont michelin, c est incontestablement un excellent restaurant. C est bon, bien prepare avec des plats typiques en particulier ceux à la truffe et tout cela pour une tarification très raisonnable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c est de loin ce que j ai trouve de mieux ici.

25/05/2025: Durante su estancia en un agroturismo a las afueras de Orvieto, nuestro anfitrión recomendó este restaurante por su auténtica cocina umbría y excepcional selección de vinos. También apareció en mi guía de Lonely Planet. Aunque no hicimos una reserva, nos aseguramos de llegar a las 12 : 30 para el almuerzo. Afortunadamente, todavía había algunas mesas disponibles, y disfrutamos de una comida fantástica con un servicio rápido y atento. La carbonara con tartufo y paloma fueron excepcionales, complementados perfectamente con el vino, incluyendo un excelente Orvieto Classico. Me dijeron que este es el restaurante más antiguo de Orvieto, con paloma que ya aparece en el menú en la época etrusca. Es un privilegio ser parte de una historia tan rica, ¡que continúe por generaciones!
