Il cibo per quello che abbiamo mangiato non mi ha particolarmente soddisfatto
Il suggerimento soprattutto per le bruschette" il pane va bruscato" e non semplicemente affettato e messe le salse
La carne era troppo cotta e quindi anche un po dura
La lista dei dolci direi insufficiente..
Buona la verdura cotta ma è troppo poco .Rapporto q./p.

16/03/2025: Friendly welcome, very good service, great food… except for unnecessary additions, for example the ‘powder’ surrounding the pasta. It’s not bad, but definitely doesn’t add to the dish. Your food is fantastic, have faith in it, no need for ‘ornaments’.

We took fried eggs and burrata with artichokes as a starter, sliced beef and Milanese cutlet for a second course, and dessert. All well presented, with excellent quality ingredients and very good. Abundant portions and truffles given out with great generosity.
