31/10/2025: Outstanding food. Best "matricciana" I've ever have in my life. Must try the house olive oil - superb. Very nice wine list. The house wine is a great deal, but you can choose between a great variety of italian wines. Great staff. A place to come back and enjoy over and over.

26/10/2025: Excellent dinner. Our expectations were fully met. While you wait, they bring you a revisited panzanella and some truly delicious thinly sliced ​​and fried bread. We ordered the tagliata (beef steak) with a side of baked potatoes and chard. We loved everything. You can season the tagliata however you like, and the (very kind) waitress brought us some delicious olive oil. We finished with some truly special desserts. It was difficult to choose from the dessert menu, but I highly recommend the apple tart. We would have liked to take photos, but we forgot. We enjoyed dinner in a very elegant setting, with good background music (not intrusive, but very pleasant) and truly excellent food.

14/10/2025: On Friday, October 10, 2025, we have a birthday celebration, and remembering a previous experience, I decided to recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is simple and elegant, with stone walls and beautiful paintings, some of which depict the city of Assisi itself. We were warmly welcomed upon entry and reluctantly decided not to dine on the wonderful terrace overlooking the square (unfortunately, it was a windy evening). Once seated, we were presented with a simple menu of traditional dishes, including the fillet steak with Sagrantino reduction and truffle, a truly commendable dish. The extensive wine list emphasizes local producers but also includes Italian and international wines, especially French sparkling wines. The impeccable and particularly fast service pleasantly surprised us. The price was excellent, in line with the location, menu, and service. The owner was friendly and told us a little anecdote about his "Amatriciana." Go try it!

20/10/2025: This is my first time dining at this restaurant... the food is divine 🤩 My husband and I had the appetizer tasting, followed by poached eggs with black truffle, guinea fowl, steamed cod, and two desserts. Everything was delicious. The girls who work there are all kind and available to give you advice on what to eat. What can I say about the Chef... fantastic, phenomenal, and friendly.
