08/04/2026: Halfway between Gualdo Tadino and Val Sorda, this restaurant never disappoints. The assorted antipasto, gnocchi with goose sauce, and tagliatelle with truffle are excellent.

03/05/2026: Incredible experience.. I visit restaurants even 3 a week.. and now May 1st this is the best of the year and among my all-time favorites.. I ate taglioni with artichokes and very light bacon with spicy tomato, exceptional... then a delicious fillet, almost too abundant... accompanied by a radicchio seasoned with anchovy paste... wonderful.. grand finale with Cavaliere's dessert... absolute goodness.. all with attentive, fast, kind and professional service.. I'll be back!! Well done

13/03/2026: Le Scalette is our favourite restaurant in Todi. The atmosphere/view, food and staff are all amazing. Our most recent visit was in August 2025 with our two young children and we were made to feel so welcome. I couldn't recommend it more.

Family-run, the service is excellent, and the hospitality and helpfulness are top-notch! 13/01/2026: An average restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't leave any particular impressions. The tagliata didn't live up to expectations; it's hard to even classify it. Basic service, pleasant atmosphere, two rooms, one more welcoming, the other less so... overall, the experience was rather unimpressive. It's a shame, because there are definitely better options in the Orvieto area.

07/01/2026: Great restaurant! The menu is consistent with the area and local traditions. The first courses were excellent, especially the tagliatelle. We really appreciated the quality of the pasta and its cooking. The service was fast and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the place filled up quickly. Although the town is small and easy to navigate, the restaurant is conveniently located. A good choice considering the quality and price, even though ours was a quick and simple lunch.

09/05/2026: Hi, we had lunch today. There were four of us. The food was a surprise, everything was delicious. The fresh pasta and the meat were excellent, as were the side dishes and desserts. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the owner's friendliness. I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: I came back for my son's communion. I can only tell you that it's an exceptional restaurant, excellent food and fair prices. Mr. Sandro is an exceptional person, he made us feel at home, as did all his staff. For us, it's truly the best.
