30/06/2026: I recently returned and was very impressed. The quality is truly top-notch, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The fried foods were excellent: light, crispy, and not at all greasy. I was also completely impressed with the pizza, with a well-worked, digestible dough and top-quality ingredients. The service is attentive and friendly.

26/07/2026: We found it by chance, one of those simple restaurants that are hard to find these days. Traditional Umbrian dishes, generous portions, fair prices, and friendly and welcoming staff. The internal garden is very pleasant, something you wouldn't expect given the area behind the station. We spent €75 total for two, and left with full bellies and smiles. Highly recommended!

16/07/2026: We dined at this restaurant during the vaporetto race, and the atmosphere was truly lovely. Regardless, we sat outside: a truly beautiful place with excellent service from Francesca and the staff, and delicious typical Spoleto dishes. The price is reasonable for the quality.

19/05/2026: The location, nestled in the hills between Perugia and Assisi, is like a terrace overlooking both, surrounded by magnificent olive groves and featuring a large veranda. The exterior is truly stunning, while the interior, in my opinion, features a slightly less dark palette, making the atmosphere a bit gloomy. The staff is very young but attentive, courteous, and punctual. The restaurant was packed for the ceremonies, but we didn't wait long for the dishes. Well done! Considering the young staff, the menu is varied, with traditional dishes and more, all excellent and plentiful, using high-quality ingredients. For what we ate, the price was more than fair. Highly recommended.

05/08/2026: I visited this restaurant a few days ago and wanted to leave a super positive review. I highly recommend trying the olive oil tasting before lunch: it's truly a worthwhile experience. We found so much care and attention to detail, starting with the tasting itself, during which we were given precise instructions on how to taste each type of oil, accompanied by matching bruschetta and all the necessary explanations. The restaurant's highlight, in my opinion, is definitely the Sagrantino fillet: incredibly tender meat that literally melted in the mouth, with a reduction that gave it a truly unique and refined flavor. The first courses were also excellent: we asked for the option of two half portions so we could sample more than one dish, and not only were we satisfied, but there was no extra charge—an option that isn't always common and is certainly much appreciated. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. It was a pleasant experience in every way, and I hope to repeat it soon.

02/08/2026: Restaurant in Montefalco. Very nice location with tables in the alley. The cheeses and gnocchi with goose were good, the pappardelle with pigeon ragù was not really a ragù, but a mousse, and too lemony for my taste. The only downside, not photographed, were the two sharp bones, which were a bit dangerous if ingested. This was because the mousse wasn't sifted. When pointed out, they didn't apologize. The service was courteous, with all the dishes explained thoroughly. A must try if you're in the area.

10/06/2026: Wow! This was a highlight of our trip to Assisi. One of the most memorable dinners I've ever had. From start to finish was an incredible 3 hour experience. We had the Mosaic tasting menu which was incredible. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Assisi.
