I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina umbra

11/06/2025: So di aver perso una grande occasione perchè ero alla ricerca di un piatto tipicamente umbro strangozzi al tartufo, mentre i piatti alternativi proposti nel menu meritavano un attenzione maggiore, ma ero stato in precedenza disilluso da una precedente ristorazione vicino Norcia e ho voluto giocarmi la carta vincente prima di ripartire e.... sono stato ampiamente soddisfatto. Sublime è poco .... un piatto che esalta tutto il sapore del tartufo! Per i dolci direi stesso punteggio 10 e lode. Accoglienza, assistenza e comprensione all 'altezza del punteggio acquisito dal ristorante. Tutto perfetto ! Conto leggermente più alto ma ne vale davvero la spesa anche perchè vengono offerti dalla casa antipastini vari gratuitamente. Ci tornerò sicuramente prima o poi.

11/06/2025: Maravilloso! así como la presentación y el sabor es refinado como un restaurante Wichelin de 1 estrella. Tomamos el menú a 40 € (una tierra, un mar) y nunca se esperaba tener una cena tan cualitativa por este precio

26/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo locale due giorni fa. Dopo aver visitato la splendida Montefalco, noto il nome del locale….Il postaccio….di nome ma non di fatto. Ho mangiato benissimo . Strangozzi alla carbonara favolosi e stracotto tenerissimo….un profumo a cui non si poteva resistere. I prezzi sono molto convenienti e la qualità ottima davvero. Lo consiglio.

09/06/2025: A quiet and well-kept place just behind the main square. A wide range of traditional Umbrian dishes, both fish-based, and in the evening also Sushi. The dishes are tasty, well-kept and adequate portions. Friendly staff both with us and with our dog. Highly recommended.

03/06/2025: Despite our arrival in Roccaporena after 3:30 pm we ate very well and in abundance. The staff was really very kind and nice with us, we really appreciated this. The service was attentive and fast. I recommend everyone to go there, we had a great time.

18/05/2025: Il Ristorante rimane un pochino nascosto e non ha un proprio parcheggio, quindi si può parcheggiare lungo la strada che è a senso unico. Il locale è piccolo ed è più una trattoria con un'atmosfera informale e piatti tipici. Il proprietario è alla mano. Il cibo è buono, consiglierei il risotto e le fettuccine viola, non le fettuccine al ragù. Prezzi nella norma.

09/06/2025: What can I say, every time I'm in Assisi it's a regular event. Nice place with very kind and fast employees. Good selection of beers and wines, good food but the first prize goes to the cured meats. Spectacular! I highly recommend the culatta, with a sweetish flavor with hints of walnut. Irresistible, I can't wait to try it again.

09/05/2025: Very welcoming place, and thanks to the weather, we were also able to take advantage of the outside which is very nice and pleasant. The service and food are also noteworthy, I highly recommend it.

02/05/2025: I had a very good time, the staff is very kind, the food is good and the prices are adequate. The restaurant has many seats both inside and outside and a large car park. I recommend it for practices and weddings. They also accept dogs inside.

19/05/2025: Very good trattoria in the center of Terni. Typical Umbrian dishes but well selected. Excellent zucchini parmigiana and ciriole. Kind and helpful staff also in recommending food and wines. I absolutely recommend it!

09/05/2025: Very negative experience We entered, we waited 5 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to wait for us; A waiter: only him in the whole restaurant, there must have been 50 people or more. From the accent he didn't even seem Umbrian (this place was recommended to us because it was very typical). We waited 40 minutes for 2 dishes of fresh pasta. In our opinion very overrated place

29/05/2025: It's truly astonishing what the service staff and the kitchen can achieve in such a small space. You can watch the grill master at work. During our visit in May 2025, we had ravioli and guinea fowl Umbrian style. Both were excellent (although I must say I wouldn't order guinea fowl again, as it contains a lot of fat and many small bones). So, next time, I would order the chicken breast. The only criticism was that the mixed salad was prepared with iceberg lettuce, and the inner stalk was more or less hidden as a whole piece by the other ingredients in the salad.

20/05/2025: We were passing through, a small restaurant with a wonderful fireplace in the room where they grill, very kind staff and excellent food, for lunch we tried the supplì, an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses, gnocchi with ragù, lasagna with artichokes and sausage and obviously the grilled musta very good.

18/05/2025: The place is unique and cheerful, I like the tavern atmosphere, it's perfect for a village like Scheggino. The comment I feel like making concerns the truffle. My husband and I ordered two dishes of pasta with truffle from the menu called "precious truffle". Inconceivable to me that they served me tagliatelle with an oil and truffle sauce. No. For me, the precious truffle must be sliced ​​into strips with a truffle cutter, no oily concoctions. That area is famous for truffles, let's honor them! The bread they make is exquisite, the cheeses are good and the crescionda is good. I hope to return and find a great truffle!

14/05/2025: This was a lovely spot for dinner. The mixed bruschetta plate was a highlight - colorful, creative, and packed with flavor. Each piece offered something different: sweet onion, fresh tomato, olive pâté, walnut and gorgonzola, and a simple drizzle of olive oil on warm, crusty bread. I genuinely wanted a second round. The pasta is all made fresh in-house - I actually watched them rolling it out as I walked in. My plate of ravioli with asparagus and herbs was delicate, earthy, and perfectly balanced. What started as a quiet room slowly filled with locals and travelers alike, creating a warm, unpretentious atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and eat here. It’s simple, honest food done right.

11/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia fidanzata mentre eravamo di passaggio in zona al rientro da un week end in Umbria. Il ristorante sorge lungo la strada provinciale in localita' Morrano Nuovo, una frazione di Orvieto immersa nella campagna umbra. I tavoli sono affacciati su una meravigliosa vetrata che offre una splendida vista sulla campagna circostante. E' stata decisamente una fantastica scoperta quasi del tutto inaspettata: ottima la cucina, fantastica la vista ed eccezionale il servizio. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con degli ottimi antipasti, tra cui spiccano l'ottimo Tagliere di Salumi e Crostini di Pate' Umbro, il Crostone con Lardo e Confetture e le verdure dell'Orto Quotidiano, coltivate direttamente nel piccolo orto all'interno della proprieta'. Tra i primi imperdibili gli Gnocchi al Pesto di Erbe Spontanee e soprattutto gli Umbriachelli al vino Rosso con Salsiccia e Cipolla Rossa, una vera squisitezza. Tra i dessert davvero buona la panna cotta. Infine da segnalare la bravura dell'ottimo sommelier che di portata in portata segnala i vini migliori da accompagnare, dall'antipasto al dolce. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma qualita' indiscutibile: assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!
