14/03/2026: Found it by chance, but it was a real discovery! Everything was perfect, from the carefully designed decor to the full, rich, and flavorful flavor of every course! The liver pate took me back in time, nothing short of SUBLIME!!! We had two starters: strangozzi (they call it something else I can't remember) with wild boar and gnocchi with braised beef. The gnocchi are a real treat, so I highly recommend them. For our main course, we had the eggplant parmigiana with a breaded eggplant slice and a side of fennel caponata... What more can I say? The staff was delightful, the food excellent, the atmosphere wonderful... What are you waiting for? Try it!

The service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and professional. The menu is a veritable explosion of flavors and aromas, with creative and carefully presented dishes. My favorite dishes? All of them: from the appetizers to the first courses, the top-quality meat, and the fantastic desserts! Every bite is a unique and memorable experience. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, a family dinner, or an evening with friends.

28/02/2026: Enchanting place immersed in the greenery of the beautiful Umbria, beautiful restaurant with a wooden roof, very kind and polite staff, the food is delicious and plentiful in comparison to the quality/price and very good. 35 euros for the menu, but excluding drinks, I recommend going.

08/02/2026: Nothing to say! The food was good, everything from the appetizers to the first courses, the meat, everything was delicious! The truffle frittata deserves a special mention, along with the lamb, also with truffles, a true delight! The service was very friendly and polite, the location is modern yet warm and welcoming! Excellent value for money! Recommended!

18/03/2026: We were in Orvieto on vacation and dined at Gregorio's on two evenings: a truly special experience. Davide and his father welcomed us with great kindness and a very friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The dishes are of the highest quality, refined yet authentic. Homemade bread and pasta with selected grains, carefully selected and truly unique flavors. Every dish is special. A special mention for the desserts: their pudding is a must-try! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto.

11/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It's a lovely spot surrounded by greenery and boasting a beautiful view. The chitarrine with cream of broad beans and bacon, which were recommended to us as an off-menu dish, were excellent, as was the fillet steak, which was tender and cooked to perfection. The owners and staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

23/02/2026: One of the best restaurants of my life!! I went for dinner with my family, there were four of us. The place is very refined and elegant, and the waiters and staff in general are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We started with a tasting of their bread and olive oil, and a welcome drink, which was a vegetable soup. The bread was warm and soft, and the vegetable soup was excellent. Then we had three appetizers: a saddle of ham with focaccia and pineapple, an egg with parmesan and truffle, and a pumpkin pie with amaretti biscuits and sausage, and everything was truly delicious. Then we moved on to the main courses, two ducks with pumpkin sauce and a veal cheek with wine reduction. The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and the pairings were excellent. We finished the evening with a dark chocolate parfait, three chocolate and chili crumbles, and a persimmon mousse. I think they were the best desserts of my life. For drinks, we had two glasses of red wine and water. The total bill was €270. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!!
