30/05/2026: Raw pasta. I asked for it to be remade and it came back raw again. The third time it was cold. A disappointment for a Michelin-starred restaurant! My wife ordered risotto and it was also "very al dente". And cold too!
24/05/2026: What can I say...everything was excellent. Beautiful and well-kept location, varied menu, very fresh fish, knowledgeable and very kind staff. I highly recommend it.

A classic Umbrian farmhouse.
The restaurant is also open to outsiders.
The food is excellent. Traditional Norcia dishes.
I will definitely return. I recommend this property.

21/05/2026: The restaurant is a pleasant and intimate place to enjoy excellent dishes at your leisure. From the first to the second courses, everything is fabulous, with just the right aromas to appreciate the meats and create the perfect fragrance to take you back in time. Expert hands create the fresh pasta, which you slowly savor with a white wild boar ragù sauce, or the Sagrantino gnocchi with crispy bacon. And for the second courses, even better: the wild boar stew, cooked to perfection, with a fragrance that sparks the imagination... the chicken and quail are fantastic. The desserts are perfect, and the coffee is a dream.
03/05/2026: A very welcoming and friendly place, generous portions and excellent quality, cuisine like grandma's, very fair prices.
Highly recommended for those who want to feel at home. The staff is friendly and always smiling.

10/06/2026: The meat dishes here are amazing! I had tried the truffled pasta in another occasion and it was good, but the meat this time really blew my mind. I ordered the set of three different meats and they were amazing, specially the lamb, which will be my choice the next time! The staff was not that friendly in the two times I visited but I have nothing to complain, as they did their job well. It's a place that we will always stop by when I the region, worth a detour!

06/05/2026: We stayed here on May 1st, 6 adults and 2 little girls. The place is surrounded by the green Umbrian hills, with a fantastic view. Excellent hospitality, the young and polite staff met our every need, even with two little girls who weren't particularly keen on sitting down! Excellent local food, presented in a modern style! Well done, especially Tommaso, if I remember correctly!

The atmosphere is familiar and refined, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
The dishes on the menu also amazed us with the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail, with noteworthy suggestions and combinations.
If we ever pass through the area again, we'll definitely return.

21/05/2026: We ate here twice in 10 days. The first time (we chose the same meat dish) we found it better than the second time. Different chef perhaps? The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good. It was a pity that the waiter who came to serve something had just been smoking and brought a whiff of cigarette smoke to the table. Nice place, nice surroundings, and they all speak reasonably good English.
16/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to be a guest at this splendid restaurant. The atmosphere and service are far above average, with a reinterpretation of Umbrian tradition and seafood.
The wine list is adequate, as is the quality/price ratio.

20/05/2026: Osteria Mangiafuoco is located in Perugia in Via Della Ferrovia, 1. A truly unique, friendly and serene place. Pleasant, knowledgeable and professional staff. Exquisite food, well prepared and presented. I was in Perugia for work and it was recommended to me by local friends... appetizer of local products and cold cuts with a really well-cooked, quality sliced steak with a side of perfectly cooked potatoes with their skins... local red wine and... lots of passion... the only flaw is the lack of parking... but clearly not significant...

26/03/2026: Drawn by this restaurant with its vaulted ceilings and exposed stone, we entered for dinner, sampling some typical Umbrian dishes.
Scrambled eggs with truffles and torta al testo, followed by truffle strangozzi, paired with a fine Montefalco Sagrantino.
These delicious dishes completely satisfied us.
16/03/2026: Kudos to the waiter. The food could be improved. We ordered pasta, but it wasn't very hot (though the flavor was good). We ordered the soft-centered tart for dessert, but it was overcooked. It wasn't soft-centered and was almost burnt on the outside.
