08/05/2025: The rating of this restaurant is very high, hence my interest. But I don't understand it; If you are looking for a real and good restaurant this is unfortunately not the place.
The spritz was good.
Carbonara pasta... Ugh, I make the best ones myself.

12/05/2025: Nice location, very friendly staff. Wines good!!! Appetizer too. Main course don't take the lamb chops because they are heavily breaded and seem to be fried and therefore ruined. Octopus ok.
06/05/2025: L’ultima visita all’Osteria dei Poeti mi ha lasciato davvero un grande sorriso sulle labbra.
Attualmente l’unica realtà volterrana che crea un connubio perfetto tra la tradizione dei gusti e raffinatezza della tecnica, a mio dire.
Il sapore dei pomodori confit della tarteletta, una sfoglia incredibilmente leggera e croccante, è deciso e avvolgente.
Il petto d’anatra lascia senza parole, davvero perfetto, degno dello Chef che ha arricchito la sua formazione trascorrendo anni a Parigi. Da sottolineare con una nota positiva la responsabile di Sala, precisa, preparata e attenta ad ogni necessità.
Consigliato per ogni l'occasione, dalle più formali a semplici soste senza programmi.

17/05/2025: This restaurant was such a wonderful surprise! It is an intimate and comfortable locality that really gives you the opportunity to experience the Italian cuisine. We had a lovely time enjoying the different flavors so masterfully combined and ordered an appetizer, two primi and a secondo to share. We spent 60€ in total and would definitely recommend!

27/05/2025: We ate two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses and two desserts for four with two excellent bottles of wine. The right amount of money was spent on dishes with original flavors and well presented. The courtesy of the owner is to be considered a touch of color in the grayness of most restaurants in Pisa. I am very happy especially for my guests who will take home a nice memory of Italian cuisine.

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

20/02/2025: In diverse occasioni abbiamo pranzato in gruppo numeroso a Re di Puglia e sempre siamo stati benissimo. Gli ampi spazi del locale ti consentono di godere anche della conversazione a tavola.
I piatti sono cucinati sapientemente, utilizzando materie prime di qualità.

Prezzi chiaramente descritti sui menù ed assolutamente adeguati all'offerta gastronomica.

04/06/2025: WE ARE NOT THERE AT ALL
I don't like puns because in your response to my son Matteo's review (he wrote it and not my wife) in replying you say: "you waited a little longer than usual".... if for you 1 hour and 22 minutes for a house appetizer is a minimum wait then I'm sorry but we are not there at all.
You tell me that the place is full (but it was to be expected given the bank holiday weekend) while the dining room manager spoke of an unforeseen event that led to a shortage of staff; but it would have been enough to warn in advance and say that due to an unforeseen event the waiting times would be long. I had booked days in advance, we arrived at 8.10pm, the place was packed, the lady in the dining room looked around and pointed to a table and told us to sit there, a table set for two (so it wasn't ours for three) I had to stop a waiter after a while to ask for water which was brought to us and left in a hurry without even having time to tell him that there were three of us and at least glasses for the third person. Just look at the fact that at 9.37pm I paid at your place, we went out and as you can see at 10.31pm so about 1 hour later at a restaurant near you where we sat down to eat there was the payment that certifies that we had eaten 3 first courses, 3 desserts ..... so YOU DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS
Having said "you waited a little longer than you should have" is a play on words on your part that makes me pass us off in the eyes of people as something we are not.
I attach the receipts that count more than words
