17/06/2025: Booked on a Saturday evening on the advice of acquaintances. My partner and I ate some of the house appetizer, including very good cured meat (N.B. I am "Emilian" and to say that I am boring with cured meat is an understatement ...), fresh and spot on house wine, and then the steak, one of the best of my life, you could cut it with a fork! I was also truly, pleasantly surprised by the no-frills atmosphere of an old-fashioned trattoria. Extremely familiar and relaxing. The service equally worthy of praise, informal but very professional (the waiter advised us and followed us without ever being intrusive). Extremely competitive quality-price ratio. It has become one of my favorites, and will certainly be a regular stop once I move permanently to Pisa! P.s.: the wine for two was a 1.5 liter flask, it would have been nice to be able to drink it all, if only they didn't take away your underwear at the first checkpoint...
