Had lunch on 05/24/2026 on a trip to a characteristic restaurant located in the historic center, adjacent to the Duomo. Not very large, with an adjoining outdoor terrace, also small. Two internal rooms, with one slightly raised, with vaults made of exposed brick, typical of period architecture. Tourist menu: pici with cheese and pepper, dessert (two variations, Sacher and cheese cake), water, coffee, €20. All 23 of the group were satisfied.

Delicious pizza, recommend margarita and prosciutto e fungi, that’s what we ordered. Limoncello spritz was just perfect during a hot afternoon. 5/5 recommend to come and eat here.

We don't understand all the bad reviews. It was very tasty. I had the pasta with goat cheese and pepper. It's quite possible the pasta wasn't homemade, but we don't know for sure. Communication in English was rather difficult. The sparkling water was also great, but we didn't order anything else because it was too expensive.

The ribollita was surprisingly good, highly recommend. Speedy service, very Tuscan environment. Cacio e Pepe was very al dente.

We came to italy from greece due to a school trip, and weren’t able to find a nice place to eat so far(probably because we don’t know where to search 😂) but this specific bistrot was the best one of the whole trip. The service was amazing and the prices too good for the quality, definitely worth a stop!!!

22/03/2026: Lovely team, very friendly and attentive. The food unfortunately was not the best. Even the tiramisu was a disappointment. Not made in the traditional way. The La Reine biscuits were too crunchy. I wouldn't mind if the prices were low but you pay a lot for the lack of quality. Also felt unwell after dining there.
23/01/2026: We ate here last night. The atmosphere was very subdued, with soft lighting and pleasant background music. We had the artichoke flan, the pici cacio e pepe, the cheek with mashed potatoes, and two different desserts...all delicious! I didn't use a knife to eat the cheek... The prices were more than reasonable. All "topped off" by a very kind owner who had already brought water for our dog in no time... Highly recommended!!!!
