01/04/2025: I recently ate a Florentine steak at the restaurant "Alla Griglia" and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The meat was tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer crust and a juicy center. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant very welcoming. A great place for meat lovers! Every time I return to Florence I eat at this place to savor this delicacy once again.

It is very large in size, with many seats. The service is fast and the prices are average. I had an entrecôte that was truly exquisite, with a side of baked potatoes and very good green beans, also adding some sautéed chicory. All accompanied with an excellent red wine and I must say that their wine selection is not bad at all, on the contrary! To finish in style, a nice and good chocolate mousse. In addition to the excellent dinner, I also had a nice evening. Recommended.

31/03/2025: Sono stato presso il locale per un pranzo Domenicale , la qualità degli alimenti è sicuramente ottima, abbiamo preso una Fiorentina in due, patate al forno fagioli una bottiglia di vino Morellino di Scansano una focaccia e abbiamo speso 96 euro in due. Le porzioni ridotte il conto salato.

29/10/2024: When I returned to Prato from China in the fall, I found that this store was closed. During the two years when I moved to Prato for my research, I went to this restaurant at least twice almost every month. I always ordered wild boar spaghetti, mushroom pasta and grilled meat platter. This store also has special ingredients from time to time. The boss is always very welcoming. All in all it was a great memory. I will be leaving Italy soon, but I will miss it.

26/11/2024: Trattoria/osteria tipica che mantiene il fascino rustico di un tempo e gestita dalla signora (credo) Paola che è di una squisitezza infinita. Abbiamo mangiato piatti della tradizione che non hanno nulla da invidiare alle tanto osannate e decantate portate gourmet. Antipasto con focaccia fritta ripiena di mortadella, pesto e pistacchi e come primo tortelli di patate con crema di parmigiano e guanciale croccante. Il gradimento di questi ultimi potrebbe essere riassunto con la frase inglese "something to die for!!". Torta di mele con crema calda e cantucci offerti con vin santo. Se potessi darei 10 stelle.
