02/11/2025: I sat at the table for my mother to have dinner. I ate nothing. Even then I was charged a covert charge for just sitting on the chair. Side dishes of broccoli and caponata were very soft and overcooked, they came so fast after the order that they must have been leftovers from lunch time. Pasta with pesto and burrata was tasteless and came with only 3 cherry tomatoes cut up on top. Very underwhelmed. Typical tourist trap - avoid.

02/11/2025: We went for lunch and had a great time! Gianluca, the owner, was truly friendly and welcoming. The local cured meats platter was excellent, the pumpkin tortelloni were delicious, and the lard and truffle burger, the special of the day, was spectacular. For dessert, a delicious apple pie and complimentary biscotti were a must-try. The local wine was also very good. Highly recommended!

11/05/2025: Tutto top!! Il cibo ottimo , il servizio gentile, accogliente e cordiale, rapidi i tempi d’attesa, in ottima posizione centrale. Consigliatissimo!!!!

04/05/2025: Piccolo locale nel centro di Arezzo. Abbiamo cenato nei tavoli all' esterno. Vino ottimo, molto buoni i pici con ragù di chianina. Prezzi onesti e personale molto gentile.

09/11/2025: Very limited selection of unoriginal dishes: they may be organic, but they lacked flavor. Portions were modest. Service was quick and friendly. A vegetarian restaurant should strive to offer creative, flavorful dishes that are pleasing to the eye and palate, but this was a disappointment.

07/11/2025: 5ecinque is my favourite restaurant in Firenze. Not only do they make delicious and interesting vegetarian food, it is a beautiful spot, full of character. The owner and staff are lovely, too. A true gem where I am always happy to return ❤️

08/11/2025: Excellent dinner for two. Chicken liver crostini was excellent, as was the "pepato" (a spicy dish). Finally, biscotti with vin santo and the bill. Perfect.

05/11/2025: It's delicious! We tried many dishes; the lasagna and pasta were the best, though the others were also excellent. Please don't leave Florence without trying it. It's located in a very pretty square.

29/10/2025: The setting and location are undoubtedly beautiful and well-kept, but the real shame is the pricing. Not to mention the wait. The experience was ruined by the unacceptable quality-price ratio. Charging €40 for a very simple dish like pasta with tomato sauce for a child is outrageous and unjustified. For these prices, you can dine at restaurants with a much higher gastronomic standard. I strongly advise the management to review and drastically reduce the prices, otherwise customers will not return, despite the beauty of the place.

03/08/2025: Sono andato a mangiare con la mia famiglia ieri sera Osteria tipica del posto gestita da una copia di ragazzi giovani e veloci. Abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al ragù fatte in casa per il figlio ed erano uno spettacolo, Poi abbiamo preso la Fiorentina 1,3kg ed era un burro a tagliarla!!! Complimenti!!!!

13/07/2025: Siamo tornati in questo locale di sabato sera. Consigliamo vivamente la prenotazione perché il posto era pieno. Nonostante ciò, siamo stati accolti benissimo e sono stati molto veloci. I camerieri si sono dimostrati molto accoglienti e ci hanno consigliato anche sulla base di allergie e intolleranze. La cena veramente buona, porzioni giuste, proprio come fossimo a casa. Oltre alle tagliatelle al ragù (ben condite) abbiamo ordinato la trippa e il cinghiale dolce forte; quest’ultimo a Siena è introvabile ed è una chicca della cucina locale. Merita davvero tanto. Prezzi onesti rispetto a una concorrenza che rincara molto essendo Siena centro una località turistica. Complimenti sentiti ai due nuovi gestori, veramente in gamba e che stanno gestendo una bella realtà nel centro storico senese.

15/10/2025: What a great place! Real authentic taste of Italy, offering local florentine cuisine. So many fantastic tastes to try and relish, we loved it! Amazing choice of local wines too.

11/10/2025: Quite expensive, with a poor quality-to-price ratio. Decent quality, but the food on the plate is very, very meager. Many seats are in a basement, and that's frankly not the best. I wouldn't recommend it; I've been there once, but I won't be returning. I repeat, I don't recommend it; in Florence, in my opinion, there are much better restaurants.

08/11/2025: We had two covaccini with truffles, priced at €25 each, and the price was reasonable. But at least the truffle should have been good quality. Instead, it was simply two covaccini with mozzarella. What a shame, I'm sorry...

30/10/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria da Fischio is a place just outside Quarrata that offers thin-crust pizzas, well-made and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Prices are average, although the authentic pizza costs a euro more, which is uncommon at other places. The gourmet pizzas, while good, are a bit pricey in my opinion: €14 is a bit steep, considering I've found similar gourmet pizzas elsewhere for €11-12. The staff is friendly and attentive, and overall the place is worth a visit, even if the prices are a bit high for the area.

12/07/2025: Che dire ….. locale carino in un borgo del Chianti, cucina a mio avviso nella media , preso un crostino nero toscano….da toscano dico …no , tonno di coniglio dove ho trovato pezzettini di ossa … e due filetti dove si era chiesto connatura al sangue…..e non lo era….in compenso la carne buona ma a mio giudizio nella norma. Servizio , ok i ragazzi di Sala molto gentili, la ragazza che ha preso l’ordine un po’ “ scocciata “ non proprio in linea con il resto del personale. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, prezzi adeguati a ciò che viene offerto. …non credo tornerò…..

27/06/2025: Ci hanno accompagnati degli amici senesi. Siamo stati benissimo! Bellissimo ambiente, super professionali, piatti buonissimi, una delle bistecche più buone che ho mai mangiato! Ottima cantina! Complimenti!!!!

17/09/2025: A wonderful local restaurant. We were four people. All of our staters and main were outstanding. Service was great owner and daughter very kind. Wine list was excellent and reasonably priced.

05/09/2025: The ambiance was wonderful and the staff friendly. However, we feel like we were ripped off! Two cappuccinos and two non-alcoholic beers cost us €28! We're from Switzerland and used to expensive prices – but these prices are on a whole new level! Be careful!

08/11/2025: Extremely friendly staff, fast service, and delicious, flavorful, and varied dishes. We toured their private chestnut grove and then had lunch here. They were also very kind in preparing baby food for us. Recommended!

05/11/2025: We spent a pleasant evening at Osteria da Gigino. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service courteous. The passion for cooking shines through in the quality of the ingredients. The price-quality ratio is excellent. A wide selection of high-end wines pairs beautifully with the dishes served.

26/10/2025: Feel at home even before you arrive. Our main contact was Raffaela, who contacted us on the day of our arrival and provided us with check-in instructions when we arrived later than expected. She speaks several languages ​​besides Italian, including Spanish and English. All the staff we came in contact with were charming. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect, just two minutes from free public parking, well-located for exploring key points of Tuscany. It also has an elevator.

04/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the experience couldn't have been better. From the first moment we stayed, we felt very comfortable: the rooms were impeccable, always clean and tidy, and the breakfast was perfect, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. The attention from the entire staff was excellent, from the breakfast team to the hotel management and everyone else. The location is ideal for easily exploring all of Tuscany, making it a perfect starting point for any trip. We would also like to especially thank you for offering us a superior room with better views, as we were traveling for a business photo shoot. This gesture made us much more comfortable and relaxed, which made all the difference in our stay. In short, we are truly happy and eager to come back. Thank you for everything!
