11/06/2025: Qui ci siamo sentiti a casa dall’inizio alla fine: il personale davvero accogliente, disponibile e gentile e i piatti che raccontano di una cucina davvero buona, saporita, onesta, senza inutili fronzoli ma con una ricerca di materie prime e sapori che soddisfa totalmente e fa venire voglia di assaggiare tutto. Abbiamo ordinato l’uovo, il risotto con asparagi e speck d’anatra e la guancia. Siamo clienti esigenti perché abituati a mangiare bene e tutti e tre i piatti ci hanno completamente soddisfatti. Gusti decisi ma di una cucina comunque leggera. Bravi! Quando saremo di nuovo a Roma non mancheremo di tornare!

20/05/2025: Historic restaurant in Valenzatico near Quarrata. Suitable for families and group dinners. Excellent quality food, fast and attentive service.

17/06/2025: Tuscan cuisine with very simple dishes, quality of food....sufficient but nothing more. Parking nearby so convenient, nice to dine outside or under the porch or under the various gazebos. But in the quality/price ratio, however, you pay 30% more than what it would actually be worth spending for such simple cuisine. A classic Tuscan appetizer rather skimpy, a small fillet and a salad, house wine 45 euros, so if we had had a full dinner with first course and dessert we would be around 65 euros.... In short, a tavern menu, tavern food, gourmet restaurant portions and good restaurant prices. I see no reason to go back.

09/06/2025: We were there for my niece's communion but we will return for a pizza. We ate outside. The place is not big so I think it is better to book. Friendly staff, excellent food.

19/05/2025: Enchanted, we were here on Friday night. I'll start with the negative things, although unimportant the only two things out of place in the evening were: 1 still water arrived instead of sparkling 2 poor lighting in the parking lot The review: Appetizers, 2 good tartares, with fantastic fried egg yolk, perhaps not very seasoned but impeccable quality and cut Second courses: We took THE FIORENTINA, I wrote it in capital letters because despite having eaten this dish several times in places where they have actually prepared this dish for 300 years well, the best Florentine steak I found was in Pioltello... 1.2kg of FIORENTINA seen raw was perfectly aged, it seemed at least 20 days of aging, cooked on the fireplace as tradition wants guys it is truly a mystical experience, served with potatoes and grilled vegetables. Cabernet sauvignon riserva 2021 wine, truly perfect for red meats. Count? Salty, but guys, if I go out with my wife and go to the all you can eat Chinese I still spend €110, here I spent €200 (150) because I took advantage of a discount coupon from TheFork, but I left satisfied and with the desire to return!! TO TRY

04/06/2025: We ordered two appetizers (Fantasia di salumi toscani and Crostini misti) and two first courses (Tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and Straccetti mushrooms, courgettes and cherry tomatoes). I think I have never eaten such overcooked pasta. The choice of beer is poor, only one type in a bottle, coffee is better to avoid it.

18/05/2025: Routine mixed appetizer. Generous first courses but overcooked pici. Wine by the glass only in bulk, not good. Friendly service.

20/05/2025: We were at this restaurant on Saturday 10th and Tuesday 13th May...nice place...attentive staff...fast service. We ate basic tuna, grilled octopus, baked vegetables, strawberry parfait and pistachio panna cotta and chocolate puff pastry...the second time two large fried seafood, baked vegetables and pistachio panna cotta. All good. I recommend the large fried seafood and the pistachio panna cotta and chocolate puff pastry.

11/09/2024: my husband and I stayed at this inn for a few days at the end of August. We booked the same day of arrival and the owner Mr. Alessio was very helpful in welcoming us (which is not to be taken for granted for a small accommodation facility) so for this reason our first thanks go. The Tuscan-style room was welcoming, spacious, quiet and above all very clean. Varied breakfast in the morning served on the terrace of the inn with a panoramic view of the Maremma hinterland. We have always had dinner at the inn as the food is all homemade by Alessio's family and it is all absolutely delicious and the price is more than appropriate. I will certainly recommend to anyone coming to the area to take advantage of this true hospitality of both the owner and his parents, very courteous people and always available for a chat. Precise only for those who want to have a beach holiday in the surrounding areas, from the village of Buriano which has the timeless charm of times gone by, it takes about 20 minutes by car. thank you very much.

28/08/2024: Ritornato a cenare in questo locale, dopo esserci stati la prima volta pochi anni fa: il buon ricordo è stato confermato. Vengono proposti piatti tipici della zona, dove in particolare i pici ed i tortelli svettano (fatti a mano). Altra specialità del locale e la carne, che viene cotta alla griglia. Nel fuori menù, degni di nota i fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta (che fortunatamente ho avuto modo di trovare anche stavolta). Oltre a qualche vino di etichetta, viene proposto anche un vino di loro produzione (a mio avviso degno di essere provato). Dolci della tradizione italiana, anche quelli preparati dal locale. Gradevole l'area esterna (dove sono accolti anche i cani), al pari della veranda panoramica e della sala. Conto adeguato (non economico, ma neppure eccessivo) ai piatti ed ai locali. Se in zona, consigliato.

17/09/2024: Thursday Japanese evening. Excellent uramaki, good chicken ravioli but the flavor of the vegetables dominated that of the meat, chicken with an amazing sauce, very good mix of sashimi including the oyster, meat and vegetarian sandwiches nice to look at but with little filling, very good desserts with generous portions, the Predessert was very popular. Excellent service, the only flaw was being able to order the miso soup almost at the end of the meal because the off-menu items were not communicated to us when ordering. Extensive wine list with excellent labels. Account in line with how much eaten. Beautiful experience, to be repeated.

20/04/2025: Colpita da un'accoglienza da vero ristoratore. Semplice e senza tanti fronzoli, ma accogliente. Tavoli molto ordinati, ed anche l'apparecchiatura adatta al posto. Vicinissimo al centro, ma esterno. Antipasto ragionevole, i tortelli di patate buoni. Il ragù di chianina veramente buono, senza tanto pepe. Ognuno può decidere quanto metterne!!! No??? I dolci buoni. Ho adorato il vinsanto con i cantucci che erano veramente buoni, senza averli chiesti! È così che si fa. Qui si vede che c'è mestiere. Ci ritornerei subito.

12/06/2025: Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem etwas abseits der Touristenströme gelegenen Restaurant, in dem wir nachmittags etwas essen konnten. Wir entschieden uns für das da Lino, weil wir vor dem Lokal von einem Kellner nett angesprochen wurden und ein Schild auf das Vorhandensein einer Terrasse hinwies. Dieser erste positive Eindruck bestätigte sich im Verlaufe unseres Besuchs. Wir saßen auf einer kleinen Terrasse mit viel Grün, die an einer Nebenstraße ohne jeglichen Straßenverkehr lag, und die uns bedienenden Kellner waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten die Gnocchi ai gamberi e zucchine, eine Pizza Diavola sowie den griechischen Salat, als Dessert Tiramisu. Als Getränk hatten wir eine Flasche Ruffino Rosé, wobei wir die Auswahl dem Kellner überlassen hatten. Wir fanden dies alles sehr gut, insbesondere auch den uns gebrachten Wein und dies alles zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Wieder in Florenz würden wir sicherlich wieder dieses Restaurant aufsuchen.
