04/05/2026: Unfortunately, I'm on a diet and maybe it wasn't the right time to try this place... anyway, they made me stick to my diet... it's a shame about the high prices... I think the experience is worthwhile and unique... highly recommended for those who want to eat little and pay a lot.
20/04/2026: A very charming and welcoming place, perfect for a dinner with friends; the wide selection of wines is the restaurant's highlight. In fact, choosing a wine is a true experience because there's no wine list; they invite you to choose directly from their selection (which is truly immense!!!). Each wine is priced per bottle; an interesting idea. The only flaw is that when it came time to choose, I found myself sitting at two very large tables in front of the wines and I only managed to see a few bottles, so we ended up asking the staff for recommendations. The dishes, which blend tradition and innovation, are also excellent.

08/06/2026: I had been here before and loved their bistecca, so I came back twice during my recent stay in Rome.
The ingredients and cooking methods are superb, and every dish I ordered this time was delicious.
Regarding the service, some waiters may be friendly and others not, but I have never had a particularly unpleasant experience. The atmosphere is nice, and the service and food are of a quality that justifies the price, so I would like to return to this restaurant again in the future.

26/04/2026: We had lunch and only ate the Florentine steak and baked vegetables, everything was delicious, but the steak, about a kilo, was Oscar-worthy, congratulations!!!
20/04/2026: A true trattoria, one of those increasingly rare these days. The handmade pasta is exceptional, every dish was delicious. I was only supposed to stop for lunch on Saturday, but I returned for dinner that same day and for Sunday lunch as well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. If you're passing through Porretta Terme, it's a must-see!

09/06/2026: The atmosphere was lovely and the service was good. I tried the roast lamb, but unfortunately it was far too fatty and had very little meat. I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise, it was fine.
03/06/2026: Beautiful Maremma Trattoria, found by chance, excellent service, the girls were very attentive to everything, the dishes speak for themselves, simply excellent and the price really right.

The food is delicious and the portions are generous.
I recommend trying the fried tripe.

04/05/2025: Piccolo locale nel centro di Arezzo. Abbiamo cenato nei tavoli all' esterno. Vino ottimo, molto buoni i pici con ragù di chianina. Prezzi onesti e personale molto gentile.

05/08/2025: Pochi piatti ma molto ben cucinati, atmosfera familiare e un oste che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Prezzi alti ma in linea con lo standard di Pienza: molto gradito il liquore finale…. ci facciamo uno Spinello? 😁 Ci tornerei anche domani!
31/07/2025: Ambiente gradevole e personale molto gentile menù molto limitato e prezzi esosi. Pici all'aglione buoni ma non abbondanti e un prezzo elevato (18 euro). Una lattina di Coca Cola 5 euro, un bicchiere di vino della casa 8 euro.
Non lo consiglio nè ci tornerei.

The waitresses should receive training in proper customer service, including smiling and friendly communication.
Plus, it's very expensive; avoid it—it's overrated.

Excellent couscous and cecina.
Quiet place with simple, efficient service.
Good wine selection.

Food full of oil, the "peasant's" fried food with terrible meat and lots of fat.
03/04/2026: Typical and always very digestible food, especially the excellent pappardelle with wild boar.
Excellent service, and prices in line with the good quality of the food.

Excellent products and very tasty dishes. Tonight they even served warm bread, which was spectacular with the cold cuts, and the pappardelle were excellent.

02/06/2026: Went for Dinner here twice in a 5 night stay locally because it was so nice). It is a very well run restaurant. One of the staff spoke perfect English which was great as not all dishes translate easily. The food was excellent, very tasty and well presented (Onion Soup, Tomato Soup, Mussel Soup, Dolce Soup Inglaises, Ravioli). Note 'soup' is not quite soup in english translation i.e. not as fluid. Soups was not what we expected but they were sooooooo good! Even better were the 2 local white wines we selected. Definately definately worth a visit x

27/04/2026: We had a wonderful lunch here. A very good and attractive menu. Something different for a change from the other restaurants on the square. Carefully selected meals. Highly recommended. Take the time to eat here. (If you are in a hurry, go to McDonald's.) And enjoy the atmosphere, both outside and inside. The lunch was fantastic. Prepared with love.
If we ever return to the village, we will definitely eat here.
