30/10/2025: Fiorentina is always Fiorentina. Mine may not have been exceptional, but it was excellent nonetheless. The wait was a bit long, but the venue was spectacular. The house wine was excellent. A very positive note: they don't have cell phone reception. Divine. Best regards, the guardian cat. See you soon.

29/01/2026: Good food, lovely outdoor seating, fair prices, it has everything you need for a great evening with friends. 24/1/2026 I can confirm the food is good and the place is nice, especially outdoors in the summer. Unfortunately, the service we received was subpar. We booked for four for the 7:30 PM session with a request to vacate the table by 9:30 PM. We arrived on time, and the table wasn't ready. A new one was quickly prepared with the addition of two chairs taken from outside, frozen. A round table was set up, leaning against the wall, so four of us practically sat around half the circumference. As soon as we sat down, we were told we had to vacate the table by 9 PM!!! From then on... service directly from the kitchen with a funnel. That's not how it's done! We cleared the table at 9:20 PM, after recovering with a very long dessert and coffee... so we could get through the appetizers and first courses that were shoved down our throats. This isn't right... it's not done like this. Because of the service, I'm revising my overall rating. Oh... I forgot... they didn't have Florentine steak... only one sitting on a Saturday night... who knows...

15/02/2026: We dined on Valentine's Day with an à la carte menu. The place is very unique and beautiful. The service was excellent and fast. The dishes were excellent and of the highest quality. They weren't the typical menu, but they paired excellent ingredients, both in taste and presentation. Considering the quality of the products and the attentive service, the price was definitely excellent. Recommended for a lunch or dinner that's a little different from the norm.

08/12/2025: This restaurant has not only the best pasta I have had in Italy but the kindest owners! One of the several times I dined here I accidentally arrived 15 minutes before open, regardless they greeted me with kindness, serving me bread and water even before open. I cannot recommend this place enough!

02/01/2026: Disappointing New Year's Eve evening booked because we were staying in the relais next door but total disappointment, badly eaten, cold dishes and not at all friendly who served us then for the bill an hour waiting and if you didn't check it even wrong

22/10/2025: The atmosphere is intimate, the service is fast, and the food is excellent and plentiful, at least for me personally (try the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and Tuscan crostini). A good selection of first and second courses.

18/02/2026: It's good to book in advance, because it's always full, but most of the customers are Florentines. Delicious food, wine too, super attentive waiters who make you feel at home, typical and classic Italian restaurant atmosphere. Large portions: many of them serve 2 people, so it's always good to ask or at least look at a nearby table. I ordered the breaded zucchini blossoms ("fiori di zucca fritti"), as I'm used to the standard in other restaurants in Italy, which serve 2 or 3 pieces. Well: 18 came!! But my companion and I didn't leave anything behind, because it was absurdly good. Desserts made in the restaurant itself; if it's still possible to eat something, you can't miss it.

09/12/2025: Family lunch yesterday, December 8th. Fantastic location, on the hills overlooking Florence, just below Monte Morello. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful garden and outdoor seating for warmer days. Simple but tasteful table setting. Attentive and very fast service. Recommended appetizers include mixed crostini and excellent Tuscan prosciutto. Among the first courses, the dish of the day was excellent: handmade tortelli filled with ricotta and yellow squash on a bed of taleggio cheese fondue. Less popular were the tagliolini with mushrooms, which weren't very flavorful, as were the tortelli mugellani with ragù. We opted for the house special: mixed fried chicken and (for a select few) rabbit with "ragnatela" (spider web), accompanied by mixed fried vegetables and hand-sliced ​​potatoes—delicious! The house wine and moka pot coffee were also good! We didn't try the desserts. A bit pricey, but considering the location, we expected it: €40 per person, including children.

16/12/2025: We celebrated our daughter's graduation...we couldn't have asked for anything better! Excellent seafood lunch, as well as a selection of excellent meats and a special lunch for our two little kids. A truly delicious cake was included. The welcome was wonderful and the location beautiful. Thanks to Stefania and her staff.
