Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile: Mattia, il nostro cameriere, è stato attentissimo per tutta la sera, è bello vedere tanta passione e gentilezza in ragazzi così giovani. I prezzi sono più che onesti e la qualità del cibo è ottima. Bravi tutti!

16/03/2026: This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I have to say I still have the same excellent impressions from my first visit. The truffle-filled first courses are excellent, and the location is unique. The terrace overlooking the Ponte Vecchio offers a truly special glimpse of Florence.

22/02/2026: Quick service, we ate two courses in 50 minutes. Excellent and plentiful food, and professional service despite it being a busy Saturday night. I recommend the quality/price ratio 💕 for two, we spent €130, but we ate all fish and a good bottle of wine ❤️

03/12/2025: Beautiful B&B! The location is simply perfect, in the heart of the city and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is incredible, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are tastefully decorated and truly welcoming. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. Without a doubt, the best place in town.

28/02/2026: Terrible. The food is terrible: pizzas that aren't real pizzas, but taste like they're frozen. An appetizer for five people cost us €12 per person: two half slices of salami, a few pieces of cheese, and two raw zucchini. Disgusting. We paid as much as we would for a steak. Never again. Close down!

19/02/2026: We loved it! Rainy Wednesday night in winter and this was perfect. Lovely service wine without ridiculous markups and the food was authentic. Tuscan pate, homemade tortellini and a delicious desert. Very happy with our choice. I don’t recognize the negative reviews here at all.

23/02/2026: We visited this restaurant with a small child, and they were very kind to us. The menu isn't extensive, except for pizzas, probably because it's low season, but everything is excellent and of high quality. The owner is extremely friendly.

01/02/2026: Rarely have I encountered such culinary excellence, capable of combining impeccable formal elegance with first-rate gastronomic substance. My experience at this restaurant was a revelation. I'd first like to praise the service: I found the waiters to be kind and attentive, a rare courtesy that prepares the mind for the pleasure of dining. The cuisine, then, is a triumph. We tasted superb fresh pasta: the Cacio e Pepe was a sensory experience, capable of transporting the palate elsewhere with its intensity. But the real surprise, almost shocking in its perfection, was the gluten-free menu. My partner requires gluten-free cuisine, and when I tasted her pizza, I was incredulous: the fragrance and flavor were absolutely indistinguishable from the traditional version, if not even superior. Without fear of contradiction, I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant in Siena. Congratulations, you are unquestionably number one.

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻 Ps cucina ovviamente tradizionale

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

11/03/2026: Osteria di Culegna = Simona! If you're in Pisa, you can't miss eating here! The wonderful and lively Simona will welcome you and make you feel immediately at home. I discovered her thanks to a recommendation from Pisan friends. When I arrived, there was no room, and it seemed like there shouldn't be, but something told me "wait"... I waited, and it was worth it. As I was saying, Simona is super lively; her cuisine is authentic, sincere, and excellent... flavorful and just the right amount! You'll leave full and satisfied! I ate divinely, felt at home, and had a wonderful time... so much so that I went for lunch (appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert) and returned for dinner!!!

02/11/2025: Hidden gem in the hills of Chianti not to far from San Donato we came across this wonderful spot that if you weren’t paying attention you would pass right on by. We discovered it 8-9 years ago and we’ve been returning ever since, sometimes twice in a trip. Amazing view and a wonderful outdoor covered patio. This was the first place where I ordered Porcini mushrooms and the waiter brought out a platter of uncooked ones for me to pick from. Absolutely delicious as all of their dishes are. I especially like the pappardelle with the wild boar ragu. Be sure to try a bottle of the local Chianti - our favorite is the Quercia Al Poggio,

03/10/2025: My wife booked a wine tasting here for her birthday while we were visiting from the US. Wonderful experience, friendly & accommodating staff, great food and wine. Our presenter was knowledgeable and courteous to our MANY questions. We'd highly recommend visiting here.

12/07/2025: Che dire ….. locale carino in un borgo del Chianti, cucina a mio avviso nella media , preso un crostino nero toscano….da toscano dico …no , tonno di coniglio dove ho trovato pezzettini di ossa … e due filetti dove si era chiesto connatura al sangue…..e non lo era….in compenso la carne buona ma a mio giudizio nella norma. Servizio , ok i ragazzi di Sala molto gentili, la ragazza che ha preso l’ordine un po’ “ scocciata “ non proprio in linea con il resto del personale. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, prezzi adeguati a ciò che viene offerto. …non credo tornerò…..
