Pleasant experience, family run. Perhaps better midweek than on Sunday where it is difficult to book. They are closed on Saturdays.

Very good food, I took some tortelli and they were very good, especially the dough. I then took the creme brulee for dessert which I highly recommend. Very kind and helpful waiters.

The restaurant is very nice and welcoming, the service is excellent because the staff is very nice and welcoming. The price is very good. The tortelli are very good and I highly recommend them (only there was too much garlic for my taste), for dessert I took the black truffle, really good.

The arrosto misto is delicious, and the potatoes are also delicious, but the taste is a bit monotonous. It would be better if there is tomato sauce.

Siamo venuti a mangiare Da Filetto perchè il mio compagno era stato qua 10 anni fa e ancora se lo ricordava. E per fortuna! Il ristorante mi è piaciuto molto perchè è vecchio stile, a gestione famigliare e molto accogliente. Il servizio è veloce e simpatico. Ho mangiato i tortelli ai funghi ed erano ottimi. Il mio compagno ha mangiato una zuppa (alla cipolla se ricordo bene) e da quello che ho capito era divina. Anche la carne era molto buona. Buon prezzo in due. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ristorante trattoria in pieno centro a Stia (Ar). Abbiamo cenato durante la Biennale D’arte Fabbrile. Piatti della cucina tradizionale toscana, cucinati bene in maniera semplice e genuina. Servizio pessimo partendo dai camerieri che sembravano messi lì solo per bellezza, nessuno sapeva delle portate che dovevano arrivare. Tempi di attesa biblici, ci siamo seduti alle 21:20 e alle 23:15 dovevamo ancora mangiare il secondo! Mi ha dato fastidio che ancora prima di pagare mi abbiano detto che non accettavano pagamenti col Bancomat, per quale motivo? Non è dato a sapere. Ricevuta fiscale inesistente. Lo consiglio solo per il cibo, ma il servizio è molto molto scadente!

25/03/2024: Great food, but they treated us with rudeness and a certain rudeness because we didn't spend enough. Our kids were hungry and ate a plate of pasta. We four adults wanted to eat light but there were only the side dishes so we ordered all the side dishes, but it seemed that we had offended them or made them lose a table for spending too little. There were even free tables in the restaurant. No problem: they won't see us again!

31/03/2024: Perfect, truly exceptional. Fixed menu at €40 per person. Crostini, fried gnocchi, Carpaccio, coratella, cappelletti in broth, vegetable lasagne, ravioli with goose sauce, roast lamb with salad, sliced ​​meat with vegetable flan, cod marbles with gorgonzola, yogurt and strawberry mousse, red wine, water and coffee. We started at 1.30pm and got up from the table at 6.00pm. Served with professionalism and competence. Thanks to all the staff.
