10/05/2025: Viajando por trabajo, cené aquí solo por recomendación de mi anfitrión Airbnb. Disfrutamos mucho de mi comida - la pasta hecha a mano era delicioso. El servicio fue amable y rápido. El precio era razonable. No me sentí fuera de lugar comiendo por mi cuenta, me dieron una mesa regular, no sentado al lado del inodoro / cocina / aire acondicionado unidad (como a menudo sucede a los comensales solos! )

31/05/2025: Insieme a mia moglie sono stato in questo locale pochi giorni fa. Spartano ma pulito, sorge in una struttura che un tempo, nel XIX secolo , ospitava un ricovero per carri. Il gestore del locale non disdegna di fare due parole con gli ospiti. Da sottolineare la squisitezza dei primi piatti, per giunta anche abbondanti. Consigliato.

08/06/2025: Wij logeerden met 6 personen in een AirBnb-appartement in de Via Sicilia. Dit restaurant was onze onderbuurman. Iedere keer als we er langs liepen was het restaurant vol, dus dan moet het wel goed zijn. Na 2 keer elders gegeten te hebben reserveerden we hier. Lekker buiten op terras. Mooi voorgerecht om te delen, de obers dachten met ons mee wat te kiezen. Helaas ging het daarna stortregenen. De ijverige obers probeerden voor ieder een oplossing te vinden. Toevallig kwam er binnen een grote ronde tafel vrij. Wij hebben daar verder gegeten en genoten van de gezellige sfeer. Alles was top, eten, drinken en bediening. Daarom zijn we nog een andere avond teruggegaan, zelfde ervaring maar dan zonder stortbui! Wij vinden dit restaurant een aanrader met dank aan de gezellige obers.

08/06/2025: Il Celliere è decisamente una tappa irrinunciabile quando siamo in zona. Ed è sempre una conferma. Nel nostro caso l’ottava conferma. La cortesia del personale di sala, l’ambiente sempre curato nei dettagli, il menù contenuto ma molto variegato, l’ampia scelta di vini, la cura del cliente per tutta la serata…sono tutti obiettivi puntualmente raggiunti. Ottimo il pane fatto in casa , così come la pasta. Entrambi disponibili in versione senza glutine, ottimi. È in corso una nuova revisione del menù e della carta dei vini…non vediamo l’ora di tornare per scoprirli!

14/05/2025: Conosco questo ristorante dal 2023 e da allora me ne sono innamorata. Anche quest'anno ci siamo tornati appositamente con tanto di viaggio in macchina (che ci vale tutto), per il mio compleanno e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Le tartare di carne sono strepitose(le migliori mangiate), carne saporitissima, succosa e di altissima qualità (di animali veramente liberi di pascolare nei prati), la pasta tutta rigorosamente fatta a mano in casa e freschissima con ingredienti genuini e freschi e saporiti. Tutto artigianale, per non parlare dei dolci sono fenomenali. Di tiramisù ne ho mangiati tanti in più parti di Italia ma questo ha un sapore per il suo mascarpone spaziale e una cremosità densa perfetta, è un tiramisù unico nel suo genere. Pannacotta strepitosa (altro che quelle robe gelatinose) e i suoi cantucci caldi sono la ciligiena sulla torta! Purtroppo i dolci ce li siamo spazzolati e mi sono completamente dimenticata di fare le foto! Vini toscani di qualità e anche il vinsanto buonissimo! Menzione speciale a Romano il titolare persona di grandissimo cuore sempre gentilissimo e disponibilissimo che intrattiene e rallegra gli ospiti con la sua simpatia! Lo adoro, è il numero 1! Ringraziamento anche a tutto il suo team, le ragazze sempre con il sorriso e di una disponibilità ed educazione incredibile! Grazie di cuore, torneremo sicuramente nel futuro ❤️

11/05/2025: Not every place is worthy of its "stars". We found the owner of this place to be pretentious and disingenuous! The owner showed obvious preferential treatment to larger parties, ad nauseam. Our food was average, far from exceptional, and our cinghaile was actually tough. When I expressed our concerns, he told me I should "go dine elsewhere". There are so many wonderful restaurants in the region... I would not waste my time on this one. BTW, my rating on atmosphere might have been higher, were we not seated right by the door as we were only a party of two.

08/06/2025: Vegetarian restaurant with several vegan options. I was happy to get a table without reservation (Thursday night). Nice and cute place. No outdoor seating. Service was friendly but unfortunately my order was taken after 2 tables of 4 people, and as a result, I had to wait for more than 30’ to get my starter (apparently, each cecina is prepared separately on the spot and it takes 15-20’ per piece…). I was surprised to receive a half circle of cecina (not sure whether it is always served this way), and found my portion of pasta rather small. Plates served at the surrounding tables looked fuller (but no direct comparison since no one had ordered the same dish). The cecina was good but the pasta was quite bland.

03/06/2025: Fantastic atmosphere in this place where you can taste real local specialties. Attention also to vegetarian customers with a separate menu. The attention of the customer is great and the view of the greenery is phenomenal.

09/05/2025: Il Gallo Giallo è una piacevole scoperta. L’ambiente è curato e accogliente, perfetto per una cena rilassata. La cucina propone piatti ben eseguiti, con ingredienti freschi e di stagione. Ottimi i taglieri, i primi e i secondi, con porzioni giuste e sapori equilibrati. Il servizio è cordiale e attento, mai invadente. Ottima anche la selezione di vini, con etichette Toscane interessanti. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta. Un ristorante che unisce semplicità e gusto, da provare e consigliatissimo.

16/06/2025: What an incredible experience we had at the Pasta Lovers cooking class. We loved cooking the 3 delicious sauces, the mouth watering meat stew, the pasta & gnocchi, & the creamy tiramisu as well! We had a lot of fun in a small group, getting to know our fellow classmates, giggling together as we sipped our wine & thoroughly enjoyed the experience guided by chef Giuseppe the owner, & chef Ayoub, who were both extremely warm, friendly & highly skilled. Sitting down in the neighbouring restaurant to eat our creations was so rewarding. Money well spent for a fantastic 3 hours in total. Loved every minute of it!

15/06/2025: The Pici al ragù and the grilled meats are more than enough for two people. It's the same or better than it was 10 years ago when I went.

07/05/2025: The location helps this little town tavern a lot which presents itself as a trendy grill restaurant, a little outside the box...forget the fundamental rules of welcoming good food and settle for burnt meats, lukewarm wines and an environment bordering on filthy.....ah, yes...the steak is not native...I usually eat Ori and I know the difference!!

22/04/2025: You should put the same effort you had into denigrating vegetarians and vegans to instead find a reason why people should come to your place. Rest assured that vegans don't even think about approaching your restaurant without the need for 'vegan stay away from me' or 'the florist is in Donoratico' signs. The really sad thing is that you think you're funny too...

14/06/2025: prenotazione confermata alle 23.00 per una cena di lavoro dopo-teatro per 12 persone. Arriviamo puntualissimi, sediamo in un ristorante completamente vuoto, trovando al tavolo 12 menù dalle proposte molteplici ed accattivanti, ma subito ci viene intimato di scegliere le nostre portate tra due tipi di antipasti e tre di pasta. Otteniamo, implorando, anche la possibilità di ordinare qualche pizza. Ne risultano portate diverse che si saturano tutta la tavola in 3 minuti e l'ultimatum di sgombrarla entro 10. Riusciamo a malapena a finire il vino, prima che , sale 23.50, ci sbattano scortesemente fuori dal ristorante.

14/05/2025: Siamo tornati a Milano dopo qualche tempo con albergo in adiacenze piazza Diaz, non abbiamo avuto dubbi sulla scelta del ristorante per due cene consecutive perché ci eravamo già stati, e bene, tempo fa… La cucina semplice ma saporita, è abbastanza varia, l’ambiente rilassato e curato, pulito ed ordinato, forse il servizio potrebbe essere più cordiale ma nel complesso ancora ottima doppia esperienza lontano da certi locali che lavorano solo per turisti, e poi è nel centro della mia amata città… ristorante consigliato! Ci ritorno di sicuro.
