10/01/2024: Senza voler esagerare, questo è il miglior agriturismo in cui ho mai mangiato fino ad ora!!! Non so come riescano a prendere delle interiora e dei fagioli e fare un piatto con un sapore pazzesco...i pici al ragù di chianina e tartufo poi, indescrivibili!! cibo a parte: posto bellissimo, il cameriere gentilissimo e in generale un ambiente rustico molto piacevole. Se abitassi in zona andrei in questo agriturismo tutte le settimane!!

06/07/2024: We loved this restaurant! The views were spectacular overlooking the countryside. It definitely had the traditional dishes we’ve come to expect from the area but a few different options including fried chicken with friend vegetables in a tempura style. And these fried potatoes that were a cross between a potato chip and a French fry. Really good.

18/08/2024: Very tasty, great service! Actually great atmosphere, but a bit cold in the back area... But the pizzas are great and huge. The meat at least looked good, but we didn't have it. Definitely recommended!

10/08/2024: A stone's throw from home, it has always been one of our points of reference. In summer you dine in the outdoor space, which is very nice. The standard menu, a bit wintery, is integrated with the proposals of the day, always very tasty. The tonnarelli with artichokes and bacon and the farmyard fried food are amazing. The pizzas are also excellent: neither low nor high. Discreet cellar. Fast and kind service.

16/08/2024: Small restaurant set in the beautiful setting of the historic center of Bagno Vignoni. Young, friendly and customer-focused staff. Excellent cuisine as per Tuscan tradition with top quality ingredients. Good wine list. Recommended without reservations.

03/09/2024: Swung in for lunch after a wine tasting, nice that they have parking although tight down on a lower level. Wine list was nice and the maremma toscana cab we tried was delicious. View is the real star, but we should’ve tried the pizza side next door that was packed (doesn’t show up on google maps)! Service was decent but food was slow (only 2 tables in restaurant and took 20+ mins), not a ton of flavor and we had to ask for bread (no olive oil) which was bland and cold. Venison was cooked well, polenta cake too - just missing flavor. Risotto was more rice than Arborio risotto and almost bad flavor with the asparagus, didn’t blend well and not al dente. Fries looked amazing, nice salting but not quite crispy enough / got soggy fast.

03/09/2024: Beautiful location, excellent mixed Tuscan starter. I wasn't crazy about the Livorno-style cod, too much sauce which in my opinion covered the flavor of the fish. Kind and attentive staff. Notice that it has parking for guests, I discovered it after parking a kilometer away.

27/08/2024: I recently dined at Il Pino, a place that left quite an impression—though not for the reasons one might hope. The food itself was satisfactory, but the atmosphere was overshadowed by the bizarre behavior of the owner, who seemed more interested in performing antics than running a restaurant. As we were seated and began our meal, we couldn't help but notice the owner hanging from the balcony by one arm, a sight that was both alarming and distracting. He remained there throughout our entire dining experience, grunting and snuffling in a way that was impossible to ignore. His constant, unsettling presence made it difficult to enjoy the food or the company. While the service was adequate, and the dishes were reasonably well-prepared, the overall experience was marred by the owner's antics. Dining out should be about enjoying good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but at Il Pino, the wild behavior of the owner took center stage in the worst possible way. If you’re looking for a quiet, enjoyable meal, this might not be the place for you. But if you’re in the mood for something truly out of the ordinary—though not necessarily in a good way—you might find Il Pino worth a visit. Personally, I found the experience off-putting and unlikely to return.

03/08/2024: A place with truly exquisite dishes, generous servings, high quality raw materials, handmade pasta, friendly and helpful staff, what more can I say, really highly recommended! The value for money is also EXCEPTIONAL.

30/07/2024: Large, simple and functional room. Good offer of dishes, well cooked and tasty. Service a little slow, sometimes distracted but friendly and welcoming.

10/08/2024: Many spoke highly of it to me, I honestly expected more. The service was also not very attentive. I want to come back to give it another chance.

03/08/2024: After living in Florence for six months I had surrendered to the fact that I would never eat a good Florentine steak in the city, luckily my colleagues at work strongly recommended this legendary place to me. Superb starter of cold cuts (I still dream at night of less cured raw ham), 1kg and 6 Florentine steak truly finally impressive. For those like me who live in the center, going there without a car may not be easy but the trip is definitely worth it.

06/08/2024: I made a reservation because they said they would give me a 20% discount, but they didn't give it to me. The food was okay. The service is the worst. They didn't even give me a menu for 30 minutes. The atmosphere is also the worst. I recommended it on the blog, but I won't recommend it.
