07/09/2025: Simply spectacular! La Terrazza della Val d’Orcia offers an unforgettable experience: a breathtaking view of the valley, accompanied by authentic Tuscan dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. The Pici cacio e pepe pasta stands out for the quality of the pasta and its perfect cooking, but the extra touch is the addition of truffle, which pairs perfectly, making the dish indescribable. Unfortunately, several traditional dishes and some ingredients were sold out, which is why we were unable to enjoy some dishes. The service is courteous and attentive, with attention to animals as well. Prices are average for the area. The waits are a bit long, but this is something that can be worked around. I recommend booking for lunch or an aperitif because in the evening the landscape is dim, almost invisible, and the restaurant's location would not be fully exploited. The only real flaw in our dinner was that the kitchen closed without warning or asking if we still wanted to order, especially considering they'd told the waiters we wanted to take our time and possibly order meat as well. However, it was still a lovely experience. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxing lunch, highly recommended.

01/08/2025: Very friendly staff, a variety of Tuscan dishes, both meat and fish. Dinner, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, with my wife. We had potato ravioli stuffed with pecorino cheese and a delicious meat sauce, and for our second course, Livorno-style tuna. Dessert. A glass of "Le Pestempello" wine. Water. Coffee. Total €80. Everything was perfect...except the chairs.

12/01/2025: Pranzo domenicale ottimo, antipasti con crostini misti buonissimi, pappaal pomodoro rivisitata con stracciatella, a seguire risotto di zucca con taleggio e cavolo nero, poi filetto lardellato con profumo di albicocca e rolle' di galletto con fegatini e prugne, vino locale il Morino piacevolissimo consigliato da uno dei proprietari, servizio e pulizia perfetti! Avevo un pochino freddo e gentilmente ci hanno spostati al tavolo vicino al caminetto. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo! Consigliatissimo!

30/08/2025: The sign is a bit hidden, but we found the restaurant via Google Maps. On a Sunday evening in August, there were no problems finding tables inside. The owner is courteous and eloquent in suggesting traditional local dishes. Without further ado, the food is good and the price is reasonable. The first courses are served with excellent sauces, and the second course is a top-quality Chianina beef with truffles. Feel free to try it.

29/08/2025: Unfortunately, I find myself having to advise against this place given my negative experience with the mediocre quality of the dishes I ordered, which didn't match the price paid. I don't recommend it.

05/09/2025: The food was the worst we had in Italy. Porcini mushroom pasta was flavourless and tasted like canned mushrooms. Ribollita was similarly bad and lacking texture. Cold service. 2 stars given for nice dining terrace and outdoor ambiance.

08/06/2025: Il Celliere è decisamente una tappa irrinunciabile quando siamo in zona. Ed è sempre una conferma. Nel nostro caso l’ottava conferma. La cortesia del personale di sala, l’ambiente sempre curato nei dettagli, il menù contenuto ma molto variegato, l’ampia scelta di vini, la cura del cliente per tutta la serata…sono tutti obiettivi puntualmente raggiunti. Ottimo il pane fatto in casa , così come la pasta. Entrambi disponibili in versione senza glutine, ottimi. È in corso una nuova revisione del menù e della carta dei vini…non vediamo l’ora di tornare per scoprirli!

28/08/2025: If Florence had a culinary time machine, Trattoria Braciere Malatesta would be it—except instead of taking you back to 1954, it simply never left. The bistecca is so perfectly charred you half expect Michelangelo to put down his chisel and pick up a fork. The pizza? Let’s just say if Dante had tasted it, The Divine Comedy would’ve included an extra circle of heaven reserved for mozzarella. The service is warm, efficient, and sprinkled with just enough Italian flair to make you feel like part of the family—without the obligation to help with dishes. My only regret is not having two stomachs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (and an extra one carved into the bistecca)

01/09/2025: I've been going to this pizzeria for years, and it's best to make a reservation because there's a large number of workers at lunch and dinner. All the dishes are excellent, and I recommend the fish dishes. The pizza dough is superb. A few years ago (2?), the dough was better, but the current one is still fragrant and needs a long leavening. Generous toppings and excellent prices. The main dining room is a bit noisy, but there's also a more comfortable corner, a heated outdoor gazebo, or the outdoor summer terrace. It's a shame that it's located in a commercial area and doesn't offer a view, but this has led companies to sign agreements with the restaurant for their employees traveling on business.

27/07/2025: Nos alojamos en Borgo di Pierre fitta, a 4 minutos a pie de este restaurante. No sabía qué esperar para ser honesto. Sin embargo IT era simplemente increíble. Ahora al día IT suele ser la comida o el Servicio lo que destaca por ser el mejor pero en esta enoteca IT fueron los dos. El servicio era amable, sonriente y muy acogedor. La comida fue hecha con amor y orgullo. Soy un chef Mi yo y yo podemos saber cuándo la comida se hace perfectamente o no. Estuvimos allí 4 veces en nuestra estancia de 10 días, y realmente queremos volver! Gracias Stefano, Carlo y dulce frente si el personal de la casa. Hasta pronto : - )

28/08/2025: A lovely surprise in the center of my city...Lucca! The atmosphere is very quaint and welcoming, the food is excellent, with excellent ingredients (the tartare and fillet steak are exceptional, and the first courses are excellent)! I highly recommend it!

03/08/2025: The food was expensive for what was offered, both in quality and quantity. Staff was not friendly. Sadly, I don’t feel it was worth the money and time. I do not recommend it.

05/09/2025: What a special place! Under new management and boy is it terrific! The pasta is so fresh, the risotto is on point, the pizza so thin and the wine list is amazing. Chef Enrico can cook! The front of house is handled expertly by Mark! It is super clean and a very welcoming place. They even have a garden area for seating. Located steps from the Duomo. Don’t miss a fabulous lunch or dinner here (or both)!

11/08/2025: Lovely restaurant on the edge of town on a little square overlooking the countryside. Lovely food and a relaxed atmosphere, we loved it and went back twice.
