I consider it one of the best restaurants serving meat and Tuscan specialties in Rome, and beyond.
The owners and staff are all incredibly kind and highly professional.

This restaurant was the best restaurant we’ve been to in Italy. My family and I came back 3 times in a row for dinner. Food is incredible and the service is great. Giovanni was the best waiter we’ve ever had very charismatic.
We recommend to make a reservation. This is a local spot and we sensed that they don’t love tourists. We were stressed since we don’t speak Italian but the steak was delicious, best we had in Italy, after trying 5 different restaurants in Florence and Rome. Very tender and juicy. Recommend just the simple bistecca.
I had been here before and loved their bistecca, so I came back twice during my recent stay in Rome.
The ingredients and cooking methods are superb, and every dish I ordered this time was delicious.
Regarding the service, some waiters may be friendly and others not, but I have never had a particularly unpleasant experience. The atmosphere is nice, and the service and food are of a quality that justifies the price, so I would like to return to this restaurant again in the future.
