Impeccable experience, everything fresh and tasty. The staff is attentive and super friendly, and the chef takes care of every detail. An experience worth repeating 1,000 times over.

Amazing place ! Local food made by a great chef (Chef Tomasso), my wife and I visited this restaurant after recommendation and we were not disappointed. Fresh food and big portion. If you are in Palermo, you need to visit this restaurant :)

Wonderful experience overall. We were a group of 10 enjoying a beautiful meal. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. Friendly and helpful staff. They even helped us solve a transportation issue for our stay in Palermo!

As German tourists among several Italian guests, we were treated very kindly and courteously. The food was truly delicious. There were plenty of alternatives for those who don't particularly like fish. We would love to come back! Thank you so much!

Authentic, delicious dishes and meals. I found Sicily in the food and the service. Fresh fish and genuine people. Prices are fair, in fact, in my opinion, even underpriced for the quality and deliciousness of the food. It's no coincidence that it's frequented by many locals. I recommend the spaghetti with sea urchins and the roasted octopus.

17/07/2026: All the pastas were really tasty. Homemade and rich flavour. Daily chages in the menu which shows is fresh. Staff were quick and helpful too.
14/07/2026: We had a wonderful experience at La Tavernaccia. The food was delicious and very generous and the staff was very welcoming. We would definitely come back next time we come to Palermo !

19/07/2026: If I had to describe "Il Ghiottone Raffinato" and "Casale Amato" in three words, I'd say: Taste, Care, Magic. From the first bite to the tasting menu, they made us feel pampered, not just customers. "Casale Amato" did the rest: a dream location, meticulously curated down to the last detail, which made our day even more special. On the wedding day, everything went perfectly: "Il Ghiottone Raffinato" dishes were served at the perfect time, hot, beautiful to look at, and even better to eat. Our guests continued to compliment us until late... between the food and the atmosphere at Casale Amato, it was a 10/10. And to be honest, we still talk about it. Beyond the food, the "Il Ghiottone Raffinato" team was pure gold: discreet, professional, and always smiling. Rosi, the manager of "Casale Amato," made us feel at home from the very first visit. They lifted a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our day 100%. Thank you so much to both of you for making our "I do" unforgettable. If you're getting married, close your eyes and choose them. We would make this choice 1,000 times over.
