Chef Andrea and all the staff welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. We have returned several times precisely because of the goodness and freshness of the dishes, updated every day based on the catch. Andrea, the chef, works with passion and creativity, preparing masterpieces every time Absolutely worth trying, it won't disappoint you.

19/01/2025: My friends and I were on holiday in Cefalù and we decided to try this restaurant. The view was really nice and the staff were friendly, but what let it all down was the food and the price attached. I paid €28 for a plate of pasta with sea urchins which was really low quality compared to its price, the spaghetti was overcooked and stuck to the plate and the sea urchins I really don't think were fresh. We also ordered a portion of popped mussels, which were also too expensive for the quantity on the plate, which gave off a smell that was really too strong compared to normal. I would propose to the owner to improve the quality of the cuisine by reducing the prices a little, it would be perfect.

07/02/2025: I came to this restaurant because I saw Mr. Roberto in the episode of 4 restaurants and I decided to try his cuisine. I come to Sicily every year and I stopped by Modica, a very nice and welcoming place, we ate very well and enjoyed typical local dishes, the very kind and helpful waiter entertained us for the whole evening. The only thing I was sad to see was Mr. Roberto saddened by not having won 4 restaurants. 🤨 Otherwise ok 👌

29/12/2024: Christmas lunch with fixed seafood menu. Given that, once we arrived at the restaurant we noticed our table and realized that we were really cramped and we couldn't even move freely. Passable appetizers with sufficiency (despite the inedible prawn cocktail and the couscous which was without fish) The first courses were inedible (one of the two dishes was completely raw and the sauce was acidic) Among the fish main courses, the stuffed squid was absolutely not up my alley, rubbery and had a bad smell The only positive note was the dessert, good and plentiful.

08/10/2024: Ho mangiato male a prezzi alti. È l’esempio, secondo me, di chi vorrebbe fare innovazione culinaria senza esserne in grado: a titolo esemplificativo un tonno che dovrebbe essere grigliato era bruciato all’esterno e intriso di olio all’inverosimile: immaginabile e lasciato in gran parte nel piatto: sarebbe bastato veramente poco. Le lenticchie sembravano stracotte e preparate da settimane: 24 euro per avergli messo sopra una julienne di seppie cotte (non crude) immerse in qualcosa di verde… ecc ecc il foie gras che normalmente adoro mi sembrava midollo bovino e abbinarlo allo sgombro mi sembrava una buona idea in principio ma mi sono ricreduto. Però erano simpatici.

30/09/2024: Questo, secondo me, è il migliore ristorante di Favignana. Menù molto vario, materia prima ottima, preparazione e presentazione dei piatti super. Si beve anche molto bene. Il personale gentilissimo. Che dite provatelo!!!!!

08/12/2024: On a trip out of town with friends, unable to visit Erice due to the weather, and when it was time for lunch, we searched on good old Google. The reviews read are true! The place is welcoming and the staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a rich and abundant menu from starters, to first courses and second courses, for three people; pennette with fresh tomato for the children, and swordfish with a side dish of courgettes (sadly unsuitable for me as I wasn't perfectly fit). Excellent waiting times! I will return to try the ravioli stuffed with shellfish (they looked excellent and they said they tasted great!) A place without too many pretensions but very welcoming and clean. Very good quality/price ratio. P.S. it is located on the 1st floor.

31/03/2025: Wonderful! The menu isn't very extensive, but it's a delight to eat here, and the prices are super reasonable. The pasta dish with anchovies was spectacular, plus beer, €13! The staff is also very attentive and friendly. If you visit Palermo, this is a must-visit!

La caponata dello chef è stata sublime per delicatezza, retrogusto e presentazione del piatto. L'ombrina alla palermitana cucinata perfettamente rispettando canoni di qualità e stile. 22/03/2025: Had such a fun time sitting at a large table with others we got to know. Tartare of swordfish and tuna was fabulous. The pasta with sardines in a green sauce was perfect. Enjoyed the overall experience and the food is very reasonable.
