Best restaurant on the island and of the whole holidays in Sicily! Food was amazing, we had Caponata with tuna which we are still dreaming about, Busiate and Tuna with crust as mains. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly! A big thank you to everyone who made us spend a great time! Grazieeeee!!! Ci vediamo alla prossima vacanza! Sara e Gabriele

Everything is fantastic, like the whole island. The colors of the sea are breathtaking. I recommend going around it by bicycle

Surprisingly nice given that the restaurant was quite empty (while others were full in the area, that’s how we ended up there). Super nice service from warm smiling ladies and quite a few very good dishes. If you have low expectations as we had you will be very pleasantly surprised

We went to this restaurant last night and it was a surprise!
Especially if you are celiac you must absolutely try the cuisine of A' Cialoma.
Staff super knowledgeable on the topic, they bring gluten-free bread and offer gluten-free alternatives for the entire menu.
I had a fried fish, delicious. Obviously made with rice flour, sparkling water and cooked separately. Accompanied with a pistachio sauce that enhances the flavor of the fish.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Incuriosito dalle ottime recensioni, decidiamo di andare in questo ristorante nel centro di Favignana. Fin dall'inizio il personale si è mostrato molto cortese e disponibile, il cibo ottimo e l'ambiente molto carino. Il conto,onesto considerando la qualità del cibo e la località prettamente turistica

La mia fidanzata ed io durante il nostro soggiorno a Favignana abbiamo optato per una cena in questo locale.
Personale molto gentile e cortese, che cerca di essere attento ad ogni dettaglio.
La nostra scelta è ricaduta sulla pasta alla norma, busiate alla trapanese e frittura di calamari. Nella pasta alla norma, purtroppo, le melanzane erano sparite.
Conto non in linea con quanto mangiato.

Locale situato in una posizione centrale comoda e tranquilla, sia la parte esterna che quella interna sono molto curate ed accoglienti. Tutto il personale oltre ad essersi dimostrato estremamente professionale è stato cordiale, simpatico e disponibile. Il cibo è stato straordinario, tartare di pesce fresco ineguagliabili, busiate al pesto di pistacchio e gamberi spaziali e polpette di tonno eccezionali, abbiamo terminato poi la cena con un cannolo scomposto che sinceramente può fare invidia a molte pasticcerie. Prezzo decisamente in linea con l'alta qualità del cibo e l'ottima location.

Cena esperienza, dall.antipasto al dolce tutto eccellente. La location un po spartana con prezzi nella media (forse un po più altini ma li merita tutti). Particolare menzione per i tonnarelli cacio e pepe e i crostini con stracciatella e tartare di gamberetti. Accoppiate che esplodono...
