On vacation in Noto, we opted for dinner at a quiet little place...and here we are at the Al Carmine restaurant. It's a clean, welcoming place, even though we didn't have a reservation, and the managers and waiters are very kind. Let's move on to the food...10 stars!!!! Exquisite, plentiful, and excellent quality dishes at very reasonable prices, thankfully. Highly recommended. I should add that I forgot to take a picture of the cannoli in all the photos, which were truly amazing.

Very nice, right across from the beautiful baroque church of Madonna del Carmine. The service is courteous and attentive. The food is very good. I recommend it.

We just ate here and the experience was excellent. The food was delicious, made with quality ingredients and prepared beautifully. Furthermore, the service was outstanding: all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal.
It's definitely a highly recommended place if you're in the area. We'll be back!

I visited Al Carmine a few days after it opened: I felt at home. Edoardo and Cristofer were the perfect hosts, welcoming us with a smile, joy, and attentive service.
I tried the Chef's Busiata, which I fell in love with (the lemon pesto envelops you from the first to the last bite), and the house antipasto (with typical Sicilian products) was surprisingly fresh and flavorful, with high-quality ingredients expertly prepared!
The owners have managed to revive one of Noto's historic spots! Right in the center, overlooking the Carmine Church. ❤️
I'll be back soon. Edoardo and his entire family are in my heart. ❤️

Both the CASARECCE and TAGLIOLINI AL PESTO ALLA TRAPANESE pasta were delicious, rich in flavor but not greasy.
But the mussels, well, compared to the ones I had a few days ago at the beach in Syracusa and Avola, were a little bit inferior…

Located in the center of Noto, near the Church of Carmine, the restaurant offers a delightful atmosphere, also suitable for a romantic dinner. Of course, you can enjoy the great classics of Sicilian cuisine, but the real added value is the exceptional service.
