The staff was very friendly, and the food arrived quickly. The four sampler appetizers were good, tasty, and solid, but not what I would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The pasta was good, but again, nothing sensational. The wine was also good, but not exceptional, and unfortunately, the service didn't ask if we wanted another drink. Getting a second glass was difficult because the waiters seemed overwhelmed. All in all, it's an exclusive, somewhat expensive restaurant, but above all, there's a shortage of staff.
On the positive side, we were able to get a table without a reservation, which was very kind.

The restaurant is well-maintained and clean, the staff is very friendly and courteous. We asked the sommelier for advice on the wine tasting, an excellent Sicilian white wine. We then moved straight on to the sfingione. The first courses were exceptional, the fried fish was top-notch. If you love good food, this is the place to be.

I had my hopes too high, seeing the Michelin star in the window. It was affordable, the service was good, but nothing exceptional. I ate at virtually every restaurant in the same street, and it just doesn’t stand out. The effort is there but it certainly lacks refinement, with a spigot (?) painted over in one corner and pictures that are just boring. You’ve got your typical wooden tables and extra nice front desk lady, the narrowed-down menu and the script about how passionate everyone is about crafting the most authentic fresh meals, but you can sense the rushed nature of everything and the noise from the street, the utensils falling on the ground, the loudness of the diners seated way too close to you. It doesn’t feel like an exquisite experience. Far from being a romantic place to celebrate an anniversary. The food isn’t bad, but it isn’t far above average.

I'd go back! An excellent trattoria in the center of Palermo, off the beaten path. A special mention goes not only to the food, but also to the dining room. We were looked after by Umberto, but also by the entire staff, who were friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable in describing the dishes and wines. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

With a bib gourmand under our belt, we had certain expectations for this place. But it smelled a bit stale quite early in the visit when several waiters came and told us the same thing about the day's specials. Disorganization, and a bit of a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Ordered two pasta dishes that were perfectly fine, but not close to what you would expect from a restaurant with bib gourmand status. Still, the sloppy, inattentive, and almost a bit pathetic wannabecoolwaiter attitude that pulled the overall impression down significantly. This team simply seemed poorly organized. Forgot bread, forgot the dessert menu, so there was no dessert either. Maybe just as well. We are unlikely to return here.

A delightful surprise on one of the most touristy routes to the sea, the cuisine is exquisite: the raw fish platter (tuna tataki with rare seaweed and wonderful aromas), the toasted grains in a pasta dish with seafood (bisque and raw shrimp), and to finish, a cassata that was incredibly light (sic!). The owner is also very friendly! And the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
