Salvinius Ristorante Pizzeria In Castellammare del golfo

Wow, we never expected this pizza to blow us away. The toppings were incredibly creative (mashed potatoes, ham, rosemary or yellow tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, lemon zest). It cost around €12-14 (as of June 2026). There's a huge selection of wines by the bottle and a small list of wines by the glass. We were offered two wines to taste, and they even changed the glass after we'd chosen one. The tables were set with cloth napkins, and the front tables offered a view of the harbor. The interior was pleasantly air-conditioned. The only downside was that they didn't clear the table at the end. You get up and pay at the bar, as is often the case in Sicily. Definitely a highlight of an evening with excellent quality.

Another great meal. The pizza is highly rated. Desert was an experience not to be missed as is the selection of wines. Service fantastic and friendly. I will visit again.

Bao buns and oysters were excellent and very good selection of wines

The menu is well-curated, but I'm disappointed that you have to go for dinner and not lunch to enjoy Bao or hurricanes.

Nice place. We did not eat but the drinks are very good

A very satisfying dinner! I noticed some improvement from the already good level I remembered. Spectacular uramaki and then a truly exquisite scampi and truffle risotto. Well done, congratulations.

I know it’s a seafood restaurant, but the steak I ordered came rare, and they did not even bother to ask. Also, the waiter / waitress seemed extremely unmotivated to work.
