25/04/2026: the food is fantastic and very unique fusion all with local ingredients, the service was great and Valentina made us have a great experience, the only downside if any would be the music it was super relaxing which didn't match the great and vivid experience.

07/05/2026: Truly excellent fish dinner! The fried fish and gluten-free paccheri were exceptional, prepared with great care and truly delicious. The wait staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive: we felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for excellent gluten-free options without sacrificing quality.

07/05/2026: The outside tables aren’t the most appealing, but don’t let that turn you away. The food is absolutely delicious and tastes very fresh, and the service is super nice as well. The atmosphere inside is very charming and authentic, while outside you can sit and watch people walk by. Definitely worth a visit.

15/01/2026: We stayed for 2 nights; the place is gorgeous with a breathtaking view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, at night, the guests in the neighboring rooms were incredibly noisy. We only ate one evening at the restaurant; the menu has limited choices... The dishes, however, were delicious. The price certainly wasn't the cheapest... For breakfast, however, the waiter was really kind and patient.

Long long wait I ordered the sea bass fillet It arrived COLD cold plate, cold fish, cold vegetables It looked like it had been cooked 40 minutes before and left to sit, it was terrible So so disappointing Something is wrong here. Not many people were there, what was the issue. ? Serving cooked fish up cold on a cold plate was not a pleasant meal - I could not eat the cooked but stone cold vegetables Unless they pick up their act I cannot recommend this restaurant

26/04/2026: I was booking a full tasting menu for May 1st, my husband's birthday, for which I would have spared no expense. I was intrigued by Maestro Sultano's culinary philosophy, having previously tasted the work of other chefs of his caliber. But alas, when I made the reservation, I noticed that they don't accept pets. I have a small Chihuahua that I can't leave with anyone for various reasons. He's sociable, gentle, and accustomed to being in crowded environments. This really bothered me, realizing that, even if it's an elite setting, it's still a restaurant. I decided that perhaps it wasn't the right place for me and booked elsewhere. I hope that over time they will also make room for those who, for personal reasons, have a puppy that can't be left with others.

02/01/2026: Fabulous place on a little street near the center. Arancini, eggplant parmigiana, and other traditional Sicilian delicacies. Super affordable. I recommend it!
