The open kitchen offers a spotlight to the team, masterfully directed by a skilled, professional, and meticulous chef, Filippo Ventimiglia, who knows how to apply his expertise with skill and generosity. A seductive menu stimulates the tastes of Sicilian tradition, with a semi-gourmet twist. Each dish is a sensory discovery, carefully crafted and curated in an impeccable, clean, and impeccable table setting. The warm, crumbly breads are excellent, the result of meticulous research into the evolution of native flours. The wine list is comprehensive, featuring regional, national, and international wineries, with a good selection of sparkling wines, impeccably presented by sommelier/manager Gabriele Amato. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. You can truly taste the passion and authenticity in every bite.❤️🙌✨️✅️. What really made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff and manager. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, constantly checking in, making us feel welcomed, and providing top tier service with genuine care and attention to detail. 30/03/2026: This was the best meal we had in Syracuse, and one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve experienced so far. We shared the grilled fish platter, and every single piece was delicious and cooked to perfection. The prawns were exquisite and naturally sweet. For dessert, the pistachio tiramisu was to die for. What a wonderful find; we will definitely remember this place! The staff was also very kind and attentive.

11/04/2026: Most portions were at high level, but one of the main dishes (meat) was inedible and was returned to kitchen. We got compensated 20€ out of 520€ bill which felt insulting. Definitely not a 2 star experience in that sense. The antipasti and primi were excellent, main course so and so (one horrible, one ok), desserts fairly good. Wine matches were good but wine package included pretty cheap wines compared to price. Service was otherwise on a high level (as expected).

01/04/2026: The chef's kindness and humility, combined with the warm, professional service and exceptional local cuisine, have earned a permanent place in my heart. Having visited around 10 times over the years, I can say the experience is consistently unforgettable. A true key to this success is Chef Sultano’s personal presence, which is remarkable given the multiple restaurants he manages.

06/11/2025: Ristorante Manna Noto, discovered on our last day, was easily one of the best dining experiences of our entire Sicilian vacation. It is a true hidden gem, tucked away just a short drive from our hotel (only 9 minutes!), nestled beautifully among olive and mandarin fields. Ambiance and Hospitality: As soon as we drove in, the setting was stunning; the outdoor courtyard was beautiful, and the interior was the perfect blend of rustic and stylish. We were greeted warmly at the door and immediately felt like we were entering someone's home rather than a restaurant. The waiters were incredibly friendly, professional, and natural. We even chatted and laughed together! They provided personal, thoughtful recommendations for both wine and food and genuinely did not try to upsell us on the most expensive items. The Exceptional Food: The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering excellent choices of antipasti, pasta (including gnocchi), fish, meat, and plenty of vegetarian options. What sets Manna apart is that the menu included delicious dishes not only from Sicily but also from other regions of Italy—my husband loved his special of Tuscan Beef Stew. I ordered the superb Caponata and Gnocchi, and my daughter enjoyed the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. Every course, from the antipasti to the mains, was exceptionally delicious. A special shout-out must go to the bread: it was the best I've had in Italy—fresh and perfectly made of sourdough! The desserts, with their intense taste of local fruits, were also fantastic. And the Arancina—the flavor was so incredibly intense it lingered for hours. Despite having a close-to-fine-dining, slightly poshy ambiance, the staff's warmth and natural manner made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. If you are anywhere near Noto, you must make a reservation to eat here. You will not regret it!

01/04/2026: Great little family run fish restaurant off the beaten track. Atmosphere inside special food fantastic, swordfish starter, with fish Ravioli & catch of the day sea bass probably the best we’ve eaten. Cannot fault it recommended you book was full by 8pm.

15/01/2026: We stayed for 2 nights; the place is gorgeous with a breathtaking view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, at night, the guests in the neighboring rooms were incredibly noisy. We only ate one evening at the restaurant; the menu has limited choices... The dishes, however, were delicious. The price certainly wasn't the cheapest... For breakfast, however, the waiter was really kind and patient.

Long long wait I ordered the sea bass fillet It arrived COLD cold plate, cold fish, cold vegetables It looked like it had been cooked 40 minutes before and left to sit, it was terrible So so disappointing Something is wrong here. Not many people were there, what was the issue. ? Serving cooked fish up cold on a cold plate was not a pleasant meal - I could not eat the cooked but stone cold vegetables Unless they pick up their act I cannot recommend this restaurant
