25/05/2025: Just go. As many here have said: this is one the best experiences you can have in Sicily. Based on the quality of the cooking (and wine pairing), they are at 2 star Michelin level. One of those places where everything is delicious, where the service is warm and professional, an experience you should not miss if you are in Palermo. The next day I went to a Michelin starred restaurant in the area that has excellent reviews. It was good, but A'Cuncuma was better. Don't miss it!

07/05/2025: It's a magical place! The staff are lovely, and the menu is exquisite! I had the chicken "Bonboncini," it was incredible. And the "Pistachio Parfait" dessert is a real must! If you're ever in the area, don't miss this wonderful place :)

06/05/2025: Unfortunately, I have to do a second review. Do you know why there are only positive reviews? Because the owner continues to report negative reviews (including mine) to Google for violation of privacy in order to have the inconvenient reviews removed, and every time, I have to appeal to have my review republished. In fact, I remember other negative reviews that magically disappeared🤦🏻‍♂️ Dear owner, I see that the years are passing, but the incorrectness remains the same. Criticism, even if it is not pleasant, must be accepted and used to grow and improve. I hope that this last review is more useful to you than to customers 🙏

26/04/2025: Pleasant place, just outside the town centre. Tasting and à la carte menu. Very special appetizers with excellent red mullet. The black spaghetti with sea urchins is very good. The lamb rib is also tasty. The various desserts are also very good. Professional and kind service.

25/05/2025: É già la seconda volta che andiamo a cena in questo ristorante e devo dire veramente ottimo; chef Filippo molto bravo, piatti ben curati e buonissimi; bel locale e a tutti molto professionali e gentili e penso torneremo prestissimo.

02/05/2025: Muy pocos clientes la noche que fuimos (espero que por lo general sea mejor frecuentado). Tuvimos el tartar de ternera con salsa inspirada en el tonnato. Morir por eso. El mejor plato que probé en toda la semana. Como principal tenía un trozo de atún fresco, cebolla roja y un poco de patata que era el especial del día. Decente pero nada especial. Buen y sabroso vino de catarata. Un plus que se podía ver al chef trabajando a través de una ventana. Personal amable.

01/06/2025: Un lugar agradable y acogedor. Casi todo en el menú (pequeño) contiene pescado, pero, bueno, estás en Trapani, no en Kansas City. Las pastas primi piatti son geniales, pero muy llenas; las parejas deben considerar compartir una. O incluso compartir un segundo — la porción de spada era enorme, pero muy delicioso. En toda Sicilia, y aquí, las porciones son grandes, y es bueno para parejas y familias compartir cosas, para que puedas sentir mejor lo bueno que puede ser un lugar como este.

20/05/2025: Beautiful place nestled in the northern slopes of mount Etna with a view across the Alcantara valley. The restaurant serves local antipasti in a tapas-like style that perfectly fits to a local wine. Tastily arranged snails, fresh from the vineyards around and very good steaks. We didn’t find a bettee place in this area.

19/05/2025: Locale elegante e caratteristico, personale professionale, rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza sbilanciato per quello che ci è stato servito. La qualità del cibo non è eccelsa, come faceva presagire il conto pagato. non sono sicuro che tornerei.

03/05/2025: There are not enough words to describe the magnificence of this place, to date I can assert that it has no equal in Sicily... quality of the ingredients, absolute goodness starting from the cherry tomatoes with a sublime oil for the bruschetta at the beginning of the meal, up to the desserts which are a pleasure until the last bite; exaggerated abundance, variety and originality of the dishes! truly the best... for me I compared Ardigna to Disneyland for a child 😅kind staff and owner super kind, helpful and friendly! To date I don't know a better place than this and I challenge anyone to say otherwise! I hope to be able to return soon

07/06/2025: Sepia spaghetri, calamari, grilled sword fish = all so amazing! After 3 nights in Palermo that was the best restaurant. Service was very good, too! Grazie !!!

07/06/2025: We had the chance to try calamari, shrimp, octopus and swordfish. Octopus and swordfish were delicious. I especially liked the swordfish. The calamari and shrimp were good. There was a decent, calm, friendly and beautiful environment. I recommend it.

30/05/2025: A very warm welcome awaits you in this restaurant, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. A complimentary drink and appetizers are included, and limoncello is included with the bill. Beautifully presented dishes and expertly crafted cuisine are served with a smile from the owner, who speaks a little French. I highly recommend it.
