25/11/2025: Amazing experience. We chose the vegetarian tasting menu, which was modified for the occasion due to some food intolerances. Three days later, we still remember the flavors of every single course perfectly. It was a very bold and flavorful experience, with a couple of truly unforgettable treats. In the city, you can find much less exciting experiences at significantly higher prices. We didn't opt ​​for the wine pairing (unfortunately!) (due to a heavy alcoholic aperitif beforehand), but maître Valentina suggested a particularly appropriate glass to accompany the dishes, which were also described without too much sugarcoating or verbal flourishes by the charming and knowledgeable Gaetano. Wonderful.

22/11/2025: Great food, quite big portions and beautifully presented. The biggest highlight was the service! One of the staff members kept switching between three languages, which was very impressive. We loved the energy and personal touch! The other server was super professional and happy to share her knowledge. Thank you!

09/10/2025: We spent the night in the RV parking lot. The restaurant was actually closed, but they still served us a very good and generous meal. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

18/11/2025: There are not many restaurants as lovely as this one in Ragusa Ibla. Expertly crafted dishes paired exquisitely with wines by Carmelo, the somm. The tasting menu is definitely the journey you must take. Simply a wonderful evening with attentive, knowledgeable service at a relaxed pace. Sublime.

30/10/2025: There were a couple of larger groups dining at the same time as us (party of two), and service felt much more attentive to those tables — we had some long lulls waiting for attention. The food itself was just okay; the pastas were served lukewarm, which was a bit odd. I did enjoy the potato knish amuse-bouche (and appreciated that they offered me a second one). The atmosphere was a bit less relaxing than expected, as a young child nearby was screaming for much of the meal.

08/12/2025: A restaurant that fully lives up to its two-star rating: thrilling cuisine with great character, supported by an extraordinary wine cellar, enhanced by the advice of a young, knowledgeable and professional sommelier. Service is meticulously curated, with an almost obsessive attention to quality. A memorable gastronomic experience worth every moment.

22/11/2025: High expectations probably didn't allow for a full appreciation of the menu... highs and lows... too much acidity in many dishes... poor balance... service with some flaws... The promotional menu and crowded dining rooms must have contributed. The sultan, even though he was in the kitchen, didn't welcome or greet the guests... a kindness I've appreciated in other Michelin-starred restaurants... he might be shy... who knows?! The lamb was excellent.

23/11/2025: Everything was perfect, from the appetizers (the octopus with potatoes was top notch), to the first courses, and I'd say the quality/price ratio was amazing. Prices have skyrocketed in Marsala these days, but here I'd say families can afford fair prices for every culinary desire. There were four of us. The staff was exceptionally friendly, classy, ​​and professional. The owner was always there. I highly recommend it. I always love coming back.

20/10/2025: Superb location, comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine. We visited Etna Quota Mille for a family Sunday lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food, wine, and service deserve a 10/10. We can't wait to return.

19/10/2025: Yesterday I came for lunch with a friend. A magnificent place... in addition to the natural beauty that Etna always offers, I found the 1,000-meter-high masseria enchanting. We stopped for lunch, welcomed by the very kind and efficient Desy, whom I also thank for her advice. We had exquisite appetizers, homemade macaroni with ragù, Angus steak, and lemon meatballs. Everything was truly delicious. I will return and bring more friends to enjoy the breathtaking view, the delicious cuisine, and the kindness of Desy and her colleagues. Full marks!!!

22/11/2025: our dinner here was a highlight of our trip. the menu rotates every few days, and we felt especially lucky to have some amazing prawn pasta. Danielle was the PERFECT host, very friendly with lots of recommendations. you typically need a reservation, but we came quite early as a party of 2 and were able to be seated.

20/11/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant in the city center, with friendly and helpful staff. We tried the pan-fried chard, the busiate pasta with shrimp and pistachios, and a classic cassatina. Everything was delicious.

06/11/2025: Ristorante Manna Noto, discovered on our last day, was easily one of the best dining experiences of our entire Sicilian vacation. It is a true hidden gem, tucked away just a short drive from our hotel (only 9 minutes!), nestled beautifully among olive and mandarin fields. Ambiance and Hospitality: As soon as we drove in, the setting was stunning; the outdoor courtyard was beautiful, and the interior was the perfect blend of rustic and stylish. We were greeted warmly at the door and immediately felt like we were entering someone's home rather than a restaurant. The waiters were incredibly friendly, professional, and natural. We even chatted and laughed together! They provided personal, thoughtful recommendations for both wine and food and genuinely did not try to upsell us on the most expensive items. The Exceptional Food: The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering excellent choices of antipasti, pasta (including gnocchi), fish, meat, and plenty of vegetarian options. What sets Manna apart is that the menu included delicious dishes not only from Sicily but also from other regions of Italy—my husband loved his special of Tuscan Beef Stew. I ordered the superb Caponata and Gnocchi, and my daughter enjoyed the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. Every course, from the antipasti to the mains, was exceptionally delicious. A special shout-out must go to the bread: it was the best I've had in Italy—fresh and perfectly made of sourdough! The desserts, with their intense taste of local fruits, were also fantastic. And the Arancina—the flavor was so incredibly intense it lingered for hours. Despite having a close-to-fine-dining, slightly poshy ambiance, the staff's warmth and natural manner made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. If you are anywhere near Noto, you must make a reservation to eat here. You will not regret it!
