12/08/2026: A truly excellent culinary experience in the heart of Palermo. Every dish we tasted was a small work of art, meticulously crafted and prepared with superior ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the aesthetics of the dishes. For example, the black brushstroke decoration on the plate, combined with the colorful drops of sauce, creates a magnificent visual contrast that previews the deliciousness of the food. It's rare to find such attention to both flavor and presentation. We'll definitely be back to discover other options.

10/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant; the dish recommended by the waitress was truly excellent, and the wine suggested with it was also superb. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of both the service and the food is excellent. An intimate and modern restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through.

13/08/2026: A truly beautiful place, with a charming terrace in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming; a young man and a young woman welcomed us with great kindness, making us feel immediately at ease. The quality of the cuisine is also excellent. We had the opportunity to try appetizers, first courses, second courses, and dessert, all truly delicious and prepared with great care. We were with our 5-year-old daughters and we greatly appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff, even towards them. The girls felt pampered and had a great time. It was truly a wonderful experience, from start to finish. An absolute must-see for anyone visiting Ragusa Ibla. We will definitely be back!

31/05/2026: Recommended by a local, it turned out to be a real hit. Traditional flavors that make your mouth water. Tuna busiate with amazing sauce (scarpetta) and a sprinkling of "aglio e muddica" (poor man's cheese). True Sicilians will forgive me for any mistakes I make.

22/08/2026: This was easily one of the most disappointing Michelin-starred dining experiences we have ever had. While the setting itself was romantic and well-designed, the food, service, and overall atmosphere fell far below expectations. ​Pacing & Order Errors: We ordered the chef’s tasting menu (€190 per person). Portion sizes were erratic—oversized pasta courses followed by underwhelming, rushed desserts. Our server offered to swap a fish pasta for a squid ink version, but completely forgot. When we politely pointed this out, the staff turned defensive rather than simply apologizing, and abruptly brought out an extra pasta dish that ruined our appetite for the remaining courses. The service pace dragged severely, taking over 3.5 hours just to complete the appetizers and mains. ​Food Quality: The food was nowhere near Michelin standard. Several seafood dishes were below average, with an overpowering fishiness and unbalanced flavor profiles. ​Service & Ambiance: Service was inattentive; we had to flag down staff for basic requests. Worse, two servers joined the table behind us for an extended, loud conversation that completely disrupted the ambiance of the dining room. ​Wine Pairing: We asked the sommelier for wine recommendations. He selected two entry-level bottles, but the red clashed heavily with our courses, exaggerating the fishy notes of the seafood. ​Poor Coordination for Dietary Needs: My friend ordered three courses à la carte due to dietary restrictions. The kitchen’s timing was unacceptable: she waited 1.5 hours between her soup starter and pasta course, followed by another full hour before her final dish arrived. ​Given the price point and accolades, the lack of hospitality, poor kitchen timing, and lackluster food made this a thoroughly underwhelming evening.

16/08/2026: Extremely friendly and good organized Service, Food and wine was on Point - by far the best we had on Sicily. Seasonal vegetables, traditional dishes and (high quality fresh) Ingredients recomposited into new, creative dishes. Highly recommend. From start to finish a 10/10 experience.

02/07/2026: My wife and I chose this restaurant for the last dinner of our vacation, looking for a traditional place that offered fresh, friendly, and authentic food. We couldn't have made a better choice: we felt like we were dining at our grandmother's house, surrounded by kindness, empathy, and the staff's invaluable advice. The real added value, which instantly earned the restaurant a thousand points for us, was the immense attention to our needs. My wife can't eat garlic and onion (ubiquitous elements in Sicilian cuisine). The staff and chef were incredibly understanding and professional: they recommended an exceptional swordfish steak—in my wife's opinion, the most tender and delicate she'd ever eaten—and for me a traditional busiata with scampi and pistachios. The chef made my pasta completely without garlic and onion, with the sole purpose of allowing my wife to enjoy it in complete tranquility. A rare and splendid level of customer service. To round things off, we enjoyed two amazing cassatas: one classic and one with a truly amazing orange garnish! The place is small, intimate, and welcoming, and the bill was more than fair for the quality and service we received. If you're staying in Trapani, I highly recommend it... and I even more highly recommend making a reservation! You've left us with wonderful memories of your splendid city.

15/01/2026: We stayed for 2 nights; the place is gorgeous with a breathtaking view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, at night, the guests in the neighboring rooms were incredibly noisy. We only ate one evening at the restaurant; the menu has limited choices... The dishes, however, were delicious. The price certainly wasn't the cheapest... For breakfast, however, the waiter was really kind and patient.
