Most portions were at high level, but one of the main dishes (meat) was inedible and was returned to kitchen. We got compensated 20€ out of 520€ bill which felt insulting. Definitely not a 2 star experience in that sense.
The antipasti and primi were excellent, main course so and so (one horrible, one ok), desserts fairly good. Wine matches were good but wine package included pretty cheap wines compared to price. Service was otherwise on a high level (as expected).

The chef's kindness and humility, combined with the warm, professional service and exceptional local cuisine, have earned a permanent place in my heart. Having visited around 10 times over the years, I can say the experience is consistently unforgettable. A true key to this success is Chef Sultano’s personal presence, which is remarkable given the multiple restaurants he manages.

A refined venue where we spent a very pleasant evening. We chose the tasting menu, rich in delicious dishes, true works of art. The staff is very professional, paying attention to the smallest details. Not to be missed.

Big disappointment on the whole.
- food : a few sparks of genius creativity in the amuse-bouche and the first half of the tasting menu; then the second half is rather boring and lacks charm, uniqueness and creativity.
- service : a shame for a 2* restaurant. Too quick and expeditious. As though they had to make us leave by 11 pm, although we had the 8 course menu. Dish after dish, hardly any pause more than 2 min between 2 dishes. Efficiency ok but precipitation : not ok.
Waiters were cold and not smiling or… very business-smiling, as though to spend as little time as possible with us, hardly answering questions really.
- decor/ambience : so boring! Old fashioned, vintage ok… classical ok… but charmless and soul-less.
Same as the service!
- we had a table nearly touching the cabinet with the drawers for the cutlery, and on top of which the waiters keep the orders on pieces of paper. Not really classy and agreeable to have the constant presence of waiters taking a fork, a knife, a spoon… or putting them away, let alone the clingy sound every 2 minutes.
A shame this table is attributed to paying clients.
In summary, big frustration, big disappointment.
Not worth 2 stars ( we ate in 15 out of the 22 Michelin star restaurants of Sicily and have traveled the world to gourmet fine dining restaurants. It is our passion).

A truly fabulous experience in every way. Every dish is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, with extraordinary flavors and excellent quality. Everything was delicious, from start to finish.
