Magnificent! Surely the best restaurant in Venice. The food is perfect. The owner is wonderful and welcoming. In short, I highly recommend it.

A delightful little family-run restaurant serving traditional Sicilian dishes that left us incredibly satisfied. I recommend the sea bass meatballs with caramelized onions, almonds, and candied orange (a true delight). The Sicilian cannoli are a must-try, to finish. The main attraction, besides the food, is the incredibly sweet Bruno: a friendly and well-behaved dog, perfect for cuddling.

Wow! What an incredible experience. We’ve been traveling through Europe and happened to find this place on our last night in Venice, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Marco, made us feel genuinely welcome. He explained that the food is Sicilian and quite different from what you typically find in Venice, which was exactly what we were hoping for after days of similar menus. The menu is short, focused, and built around family recipes. We ordered the pasta of the day, the roast beef, and the smoked salmon dish, and every single item was fantastic. To finish, we had limoncello made by Marco’s mother, and it was absolutely delicious. What really made the evening special was Marco and his family. They were warm, kind, and genuinely happy to share their story with us. We loved hearing about his late father and the lasting impact he had on both the family and the restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It will be a meal that makes your heart happy and one you will remember forever. Marco and his staff are the kindest. Possibly the most welcome my partner and I have felt in a restaurant in Italy. The staff were so lovely and friendly, and every dish we had was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant was beautiful and the owner ensured we were comfortable with the temperature. If you visit, you have to try the cannoli!!

Food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to joke with us. We had the parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant with tomato sauce and Parmesan) which was our favorite, pasta fresca con gamberi e pomodorini confit (pasta with shrimp and tomato’s) which didn’t disappoint, and tonno affumicato, burrata, pistacchi, mele e salsa all’arancia (smoked tuna with burrata, pistachio and orange sauce) which I could eat every day. We would go back again.
