01/07/2025: Restaurante informal en el paseo marítimo. El camarero era amable y la comida resultó mucho mejor de lo esperado para el lugar super ocupado en el agua. Pizza Siracusiana era deliciosa, corteza fina muy fresca con aceitunas, tomates secados al sol y anchoas. Las sardinas a la parrilla eran excelentes con un toque de pesto en la parte inferior y con limón. Esta parecía una buena opción para una comida casual o una bebida el domingo por la noche con una hermosa vista al mar.

13/03/2026: The first time I visited this restaurant (it's not a trattoria), I overlooked a spoiled cake, which they said was because of the Greek yogurt (as if I didn't know anything about it). But then again, I'd eaten well, so I overlooked it. The second time, the tuna simply went bad and was cooked even worse, left on the plate, and not a word from the staff. I've read a few reviews from other customers; in one of them, the owner mocks the customer (the review is still up on Google), teasing him about whether or not he'd recovered from the shock of the bill. I find this unacceptable, because not everyone is a millionaire, and at least if you pay, you expect to eat well. It's a lapse in style that truly deserves the desertion of this place, run by these unworthy people. For my part, never again, especially since it's now fallen into the abyss not only in terms of quality but also in terms of education.

23/02/2026: Wonderful setting (huge outdoor spaces, charming interiors), surrounded by nature, just a short distance from Palermo. Excellent lunch, dishes prepared largely with fresh garden produce or top-quality ingredients. Reasonably priced and generous portions.

10/03/2026: We chose Tabisca for our wedding reception and couldn't have chosen a better place. We felt pampered, with a wonderful menu, and a staff who worked tirelessly to make us feel right at home. Thanks again.

10/03/2026: Location right in the center of Turin, in the beautiful Piazza Vittorio. Very welcoming, well-organized location, with courteous, friendly staff. We tried the delicious "Piedmontese" appetizers, the quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the agnolotti with roast beef sauce was also delicious. The quality of the ingredients is certainly excellent, and the staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our next stop will definitely be to try their tabiasche, which we saw pass by during the evening. Highly recommended if you want a true culinary experience.

08/02/2026: Everything was perfect! Today, Sunday, February 8, I went to this restaurant with my wife, Kia. It was beautifully managed, with very attentive waitstaff, and the food was excellent!! The first course was a dreamy octopus ragù and spaghetti with clams. To finish, or rather, we anticipated, the mixed fried fish appetizer was a feast for the taste buds! A lunch to remember. Thank you.

02/02/2026: We’re there for a quick lunch. When we want to order a pizza from menu, they told us that pizza is not available. Ok, after we checked menu again, we would like to order some pasta. We just couldn’t get a waiter to take our order. I guess we are not their targeted customers and we are not welcome here. We left after a few minutes. If you are a tourist and want to have quick lunch, don’t bother to go there.

07/03/2026: A truly delightful discovery. We stumbled upon this trattoria almost by mistake, having booked a table at the adjacent pizzeria of the same name. But as soon as we entered and saw the ambiance, we immediately changed our minds. My wife and I were there on a Friday. The atmosphere was intimate, with several separate rooms where small groups dined in complete tranquility. The first thing we noticed was the absence of the typical "revelry" that too often occurs in restaurants. Then we were drawn to the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Biondo, the owner, who is capable of entertaining you with the history of the place. The food was truly delicious, especially the pasta with the freshest sea urchins, which are brought to you open on a separate plate so you can season it as you like. And the strudel, well-seasoned and just warm, was truly delicious. As mentioned, a delightful discovery.

16/11/2025: We ate very well, generous portions from appetizer to dessert, and the pansoti deserve an honorable mention! The staff was very kind and patient with our huge group (despite our arrival after 1:30 PM), and I sincerely thank the lady who was very attentive to our needs, even during the reservation process, making sure everything was perfect. Excellent value for money! Everyone was happy and satisfied, thanks for the beautiful day! PS: The fireplace on a gloomy day was a real added touch.

30/08/2025: Typical Ligurian cuisine with classic trattoria dishes but very good, courteous and very fast service and characteristic rustic place, in short the typical trattoria of the past with excellent prices 👍👏👏👏

28/02/2026: I'll start by saying I used to go often with friends and colleagues for aperitivo, but lately it's definitely gotten worse. I ordered two Campari Spritzes, which tasted like nothing (definitely watered down). I mentioned this to the waiter, but the manager replied, "Spritzes are like that." There are plenty of other places in the area that know how to make cocktails and treat their customers better, but never again.

25/02/2026: I came here to relax and have a drink after work, when the waiter on duty came back from the outdoor area calling a customer a "fat junkie" just for asking where she could find the menu. Nice place, but maybe be careful who you hire.

03/10/2025: We followed the Routard's advice. The restaurant is now called Aurora, and we understand that there's a continuity with the previous one. In any case, the comments still apply: it's very good, fresh, and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the bruschetta with fish and shrimp tartare, then the spaghetti alla vongole (delicious sauce!) and the pasta with tuna and bottarga. Several of the guests were island residents, which is a very good sign. Friendly service. Thank you very much!

18/09/2025: I ordered a portion of tuna with sweet and sour sauce. The portion was quite small, the sauce excellent - I had to wait for the bread that the staff forgot to bring; the tuna did not seem fresh...

01/03/2026: Not a Place for Tourists more for Milanese Very elegant and typical Italian food on a high level. Expect a fine dining with an excellent service. The recession of4.2 is not adequate and we were happy not to trust on that too strongly. Enjoy

22/02/2026: I've been several times, and each time is an absolute confirmation: everything is always top-notch. The fish is incredibly fresh, the cuisine is authentic Sicilian, flavorful, generous, made with love and great respect for the ingredients. The raw fish deserves a standing ovation: 🦐 scampi 🦪 oysters 🍤 shrimp obviously from Mazara, of a rare quality, clean, sweet, perfect. An experience that alone is worth the dinner. But everything else is also delicious: balanced dishes, clear flavors, nothing is left to chance. You can tell they work hard and with passion here. Special mention to the owner, so lovely, always kind and attentive: he makes you feel at home, but with the service of a truly high-end restaurant. For me, everything deserves a full 5 stars, without hesitation. A place to return to, and return again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/02/2026: Excellent cuisine, a very friendly chef, but the prices are exorbitant. We spent €100 each (thanks to a discount they gave us; otherwise, it would have been more than €100), which isn't justified, even though the dinner was excellent. The juxtaposition of Sicilian and Piedmontese cuisine is interesting. The restaurant, despite being renovated, isn't my favorite, but that's my taste. The table service could be improved given the price range.

13/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant just steps from the Teatro Massimo. The dishes are tasty and plentiful. In addition to what we ordered, the manager offered us samples of typical Palermo cuisine. The staff were polite and friendly.

17/11/2025: We called and emailed to book a table, but nothing. We stopped by yesterday, Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM, and were saddened to see with our own eyes that the Lumie restaurant in Sicily NO LONGER EXISTS!!! CLOSED PERMANENTLY. Say NO!!!
