Marvellous good food served in a homely diner. Away from the busy restaurant strip. Trattoria Sa Merenda is a terrific seafood restaurant , you must make a Reservation in advance.

Excellent experience. We ordered cured meats (the pecorino cream was excellent), Sardinian gnocchi with sausage and pecorino, and fregula of the day—all truly delicious. The waitress and chef were very kind.

On vacation near Orosei, we went to dinner at this restaurant three times! It feels like home, the warmth and professionalism of the staff and the kitchen are wonderful! And what can I say about the dishes? Everything is superb, from the fregola with seafood to the fried fish, the pasta with clams, and the specials of the day! You have to try it to believe it. A welcoming and unpretentious trattoria, a little out of the center but definitely worth a stop! Friendly and professional service, truly good food (highly recommended, the zichi bread, which we hadn't heard of), and excellent value. 👏👏👌👌

We were there today for lunch and had a very, very good meal: truly delicious fregula, two plates of Sardinian gnocchi with two delicious sauces, and finally, very tasty lamb chops!!! A very informal place... It's worth returning.
