08/10/2025: So where do I start? The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home, but the food has never tasted so good. Roman cuisine deserves an A+. It costs a little more than others, but trust me, it's worth it. Your liver won't thank you, though.

06/10/2025: The completely empty plates are the highest compliment we can give!!! We had the langostino risotto, arrabbiata spaghetti, grilled calamari, and oxtail, every single dish was beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The risotto was rich and delicate, the pasta perfectly al dente with a proper spicy kick, and the calamari fresh and simply done. The oxtail was tender and comforting, a real highlight. Friendly service, fair prices, and a genuine Roman trattoria atmosphere. A place we’d recommend ya’ll to go.

15/10/2025: We ordered fresh pasta with beef ragù and pesto sauce. They were excellent! For our main course, we had the Roman tripe (tripe), which was very well prepared. The Aperol Spritz was also perfect. The restaurant is quite small and fills up quickly. I recommend booking. We went twice!

10/10/2025: Great food. We started with bruschetta, then had the Carbonara and braised oxtail, finished with tiramisu. The Carbonara was decent. I wouldn't call it the world beater like some other had said. The oxtail was very tender and tasty. The tiramisu was also very good.

24/09/2025: Very nice local restaurant, food was delicious and servers spoke english. I would also recommend their desserts, we tried most of them and always loved them. Sadly no pictures of them as they dissapeared very fast 🤤

09/10/2025: A Roman-Argentine trattoria offering traditional dishes from both cultures, along with some interesting combinations. The restaurant isn't very large, with a small outdoor veranda overlooking the street. Attentive and helpful service, and prices are average for the area.

23/09/2025: Unfortunately, the atmosphere on the Terrasse and the concept / image of the food are torpedoed by a rushed service, they gave me the feeling that they wanted to get me out for the next clients, next dishes were served instantaneously after the previous course … regarding the food: it looks nice, but it tastes dry and the flavors don’t come Together: weak tempura, tasted somewhat unfinished, fish was dry and boring, pasta the average truffle serving, not very imaginative. The background music was great.

20/09/2025: Courteous and helpful staff. Alessandra is our favorite, but the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. In Latina, they represent tradition and history! Typical dishes and portions that are never ordinary! The food is amazing!!!

03/10/2025: We chose to celebrate our anniversary at VII Coorte—a perfect choice. Just outside the tourist bustle of Trastevere, the warm welcome immediately puts you at ease. A truly beautiful location, with an intimate terrace furnished with simplicity and elegance, ideal for an anniversary or romantic dinner. The menu and wine list are immediately overwhelming with their variety. From appetizers to main courses, everything is delicious; the ingredients are of the highest quality (you can tell by the freshness and flavor of the crudités), the off-menu first courses are simply excellent (the ravioli stuffed with cacio e pepe in particular), and the roasted octopus is excellent. We skipped dessert because we were so full. A special mention goes to the young man who looked after us throughout the dinner, starting with the menu explanation and offering expert advice on what to choose. He was excellent, very knowledgeable, and friendly, but never intrusive. We've found our favorite place in Rome; it'll be a regular stop.

20/09/2025: We came in for the original roman food on suggestion by a friend who lived in Rome for some time. The schedule is set in advance so it is not advisable to skip corses. The food was perfectly prepared regular home type dishes of the type which are regularly eaten in average roman homes. The etmosphere is fantastic wih perfect timing for eac dish. The prices are actually very modest for the excellence yoe rceive. The staff friendly.

24/09/2025: i think the chef had my boyfriend questioning his sexuality. his carbonara was apparently from another world (“the best he had ever tasted in his life”) and i can only imagine (i’m vegetarian), because my simple cacio e pepe was to die for. i will try to avoid this place from now on so my boyfriend can regain his focus on me. a local friend recommended this place to us and we absolutely loved it. very authentic, good atmosphere, down to earth, the service was excellent. we will return to rome as soon as possible just so we can enjoy another meal here. this is what restaurants should be like. absolute gem. abbraccio e bacio to the chef’s parents for conceiving him ⭐️
