28/01/2026: Had a fantastic dinner here during our time in Rome. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and really well-balanced flavours. Everything we ordered felt thoughtful and well prepared, and you could tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. It felt like the kind of place you could happily sit and enjoy a long, unrushed meal. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a great dinner spot. We’d happily come back.

14/01/2026: As soon as we return to Milan, we're carrying Rome in our hearts, thanks in part to Settimio, an osteria unlike any other. Settimio is small, with just a few tables, and we were greeted with the utmost kindness by the two young men (sorry, I don't know their names), who were incredibly efficient and helpful. The food is amazing, top-notch quality, and generous portions. We arrived from the city center on bus 44, which drops us off just 5 meters from the restaurant. It was a long ride, but it was totally worth it. We ate the impossible without the slightest problem, and we no longer feel 20 years old. Kudos to the lady (again, I don't know her name) who put her heart and soul into this osteria—or rather, the heart of Rome! I almost forgot...the prices are truly those of someone who puts passion into it and doesn't care about profit. Absolute congratulations from Milan!

11/01/2026: I've been going there with my family for years, both for lunch and dinner. From appetizers to dessert, everything is delicious, including the house wine. It's never disappointed, with a varied menu that changes based on seasonal produce. Their must-haves, like panzanella, picchiapó-style boiled meat, and chicory meatballs, are my favorites. The staff is professional and makes you feel right at home.

12/12/2025: Just because they kept bringing water with the wine, it deserved a star 😂, I'm joking of course. The food, location, and staff are excellent. The price is fair, the only downside is the parking.

31/01/2026: Nice place and good food, but this is the second time I've gone and left the restaurant with the smell of fried food clinging to my hair and clothes, horrible. Too bad, I would have gone back, but leaving smelling of fried food is a no-go.

13/12/2025: We stumbled upon it while searching for the pyramid, and the real discovery was finding this restaurant. The food was delicious...the toneroli cacio e pepe was amazing, and the atmosphere was special. 100% recommended.

02/02/2026: A very nice and welcoming place located in the Monti area. The service was excellent, and despite our rush for the train, they were very quick. The dishes were generous. For two, we had cacio e pepe, and for main courses, tripe alla romana and coda alla vaccinara. The latter was unbeatable, even though everything was delicious. The waiter was very kind; number 1 even took our photo. Thank you for this Roman experience.
