24/10/2025: You come to this restaurant for the grilled meat, and you can't go wrong, because the scottona steak is truly delicious, cooked just right and very pleasing to the palate. Today was Thursday, and we also tried the homemade gnocchi with ragù sauce, very tasty. The side dishes—chicory, broccoli, and potatoes—were a fitting accompaniment to the steak. To finish, a delicious dessert and a grappin aged in the finest barrels. All washed down with a robust house red, a fair price, we'll definitely be back. Bravo!

23/10/2025: Truthfully this place has gone way too hard on deconstructed foods, it felt very performative for very little culinary innovation or taste benefit. Everything was almost too salty too. Italy does such a good job with simple home style dishes, I would absolutely recommend to just eat local cuisine over paying +500 euro here.

18/11/2025: A typical Roman restaurant in the new Monteverde area, a sublime culinary experience. The service is fast, the portions are generous, and everything is truly excellent, but the artichoke alla giuda is heartwarming, the best I've ever had anywhere.

17/11/2025: Why should I tell you?! It's a true, historic Roman osteria, with dishes faithful to tradition and reasonable prices. Make sure to book, though, because it's always busy. They have two dinner sittings: 7:45 PM and 9:45 PM, and you leave when everyone has arrived (so on time!)

13/11/2025: Truly amazing dining experience. Delicious elevated Italian cuisine, which still feels authentic, and un pretentious. Totally worth it considering how delicious the food was. If you are looking for a great Italian restaurant in Rome, I could not recommend a better one, from the bottle of wine, to the pastas, the main courses and the desserts. Spectacular! Try it.

11/11/2025: When you walk in as a customer and walk out as if you have been best friends for years! OMG this place is so special it was like going to a family dinner. I booked the restaurant using chat GPT asking find me a restaurant where locals go … not knowing what to expect this turned into an experience beyond all expectations! Not only was the food amazing but you experience the passion from the owner - 25 years of a business from someone who has customers at the heart of everything he does! Just go … you hopefully will get what I had ! Now a new friend and definitely coming back!

23/10/2025: I recently had dinner at this cozy restaurant, and honestly — the food was delicious and very well-prepared. The dish looked appetizing, with a golden crispy crust and rich flavors — you can tell the chefs here know what they’re doing. The portion was generous, served hot and nicely presented. I also calculated the calories of this dish using the service shown on the photo attached to the review. It turned out to be super convenient and fast — everything was calculated in just a few seconds! I’d definitely recommend trying this calorie-tracking service — it makes following your nutrition so much easier, especially if you’re keeping an eye on your macros.

30/10/2025: The place feels welcoming and friendly. Their dishes are interesting and well-prepared! There were some shortcomings: not mentioning when an ingredient was out and being replaced; and having some dishes delivered after many people had already finished eating. These issues have been resolved, however, and can be overlooked. The quality-price ratio is fair.

08/10/2025: So where do I start? The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home, but the food has never tasted so good. Roman cuisine deserves an A+. It costs a little more than others, but trust me, it's worth it. Your liver won't thank you, though.
