07/04/2025: Incredible prices for cocktails, espresso martini was breathtakingly delicious. Good atmosphere, good pizzas too. Too bad I went to a scam restaurant for this 😐

06/04/2025: I've had lunch at Saltimbocca a couple of times, the food is simple and good. When I'm in the area I always suggest it as a place to go and eat! The gnocchi alla Sorrentina were SUPER, generous portions but they certainly don't stay on the plate!

05/04/2025: Siamo venuti a pranzo con amici in questo ristorante con una splendida vista su tutta la città di Roma. Antipasti buoni e particolari come il maritozzo con il maiale sfilacciato e guacamole, fiori di zucca con ricotta e guanciale. Primi molto abbondanti e ben preparati. Dolci ottimi. Ci torneremo.

30/03/2025: Provato un paio di settimane a pranzo in un sabato uggioso e rimasti contenti. Molto buoni gli antipasti sia il carciofo su fonduta di pecorino sia il mini panino con pulled pork. Ottime le pappardelle al ragù toscano , spettacolari quelle con la pecora in bianco. Tenerissimo il maialino nero. Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo, bella location con veduta su Roma nel dehor esterno, veloce il servizio.

30/03/2025: I rarely leave bad reviews, this one is justified. We came on a Sunday evening to eat here after seeing very good reviews. The restaurant was half full & we were told we could not eat here as we hadn’t booked, the woman’s manners towards us changed as soon as she knew we weren’t Italian. Would not bother coming here if you are a tourist.

The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, refined but without excess, perfect for an intimate evening or a dinner with friends. The service stands out for its speed and professionalism, with staff who are always attentive and friendly. The cuisine is a real strong point: the portions are balanced, ideal for enjoying each dish without excess. The starters, well calibrated for two people, offer an excellent introduction to the menu at a fair price. The selection of first courses is rich and varied, but among all the cacio e pepe with porcini mushrooms stands out, served in a crunchy parmesan basket, an explosion of perfectly balanced flavours. The meat also deserves a special mention: the steak with porcini mushrooms is succulent, cooked to perfection and of excellent quality. The bill is in line with the quality. A fascinating detail is the fireplace set in the well at the entrance, which adds a touch of charm to the environment. An absolutely recommended restaurant for those looking for an authentic and quality gastronomic experience.

20/03/2025: Welcoming place with a room with windows that face the outside and a very well furnished and characteristic internal room. Excellent food, abundant appetizers and excellent quality meat and cooked as it should be. We will be back.

Homemade recipes, high quality, absolutely worth trying. Remember to book, long waiting list. Fixed price menu with absolutely no surprises. Forget about deciding to go there overnight. Rita was very nice and kind. A place like this is really rare to find.

04/04/2025: " Magic in Genazzano! Authenticity and Quality on the Plate " If you are looking for an Osteria with identity, this restaurant in Genazzano is a real gem. Here the tradition of Roman cuisine is expressed to the fullest, with dishes that tell stories of true flavors, passion and quality ingredients. If you think you have eaten a good carbonara, prepare to question everything. This Osteria is a temple of taste where tradition meets perfection. Their carbonara is creamy to the right point, with a crispy bacon that melts in your mouth, the pasta is al dente as only true masters know how to do, the pecorino and pepper dosed with the precision of a centuries-old art. And then there is it, the egg yolk that envelops everything with a divine creaminess. I tried it in their version with FRESH truffle, fabulous! We then tried their Tonnarelli alla Pecorara: FRESH ricotta and bacon in a perfect embrace. There are dishes that conquer your heart at first taste, and their tonnarelli are the perfect example. A simple dish only in appearance, but capable of giving an explosion of balanced and enveloping flavors. A dish that tells the story of tradition with a touch of elegance. Second courses.. Pork cheek with Cesanese reduction and blueberries: very balanced, excellent cooking and a surprising contrast of flavors on the palate. Sheep skewers: simple but never banal. All accompanied by a warm and convivial atmosphere, where the owners and staff make you feel at home and every detail is taken care of with love. And finally the desserts? Unmissable! Wonderful tiramisu and Zuppa Inglese, two desserts that taste of tradition, ending the meal in the best way. If you are in Genazzano or the surrounding area, you cannot miss it. This place is not an option, but a mandatory stop. Trust me, it is worth every single bite. Rating? Absolute excellence.
