09/11/2025: A very small but well-organized restaurant; reservations are recommended before you go. The owner, Alessandro, mingles among the tables and makes you feel right at home. The waiters are quick and helpful. Very good food, plentiful appetizers, often interesting off-menu options, and good prices. The only flaw: we booked a table at 7:30 PM, arrived outside the restaurant, and discovered it opened at 8 PM... we should have just let us know when booking.

09/10/2025: Authentic Roman cuisine as it once was. In addition to the usual matriciana, pajata, gricia, cacio e pepe, etc., you can also find mezze maniche with oxtail sauce!!! For the rest, you'll be spoiled for choice. The atmosphere is more than friendly. Perfect for a fun evening, ending with excellent desserts made by Massimo. A must-try.

09/11/2025: Well, there's not much to say. Roman cuisine, perfectly respected, with the addition of dishes invented by Signora Rita. Exceptional! What can I say? Try it, it's worth it. P.S. Don't be scared of Signora Rita's energy. It's too strong!

08/11/2025: A Roman trattoria inside a suburban house. Signora Rita is friendly and attentive. She offers a fixed-price menu (€20) that includes an appetizer, two first courses (the same for everyone at the table) chosen from a variety of options, a second course, a side dish, and a dessert. The vegetables and spices come from her garden. The flavors are authentic and all respectful of Roman tradition. It's like eating at the home of a Roman lady from the 1960s. A dive into culinary tradition. Luckily, in Rome, among so many fake places, a trattoria like this still exists!!! Wine, typical of the Castelli area, is included in the price.

Beyond the welcoming atmosphere and the undoubtedly humorous and friendly, yet never intrusive, staff, "Nasone"'s menu is truly one of a kind, satisfying both classic and more sophisticated tastes, and always with top-quality, DELICIOUS dishes. Highly recommended, I'll be back often.

05/11/2025: Got a small surprise bonus on a website (you can see it in the photo) and decided to treat myself to dinner out. Ordered pasta — honestly, it was perfect. Simple but cozy and comforting.

30/10/2025: My wife and I were recommended this place by a local and it was some of the best Carbonara I’ve ever eaten! We arrived a few minutes before they opened for dinner with no reservations, and the owner told us they were fully booked for the night. Despite this, he was nice enough to fit us in a table for 90 minutes. My wife and I both had carbonara and split a bottle of wine, and it was a wonderful evening! The food was great, the servers and owners are very friendly, and I would highly recommend (and recommend making a reservation lol)!

02/11/2025: Good restaurant in Bomarzo, good service, average prices.

01/11/2025: No guys, never again! We sat down and they brought us the menu right away and then forgot about us... after 35 minutes we had to stop a waiter who avoided looking at us and asked if he could order. He told us his colleague would be right there. After 10 minutes, his colleague came and took our order and shortly after brought us our appetizer. Then, over an hour and a half later, nothing arrived. I had to get up to ask for the bill, at least for the water and appetizer, before leaving. Not even an apology for their terrible behavior. The food wasn't even good, it was flavorless. Terrible experience. Rude staff.

19/11/2025: 4 stars, it's a welcoming place, where you eat well and spend the right amount, attentive and informal service, I recommend it.

17/11/2025: I'd say it was a superb experience. The restaurant is welcoming, spacious, and clean. Fast, friendly service, excellent appetizers. First courses are all delicious, and the second course is delicious, with excellent fried fish. The homemade desserts are not to be missed. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
