13/05/2025: Booked from the site for a group lunch, attentive and super friendly staff, very good and well-prepared traditional dishes! Characteristic place, highly recommended! To be marked as a stop for a nice lunch in Trastevere!!

07/06/2025: went for lunch with tartare and mushroom pasta and spritz, both were not bad, but tartare didnt taste too beefy and mushroom pasta was a bit too oily, dessert was available but was not on the menu, the environment was nice and cozy, the staff was really nice and spoke english well, gave good recommendations, it was a bit hot though, the AC might not have been turned on. there was also a seat charge per person called coperto.

17/05/2025: Posto spettacolare!!! Posizione panoramica, ambiente accogliente, proprietario e camerieri gentilissimi e last but not least cibo molto buono ! Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave gourmet!! Dall’antipasto al dolce tutto molto buono e particolare. Panino al puled pork, tonnarelli alla gricia con carciofi, agnello con salsa di limone e dolce alla pera al vino ottimi!!! Prezzo giusto, in linea con la qualità del servizio, del cibo e dell’impiattamento!!! Locale da visitare se si è a Frascati!!!

05/06/2025: We, newswissway.ch chose this small café for lunch because it’s a bit off the beaten path—not in a very touristy area—so we walked a little to get there. Our Italian friends recommended it, and we’re glad we listened. The café is quite small, so sometimes you might have to wait for a table, but it’s definitely worth it. The food was great, especially the lasagna—it was really good. For dessert, we had wild strawberries,(Fragoline di Bosco) which you rarely find in other places. They were fresh and tasty, making for a perfect finish to our meal.

11/05/2025: I discovered it 10 years ago on a trip to Rome and every time I return to the city I try to go there at least once... Good quality Roman cuisine, nice atmosphere, prices in line with similar places. I recommend it

30/05/2025: Before traveling to Roma I searched the net for locations with good and honest food near the sights we were going to visit. On Les than 15 minutes walk from the Vatican I found this Osteria. Outside with a nice terrace and inside very light. Fabio served us very friendly and with some light jokes in good English. He advised to take the mixed primo (Starter) for all to share which was a mix of meat, fish and vegetable dishes and our group of 7 loved it. Some of us had pasta which was fresh made and again very good Secondi was for me the catch of the day and for other saltimbocca or grilled steak. All again of excellent quality. Desert was home made Italian classics with a twist. It was a happy and lovely experience just outside the tourist industry.

29/05/2025: For an establishment at this price point, we expected more. The artichoke dish lacked seasoning and appeared small and rather lonely on the plate. The carbonara was just fine, though I personally expected handmade pasta and a bit more moisture in the dish.

10/05/2025: We were super happy with the food everything was delicious. The garden was very cosy and the wine recommendation was also on point. The price was very fair and we would definitely come back when in Rome again and recommend this place to everyone.

02/06/2025: Locale informale a conduzione familiare, pochi coperti e tavoli ben distanziati. A cena due sere consecutive, abbiamo fatto - con molto piacere - gli onori alla carbonara (anche in versione maxi), alla cacio e pepe, alle polpette all'amatriciana ed alla trippa, piatti molto molto buoni. Ci siamo trovati bene anche per il servizio amichevole ed i prezzi più che corretti. Bravi

31/05/2025: Dinner for two; even though we hadn't booked, they seated us as soon as possible. Pasta alle gricia was really excellent. The Spritz was also very good. Fair prices! Congratulations also for the availability and kindness!

30/05/2025: Les pâtes étaient très bonnes mais la pizza sans plus . Mais c’était Parfait pour nous pour manger entre deux visites du musée et la basilique.

14/05/2025: We chose Goose for dinner near our AirBnB and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere, service, and quality of food were all excellent. A special shoutout to our server, Tudorita, for her enthusiasm and attentiveness. Their pastas are homemade, perfectly al dente, and delicious! We got the fettuccine ai frutta di mare and cacio e pepe and would recommend both, along with their house wine (which only costs 8€ for 1/2 a litre!). 10/10, would recommend!!
