04/05/2026: In the chaos of Trastevere, a small glimpse into the typical folklore of the area but in total relaxation... simple yet refined seafood dishes, a knowledgeable but unobtrusive staff: this is what will satisfy the senses and make this restaurant stand out from the many touristy battles in the area... sometimes eternity tastes of sea, wine and an indefinite space between Roman ruins, medieval views and the distant echo of the local din.

03/05/2026: I've been to La Settima Corte in Rome and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. As soon as you enter, you sense a refined and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for escaping the chaos of the city and enjoying a leisurely dinner. One of the things I appreciated most was the welcome: the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making you feel immediately at ease without being intrusive. You can tell they care about their customers, which isn't always a given. As for the food, I was very satisfied. The dishes are well-crafted, with fresh ingredients and combinations that showcase Roman tradition without being banal. You can sense the care taken in both the flavor and the presentation. The portions are also just right, neither too large nor too small. The wine list is also very good, with several interesting options that pair well with the dishes. Overall, it's a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for something a little more refined than average, but without being too formal. I'd gladly return.

26/04/2026: Was here for lunch with colleagues on a work trip. Had the carbonara. I like the guanciale cooked a bit crisper, but the texture of the sauce was fantastic. I had the artichoke roman style to start as they are in season at the moment. Top service from the wait staff as well. I would eat here again, no issue!!

16/04/2026: The atmosphere was a bit different than what I expected from the photos. We ordered two servings of Carbonara, but unfortunately, the pasta was served undercooked (raw). We informed the waiter, who was polite and took them back to the kitchen. ​It took another 15 minutes for the new plates to arrive, but even the second time, the pasta wasn't fully cooked—it was just barely edible. We had to rush through the meal as we were catching a train. On a positive note, the staff was understanding and gave us a €10 discount as compensation for the trouble. Great service, but the kitchen definitely needs more consistency.

We felt very comfortable here on what was, for the time being, our last evening in Rome; the friendly, attentive, and lively Italian service played a significant role in that!
