We ate here as a group of six. Authentic traditional Roman dishes, excellent service, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

My dad took me there, having asked friends for recommendations for a typical trattoria that wasn't too touristy and made an exceptional carbonara. Since I was little, I've always been a huge fan of carbonara, and I've never tasted anything this good. I recommend it to other people who love carbonara like me.

A simple, authentic Roman trattoria, not at all touristy. We chose it on the recommendation of friends who asked us to find a real, authentic trattoria that wasn't the typical "tourist trap." My son and I, both great eaters, ate the best carbonara we've ever had. Let's just say we ordered a second course, it was so good. Extremely flavorful dishes and generous portions. Highly recommended for those who, like us, prefer substance over form and are looking for authentic, authentic trattorias, like those of yesteryear.

Fast service, delicious food. Excellent value for money. Everything is homemade and very local. The panna cotta with forest fruits was exceptional. A real gem. I highly recommend it.

Excellent pasta amatriciana! Very good homemade Roman cuisine! The waiter was very kind and explained the entire menu to me, even though I hadn't made a reservation but arrived right when they opened at 7:30 pm.

I went to this Hostaria today for the first time. The carbonara and coda alla vaccinara I ordered were truly exceptional. The prices were more than reasonable. The atmosphere was lovely and well-kept. The owner and waiter were friendly and professional. A total of 10 out of 10!
