03/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in central Rome, near Termini Station. A cozy, welcoming atmosphere... it feels like home. Tables are well-stocked and spaced apart to maintain privacy. Excellent food—carbonara, gricia, vaccinara—accompanied by excellent wines. The staff is discreet and attentive to the needs of their guests. What more can I say? If you try it, you'll be happy to return.

01/12/2025: Small and dated atmosphere. Good food, but expensive. I wouldn't go back. We had a boiled artichoke soon, served cold, which I didn't like (€9), and two main courses were €20 each, plus tap water and cover charge. The lamb was very good, I must say.

19/11/2025: Truly typical Roman cuisine! Although small, the atmosphere is super comfortable. The wait staff are all friendly and quick. We're Romans, and we had a great time with relatives from Lombardy.

19/11/2025: Excellent experience! Delicious food and generous portions, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The price is in line with the quality offered and is definitely worth it. The staff is friendly and professional, and a special thanks to Mara and Matteo for their kindness and attention to detail.

27/11/2025: A small, welcoming restaurant, it offers traditional Roman cuisine. The pasta alla grigia, tripe, and giblets are delicious.

20/11/2025: Recommended by a colleague, I finally managed to organize a dinner with a friend here at Edmondo. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and courteous, and it was a totally relaxing dinner, where I enjoyed their excellent Roman-style cuisine. A platter of two appetizers, a first course, two second courses, and a liter of wine were €35 per person.

09/11/2025: It was a more local, boutique, and high-quality experience, far from the city's crowds. The menu is simple, just as it should be; nothing more, nothing less. We ordered the buffalo salad. We chose the pasta with rago and cheese, but both were a bit too salty. The cheese-filled RAVIOLI we chose from the menu of the day was delicious with its truffle sauce. Grazzie mille 🙏🏼

03/11/2025: the service was really nice! the food was also very good, only thing was the bufalla mozzarella wasnt the best, it was hard and tasted like the cheap mozzarella from the supermarket, the pasta was really good tho, and the portions where really big!

09/12/2025: Great spot in Trastevere for fresh seafood. Nice wine list too- we had a Sicilian Etna Bianco with a sea bass and other good plates. Fun music - Blossom Dearie, jazz, etc. Attentive, kind service.

13/12/2025: We stumbled upon it while searching for the pyramid, and the real discovery was finding this restaurant. The food was delicious...the toneroli cacio e pepe was amazing, and the atmosphere was special. 100% recommended.

26/11/2025: Small place with just a few tables inside. We went for lunch and had pasta alla gricia, sausage and chicory, and oxtail stew. Good food at a good price. The place and restrooms were clean. We'll be back.

02/12/2025: In 1014 I was twice in 5 days. Just because everything was great. After quite time, I recommended the place and some friends had yesterday an amaizing experience. And I don't mean only food. Keep up the good work!

30/11/2025: After reading about this place, I decided to walk in to try and have dinner. They told me they were completely booked so I decided to make a reservation for the following evening which I was really looking forward to. I’m not one to ever write a bad review but this is hands down the worst pasta I’ve had in my life. I ordered the carbonara which was rigatoni pasta but the pasta was incredibly hard like it wasn’t cooked properly and one bite of the bacon and it was the saltiest thing you’ve ever heard. Completely inedible. The bruschetta was nothing special at all. And the veal and ham dish was not worth ordering. Save yourself the hassle of needing a reservation and your money and eat anywhere else. Don’t understand the rave about this place. I make better pasta at home and I’m not even Italian.

21/10/2025: Amazing! Amazing! Worth the splurge! We had the Truffle Tasting menu with wine pairing!! It was our last night in Rome and what s night! 4 hours of magic.! Never had so much truffle before! Service was impeccable, absolutely magical in every sense! The beef check with truffle was tender and the roasting suckling pig is delicious!!!

13/12/2025: Nice place, but the room where I dined was very cold and lacked heating; there was only one split, which wasn't enough. The food, with the exception of the tasty appetizers, didn't convince me for various reasons, and the dessert was in line with the rest of the dinner. Yet, it would be enough to make simple and authentic dishes with good ingredients to have a truly appreciable menu.

07/12/2025: A must-see, with a family atmosphere. The food is excellent. Top-notch traditional cuisine, the truffle carbonara is unrivaled!!! But the list of delicacies is long: appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts... you'll never run out of options!! The all-female service is truly excellent and professional.
