13/10/2025: Pure Roman style! The three of us dined, sampling all the typical Roman dishes. The staff was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. No problem, even with a three-year-old. Recommended.

12/10/2025: The carbonara was good, but the cacio e pepe was a little less so. The service was efficient but very informal.

07/10/2025: Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent, and the food was incredible...the best lasagna we had in Italy! The starters were also amazing; the eggplant parmesan and the suppli were also the best!

28/09/2025: Excellent menu and service. The risotto alone is worth the price of admission. Extra points for elegant background music and paper menus (all too rare; too many otherwise good restaurants these days play awful generic club music and force diners to scan QR codes to look at tiny menus on phones). My one complaint: While the service is highly professional, the last time I was here, they were cleaning tables with smelly cleanser while patrons were dining! The smell of cleanser was mixed with the smell of food! This is a rookie mistake and should never happen in good restaurants. I hope the manager will fix this problem immediately, because this is a big red flag at an otherwise excellent restaurant.

21/10/2025: Amazing! Amazing! Worth the splurge! We had the Truffle Tasting menu with wine pairing!! It was our last night in Rome and what s night! 4 hours of magic.! Never had so much truffle before! Service was impeccable, absolutely magical in every sense! The beef check with truffle was tender and the roasting suckling pig is delicious!!!

22/09/2025: In contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city and far from the tourist crowds, this restaurant, founded 60 years ago near the Cirus Maximus, specializes primarily in fish dishes. We opted for the rabbit ragout, however. The portions were manageable. This comment should not be taken negatively. Rather, this review should encourage the interested reader to recognize the opportunity to choose an appetizer and perhaps another course to enjoy the cuisine, which is more perfect than just outstanding. The perfect impression was rounded off by an exquisite wine list, as well as the very hospitable ambiance and attentive staff. I recommend an aperitif to familiarize yourself with the menu and wine list. Due to the limited number of tables, reservations are definitely recommended.

07/10/2025: My first time at this inn, I have to thank my friends for introducing me to the place... the food was in the right quantities, the first courses were like lunch at grandma's, but the meat was top... Hats off, then served hot at the table, not like everyone else...

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the restaurant is very welcoming, elegantly yet informally furnished. A wide selection of cuts is available. The price is in line with the quality offered.

10/09/2025: The first courses were excellent, and the tagliata was also quite good. My advice...an extra 50 grams of pasta wouldn't hurt, in fact...anyway, it's great for an evening with friends.

16/10/2025: I found myself here by chance... A simple place. I ordered a plate of pasta, rigantocini with provola and radicchio. I was amazed. The dish was plentiful, very good, and the service was by young staff who were always available. I ate inside; they also have outdoor seating, but it wasn't my cup of tea (traffic noise). Congratulations!!

12/10/2025: The roast suckling pig and porcini pasta were very delicious. The porcini were fresh and tender, the roast suckling pig had just the right texture, the crispy skin was perfectly seasoned with spices, the meat was a bit dry but acceptable, and the potatoes were soft and tasty. This unexpected restaurant saved our last night in Rome, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for good food in Rome.

05/10/2025: Finally, here is a restaurant worthy of Italy. Off the tourist trail, hidden in a small street, you have to look for it to find it, but once inside, everything is perfect. The staff is friendly and attentive. Excellent traditional cuisine, unbeatable value for money. No surprises on the bill, bread, cutlery, water, service included. Even a smile was offered. Head to Trastevere, exit the metro at Circo Maximus, cross the Tiber bridge and look behind the McDonald's. It's your turn.

25/08/2025: My father used to say Vignanello is the center of the world. He was close. It’s actually Bomarzo. And this restaurant is further proof of this.

25/08/2025: I’m obsessed with this place. Gluten free pizza?! Fresh out of the oven? Everything is delectable. It’s easy to get gluten free pasta in Italy but GF pizza is so much harder to come by. You can even get the fried antipasti gluten free 🥹 the restaurant is certainly delicious even beyond their gf options - my gluten eating partner raves about it just as much as I do. Don’t miss it on your trip to bomarzo :)
