06/10/2025: The food here was beautiful, we don't speak any Italian and the lady was very helpful with the menu.

11/09/2025: A quiet place, prices are average for other trattorias in Rome, at least the ones I've tried. The dishes are good, with starters and main courses as they should be, so I recommend visiting if you're in the area because it's worth it, very good.

09/02/2025: Mi presento con due zii passati da Roma da Ulisse di domenica alle 13:30, senza troppe speranze. Premetto che era la mia prima volta lì e non avevo idea di che tipo di locale fosse, speravo solo non fosse troppo turistico. Dopo neanche 10 minuti di attesa ci fanno sedere alla sala sotterranea, un ambiente con luci soffuse e atmosfera rilassante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e garbatissimo, il cibo ottimo e il conto più che onesto. I miei zii sono stati felicissimi e mi chiedono sempre quando ci torniamo. Consiglio il fiore di zucca, davvero squisito.

03/10/2025: Infinite disappointment!! I brought my friends but regretted it. The zucchini flowers were flavorless and had too much batter. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe had neither cheese nor pepper!

12/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questa Osteria in occasione di una visita nella città di Rieti cucina come fossimo a casa degustato una bruschetta con lardo e miele , tagliolini alla carbonara , maltagliati alla velletrana , tagliolini con fave guanciale e pecorino , secondi piatti invece polpette al sugo , trippa alla romana e parmigiana di melanzane naturalmente non poteva mancare il dolce crostata con marmellata e mousse di ricotta con noci e rum i piatti erano tutti molto buoni il prezzo più che onesto il servizio veloce e professionale .

08/05/2025: Dopo una attenta ricerca con TripAdvisor decidiamo di fare una tappa a Rieti per pranzare e puntiamo forte su questo locale . A volte la tradizione ed il buon nome lascia a desiderare ma nel caso di specie viene gelosamente tramandata ai posteri . La struttura è caratteristica e ben accogliente ( una tipica osteria del luogo ) il personale disponibile e gentile pronta ad accompagnarti in questo viaggio culinario...iniziamo dalle pietanze : la parmigiana ( con il bis ) squisita , il galletto alla diavola con antipasto da asparagi da provare sempre ma la differenza è stata fatta dalle polpette veramente eccellenti ... Prezzo rapportato al gusto , (se vuoi mangiare bene devi spendere ) decisamente un esperienza positiva

The food was prepared with care and passion, leaving not only an Italian flavor, but also that special taste of a dish made with love. I hope to return one day and see everyone again. 30/07/2025: The quality of the food, the kindness and friendliness of the staff (Duan in particular), and the precision of the service are among the things I've repeatedly appreciated most at Taverna "I Torquati." It's hard to find a place in Rome where you're not treated like a tourist, but here, the honesty and the pleasure of hospitality are the rule. This place is a constant stop every time I visit Rome. I know I'll leave completely satisfied every time I enter!

17/10/2025: The food was really tasty and well-prepared — the pasta was amazing! Everything was fresh and flavorful, clearly made with care. I also tried counting calories using the service shown in the photo attached to my review. It’s super convenient — in just a minute I knew everything about the calories and nutrients. For anyone watching their diet, it’s a great find: you can easily track what you eat without spending much time.

03/10/2025: The food is amazing! We ordered the Seafood Salad, Tagliolini Seafood, a fish of the day and a tiramisu. The seafood salad and tagliolini is quite similar in terms of the ingredients but the tagliolini texture is amazing!! The portion is huge and we finished the plate. Fish of the day is very fresh and well cooked. Tiramisu needless to say, was good as well. We will be back!!

13/09/2025: It's either you order a 40€ menu per person or they force you to order 2 dishes per person if you don't choose a menu (starters don't count) good but expensive

13/09/2025: I returned to this restaurant on September 12, 2025, for lunch with my daughter and wife. We tried various dishes (meatballs, zucchini flowers, amatriciana, and arrabbiata). I specifically ate the rigatoni with pajata sauce, and after about an hour I began to feel severe abdominal pain, followed by vomiting, a high fever, and diarrhea (still ongoing). Disgusting.

06/10/2025: Mimmo's pizza is a Roman institution, made with a wood-fired oven. It's a very casual place, and the food is good and inexpensive.

20/09/2025: I was here today. The atmosphere is retro but pleasant, and above all, never judge a book by its cover. The menu features a few starters and main courses, which I found to be good and of high quality. The owner is friendly and the welcome was excellent. I had two excellent suppli, perfectly cooked and very crispy with melted mozzarella. You can tell they're fresh and not processed. A 9/10. The fettucine with porcini mushrooms was amazing, excellent and exceptional. I discovered it by chance, and I'd go back for a pizza.
