Cacio e pepe pasta, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, Amatriciana, and the bruschetta, chicory dishes, and salads are all special. The view of Lake Albano is beautiful. Excellent food, and prices are affordable.

I've always enjoyed this restaurant, with its modest, tried-and-tested menu. It offers a lake view, excellent bread and appetizers (and obviously everything else), and a family atmosphere. The prices are affordable, and the traditional first courses are truly delicious. The meat options for the second courses are very tasty. The staff is friendly and quick.

Original, far from the tourist traps of Castel Gandolfo. Starters (delicious charcuterie, cheeses, and grilled vegetables) and homemade pasta are worth trying. The terrace overlooking the lake is breezy. Just a few meters away are private beaches perfect for naps and swimming in the lake. A real change of scenery.

We went for lunch; the restaurant has free private parking right in front.
The menu was limited but substantial, featuring very rustic dishes with generous portions.
We (for four people) had a mixed appetizer for two, a portion of arrosticini, and four bruschettas, five first courses, water, Coke 0, and four coffees.
The first courses were generously portioned and all very good.
The bill was around €28 per person, which I'd call super fair given the quality and quantity.
A down-to-earth, unpretentious restaurant, with quick service and good food.
We'll be back.
