14/11/2025: After many years of satisfying patronage, the disappointment arrived, bitter. It began with the enormous confusion caused by the "necessity" (instilled who knows where in an à la carte restaurant of this caliber!) to order two courses, one for each category (first course, second course, appetizer). It continued with the "sommelier" confusing a lively, crisp wine with a (red) wine from the refrigerator. It continued with daring gastronomic proposals such as gnocchi alla amatriciana with a pronounced spicy aroma (perhaps cinnamon); tradition dramatically trampled upon. All this for the modest sum of €228 for three people, for two courses plus dessert. And with all due respect to Sora Lella, whom so many of us loved!

14/11/2025: The kindness and courtesy of all the staff, the top-notch food preparation and quality, the magical pairings, every dish a surprise, from the entree to the dessert, you never cease to be amazed...what can I say? "A fantastic place." A special thanks to Michele, who accompanied us throughout the evening, and to Simone for his kindness. A special thanks goes to those who were not present in the dining room but who allowed us to spend one of the most beautiful evenings of our lives... and... see you soon!

15/11/2025: The menu was smelly. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. This is what the famous lasagna looks like, disgusting. There were raw pieces of meat in it. I definitely don't recommend it, there are much better places.

04/10/2025: Very, very disappointed with this experience. An Italian friend had highly recommended this restaurant, but tourists are clearly not welcome. The welcome and service were already disastrous: we were given a table in the hallway, and when we asked if it was possible to move, we were rudely dismissed. The waiter literally threw my plate onto the corner of the table instead of placing it in front of me. Not a single smile, not a single attention from any of the waiters or the manager, extremely slow service... and on top of that, the food was very disappointing: the ravioli filling had no flavor, and the tomato sauce was way too salty. In short, a bad atmosphere and a failed experience. A restaurant that relies on its reputation but doesn't care about providing a good time for its customers!

20/11/2025: A pizzeria from the past, one of those that are sadly disappearing! Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. We opted for the Pizza Menu, which included bruschetta, a supplì, a croquette, and a choice of pizza, the latter cooked in a wood-fired oven. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. 🙂👍

19/10/2025: Good food, delicious pasta, good value for money, and very attentive and helpful service. They served us quickly. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back if we return to Rome.

18/10/2025: The food here is not good. The fried bites we had to start tasted like they came out of a packet and the bit that did look homemade smelled off. One bit smelled and looked like breaded dog food. It was inedible. Our pasta was bland and my wife’s clams were very gritty. It was expensive for what it was. The staff were inattentive. If it wasn’t for its location and the general buzz in the area this place would be empty.

24/10/2025: A typical osteria, located next to other similar osterias in Ariccia. A rustic atmosphere with a small indoor dining room and outdoor tables under a canopy. Next to the kitchen is a counter with cold cuts and a selection of appetizers. The traditional carbonara is excellent. The service is friendly and attentive. Great value!

01/12/2025: A quaint tavern in an old-fashioned neighborhood. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick. The food is excellent, especially the carbonara. The only drawbacks are the cramped seating and the location of the restrooms. It was pleasant, though.

11/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per il compleanno di mio nipote. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante. Il personale è accogliente e verace e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. E' un locale semplice, ma si respira la genuinità dei proprietari e del loro cibo. Non bisogna essere sofisticati e non bisogna avere fretta. Se avete questi requisiti vi godrete un ottimo pasto, e due piacevoli chiacchiere con il proprietario.

10/11/2025: Got a bonus on a website (the name’s on the photo) and decided to go out for a bite. The pasta was great — tasty, filling, and it instantly made the evening better.

09/11/2025: What a fantastic service! I’m absolutely in love with the food. I opted for the carbonara pasta and Pino nero wine. As an appetizer, they served a homemade bread that was incredibly fluffy and crunchy, accompanied by their own olive oil.

04/12/2025: Not only do they charge a standard 3 euro cover charge, but they also add a 15% tip. I paid 22 euros for food and drink, plus 6.50 euros for their "extras." That's almost 30%. I think that's a lot.
