17/03/2025: Locale piccolo e molto accogliente, servizio veloce ed attento, propone piatti romani e piatti di pesce, abbiamo preso un fritto vegetale, degli gnocchi con sugo di spuntature, il cervelletto di abbacchio fritto e l'abbacchio alla scottadito, ed infine uno strudel ed una cassata, tutto veramente squisito. Prezzo anche troppo onesto. Complimenti.

22/01/2025: Se si vuole trovare la cucina romana senza se e senza ma, Domenico dal 1968 a via Satrico è davvero un’opzione irrinunciabile. Prodotti tutti rigorosamente provenienti dal Lazio (compresi i vini e i liquori) per piatti che nella loro autenticità lasciano la clientela davvero soddisfatta. Se andate in inverno chiedete di provare la minestra di broccoli e Arzilla o, se di stagione, i carciofi alla giudia. Ma anche gli altri piatti (di pesce o carne) sono davvero ben fatti. Ottimi il rapporto qualità prezzo e il servizio. Ultimo suggerimento: prenotate altrimenti rischierete di restare a bocca asciutta.

06/07/2025: Questa è la migliore pizza di Roma. Provate la pizza con la bufala. La pizza è ottima e delicata, buona e croccante. La mozzarella è liscia (sembra burrata).Si trova cuore della splendida Trastevere, frequentato da giovani italiani. Enorme buffet di pasta, salse, insalate, riso, piselli. Buono e cordiale.

06/05/2025: Lekkere pizza, snelle service. Ook erg vriendelijk personeel, qua engels top. En de ruimte wordt passend voor je gemaakt. Ook de locatie is erg mooi gelegen! Zeker het proberen waard.

27/05/2025: Dopo la visita a San Pietro, abbiamo optato per questo locale molto vicino alla Basilica. Pasta tipica romana, prezzi alti se escluso dal contesto, ma convenienti rispetto alla zona. E' soprattutto un take-away, ci sono giusto 2 tavolini fuori e qualche sgabello internamente. Pasta buona, anche se altamente pepata (anche la carbonara). La pasta col tartufo ha una maggiorazione di circa 7€, anche se non è segnalata sul menù. Ci sono anche bevande e vengono offerti forchetta di plastica e tovagliolo. Visto che la porzione è buona e giusta per un pranzo, lo consiglio. Servizio abbastanza veloce. Ottima soluzione per non perdere tempo e gustarsi un piatto tipico romano!

12/05/2025: En pocas palabras, esta fue la mejor carbonara de espagueti que he probado. El cacio e pepe también fue un gran ganador. No hay nada como lo real. Y a un gran precio también. Sin lujos. Pero no puedes dar lujos. Pero definitivamente deberías comer aquí.

11/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per il compleanno di mio nipote. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante. Il personale è accogliente e verace e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. E' un locale semplice, ma si respira la genuinità dei proprietari e del loro cibo. Non bisogna essere sofisticati e non bisogna avere fretta. Se avete questi requisiti vi godrete un ottimo pasto, e due piacevoli chiacchiere con il proprietario.

10/06/2025: Grabbed an Aperol Spritz and some ham and melon for a little snack on day. We were seated in an awkward spot that didn't have a ton of room. The drinks and food were fine. Nothing really special, but they had a number of other items on their menu that I would go back and try.

12/06/2025: The portions were really small, and I paid €16 for a tomato soup. Otherwise, the taste was okay. Top-notch service.

09/06/2025: Terrible experience, they pass themselves off as a gluten-free restaurant but then they have little or nothing on the menu!!!! Bread in a bag, the rubber one (not even toasted!!! absurd) I asked for spaghetti, they only had short pasta!!! A menu that was not at all varied, I wonder why?? Also, at a certain point they literally kicked us out!!! Do we want to talk about parking? Paid!! Never again

11/06/2025: Waaaay overvalued. Pros: Lively, engaging service. Cleanliness as expected. Cons: Reeeally mediocre food in small portions. Three of us spent €120 without alcohol and promptly went to a pizza stand for 2 slices each to fill our aching bellies. Talk about living off your reputation. Never again. Give the place a miss without blinking. Rome is bigger than this. And better.

23/05/2025: Locals come here to eat - enough said! We took antrees of tartufi and bufala, and then pasta of course, everything tasting homemade and amazing, and super affordable, fully recommended for anyone, local or tourist! <3

24/04/2025: Discovered by chance, the best cacio e pepe I ate on this little holiday in Rome. The other proposals are also excellent, including rice salads with fish, vegetables, or meat, as well as light but tasty and tasty dishes. We'll be back!

27/06/2025: The experience sucked the moment we came in the restaurant. The waiter came to us for order but the meals were served after the customers who came later than us MUCH MUCH LATER. The waiter was rude to us and made a remark as in “who would order a pizza for lunch unless you want a frozen pizza”. This is absurd as a service provider, let alone a restaurant. The bread has to be asked to bring to our table as well as olive oil and even PLATES. So, do u expect us to eat without plate and drip the olive oil all over the table?? More ridiculously, two plates for six people. Do you expect us to share the plate or pass the plat around when one is done eating? This is pure racism as we all are Asian and the customers that came later were all White. It is just pathetic. Terrible service with fake smile and rude remarks to the customers. The food is not al Dante, it’s just hard and half-cooked. A total bizarre I would say.

27/06/2025: Everything was incredible. The servers were super friendly and fun, and the food was spectacular. It was my friend's birthday, and they brought her a candle for dessert.

05/07/2025: This evening despite the heat I decided to go out with friends to eat. We chose to come to this historic restaurant that has a large outdoor space under the olive trees. The slightly milder temperature under the trees allowed us to better enjoy the excellent dishes. The staff was courteous and attentive to the needs of the customers. A truly beautiful experience to be repeated soon.

26/06/2025: Very spacious place with furnishings that recall old farmhouses, abundant furnishings that meet and clash with each other with a thin layer of dust that makes everything uniform. The cuisine is aimed at an audience that certainly does not seek novelty, some flights of fancy with a lopsided landing. The large garden is very beautiful.

04/07/2025: I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time I feel I have to. We were a table of 9 people. We were forced to order a maximum of 3 different first courses, even though the menu offered many more. One of the people in the group had to give up the dish he wanted. We accepted, understanding the possible difficulties of the kitchen, even if the way in which it was communicated to us was rather rude. Later, one of the guys in the group couldn't finish the dish (almost all of it). We asked, kindly, if it was possible to take it away so as not to waste it and we also decided to order another. The answer was a firm no, because "they don't do takeaway". We insisted, specifying that it wasn't a real takeaway, but a common sense choice to avoid throwing away paid for and almost intact food, in line with an attention to waste that should be normal by now. In an attempt to cancel the second order, I went to talk to the lady in the dining room (I hope she wasn't the manager). In an annoyed tone I am told that “it’s cooking now” (after a minute!) and that “we don’t have take-out boxes”, that “they’ll eat it anyway since 9 of you ordered 3 appetizers” (it’s not up to you to judge how hungry we are) and adding that “Americans need to get used to our culture”. An out-of-place sentence, as well as unpleasantly racist. Surreal. We reiterated that a small plate would be enough, any container, as long as no food was wasted. The answer in a pedantic tone: “We certainly don’t have paper plates here”. Shortly after, some of the group hear the waiters commenting in an unprofessional manner on our table, as if we had made absurd requests. We point this out after having been kind and understanding the whole time and despite everything. After a quarter of an hour, two bags magically arrive… with take-out containers, well packaged. So the boxes were there. Very negative experience. Not only for the rude service, but for the absurd management of a simple and common sense request. I'm sorry especially because I had brought American guests to dinner, and I felt embarrassed. In all this I would like to point out that while the waiters and the lady in the dining room were unpleasant, the owner of the place then tried to please the customers. Too bad for the staff because the food was good. A missed opportunity. I won't be back.

03/07/2025: Overall, if you’re looking for an off the beaten track feel of a place not far from the Colosseum, you found it here. Great starter meal in Rome but not a note to finish on. We had the carbonara which had a nice flavor but no hand made noodles. The oxtail was good but was not fork tender the sauce had great flavors. Felt like they put the tourists in the basement with no AC will upstairs was filled with locals nicely chilled 😩
