This restaurant is very close tho the Trevi Fountain. You will not find it fancy but you can spend an hour drinking an Aperol Spritz

Exquisite experience - great food, ambiance, and impeccable service. Pastas and burger were excellent, and I was thrilled that they had vitello tonnato (it wasn't the *best* but quite good). But the highlight was tiramisu prepared tableside! (For those who found carbonara salty - I feel like 2026 must be a bad cheese year or something: during our entire 2-week trip, almost every Pecorino Romano dish has been unbearably salty - never experienced this before.)

Located next to the Trevi Fountain in the heart of Rome, we loved this place with its traditional food and unique atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the food we tried was delicious, especially the pasta and tiramisu.

Great place near Trevi Fountain but high quality. Just had a few drinks at the bar, cocktails were very good, barmen were excellent and place had a good vibe.

06/07/2026: What a discovery La Gallina d'Oro is! If you're near Termini Station, this is the place to be. From the service to the cleanliness, everything was perfect. The waiters were incredibly kind and friendly, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. But the real surprise was the attention they paid to those with food intolerances: I've rarely experienced such attentive service on this front. The food, of course, was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

04/08/2026: There were 6 of us and we all had very different and typically Roman dishes, from something alla vaccinara... to the less Roman ones, but they pass them off as such, says the friendly host... from cacio e pepe to carbonara and special dishes... I recommend the place, the extremely friendly service and the top food. Greetings from Ferrara
