14/11/2025: A traditional, authentic Roman restaurant! Frequented by tourists and locals alike, it has a pleasant, homey atmosphere. Excellent value; I've tried several dishes and everything is delicious!
14/11/2025: I absolutely do not recommend it. We waited 50 minutes for the pasta. They said three times that the pasta would be ready in 5 minutes, and that's not true. Don't go there.

The cuisine is top-notch.
13/11/2025: We celebrated a significant family birthday a few days ago. Domus Ristora on Via Casilina in Rome is a beautiful establishment with every convenience, especially parking. The aperitif was exquisite, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the spacious dining room was beautifully set, with a buffet of food and wine—everything was delicious. Highly recommended; it was a wonderful evening!

23/07/2025: Siamo finiti in questo posto a caso (nel senso che Tripadvisor ci ha indicato che ci fossero delle opzioni senza glutine, ma non ce l'ha suggerito nessuno).
Abbiamo scoperto un posto fantastico e alla mano che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il pasto è stato fatto da bruschette di antipasto e un primo (oltre acqua e caffè). Il tutto è stato migliorato dal fatto che tutto è stato preparato anche per me in versione senza glutine e, da celiaco, sono stato felicissimo.
Il conto è stato più che onesto (90€ per quattro persone).
Consigliamo a tutti questo posto.

6€ una bruschetta !!! e un piatto di formaggi per 2 persone 18 € ! eccessivo troppo…..

08/12/2025: The absolute best of all the restaurants I visited during the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The carbonara, cacio e pepe, and tiramisu were beyond compare. The staff were friendly and professional.
08/12/2025: Family lunch on December 8th. Awful service. I asked for the wine list four times, and soon I was going to get it myself. When opening the bottle, the girl didn't know what to do; she looked like a makeshift waitress. The grilled meat and carbonara we ate were terrible, even the smell was terrible. We won't be back. The wine list is significantly overpriced.

20/11/2025: We've been customers of the restaurant for 4 generations. Whenever we want to eat well in a peaceful and welcoming environment, we go to Trenino. All our friends, once they've tried it, happily return... highly recommended!
15/11/2025: Good food, unfortunately I had the carbonara and the tripe and the portions were comparable to those for a child, my partner had a 14 euro platter and he received a small plate with 4 slices of cured meat, considering that we both had two plates with a drink and water 52 euros for those portions I don't think it's fair

The meal and price were acceptable (pinsa for everyone).

22/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, traditional cuisine with Roman and Sardinian dishes. I had the Sardinian appetizer (pane carasau with ham, Sardinian cheese, and mushrooms), excellent cheese ravioli, amazingly flavorful and tender Argentinian steak tagliata, and one of the best seadas I've ever had. The place is simple, clean, and tidy. Short wait times. Average prices. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: Wow!!! Stumbled on this gem tonight. Absolutely fantastic. Staff were friendly and very welcoming (squeezing us in without a reservation). So glad that they did; the food was fantastic and easily the best that we have had in Rome. A completely different culinary experience from the myriad of “cloned” pizzeria/tavernas clones across Rome.
Understand what this restaurant actually is and you will not be disappointed!!!

10/11/2025: We had a great time, a small place but great hospitality. There were 11 of us, including children, who, being children, can cause a bit of chaos. The waiter and chef were very hospitable and patient. I forgot to let them know I couldn't eat cheese, so they replaced two dishes for me...no problem.
Excellent food, good price.
I'll definitely be back.
