11/02/2025: Small family-run neighborhood restaurant. Simple, quiet and welcoming environment. Excellent cuisine, not only traditional recipes, excellent dishes especially fish. Curated wine list with non-trivial choices. The young managers, the lady in the kitchen and her husband, an expert winemaker, in the dining room, were very kind, helpful and professional. Even without the coupon we used, the prices are honest in relation to the quality. Very recommended.

12/01/2025: I ate fish (first and second course) with a final side dish of roast potatoes. I was satisfied with the quality of the food, also appreciating the quantity of the absolutely satisfying portion. Typical atmosphere of a restaurant with a small environment that reminds me of a cuisine from years ago, without toxic invasions of modernity. A surprise for me: the absolutely delicious and crunchy accompanying bread.

28/03/2025: This is the real deal! Ate lunch here at this very authentic and down-to-earth Trattoria. They make sure you get plenty of bread and water for the table. I got the delicious burrata, interesting artichoke and superb zucchini. The waiter then got my pasta order wrong, but after a small wait a great ravioli gricia arrived. Very charming place, that I highly recommend for anyone visiting Trastevere :)

31/03/2025: The salad caesar wasn’t good, looks like just half of spoon for Caesar dressing so the salad was dry. Tomato pasta 🍝 quite a good, can’t complain. I’ve ordered a beer but didn’t get it 😅 Aperol spritz was terrible 😢 Can’t recommend it…

The environment is simple and for a quick lunch or dinner, it is perfect. One step away from the Music Auditorium and the Maxxi museum. Great location

14/03/2025: La maleducazione è il Loro piatto forte. Abbiamo prenotato, dicendo che saremmo arrivati alle 21:30, arriviamo alle 21:30 ed inizano con " ah l acucina sta per chiudere.. alle 21:30 ? e comunque potevano dirlo quando avevamo chimato, lo dico al camerire ( che avevamo chiamato prenotando per le 21:30 e non ci era stato detto che la cucina avrenbbe chiuso a minuti ) e Lui ci harisposto.. e chi risponde al telefono non è qui a lavorare..... Inizia una pressa incredibili, mentre eravamo a metà fetta di carme ci chiedevano già che dolce volessimo... assurdo

24/02/2025: Pleasant place. Excellent service, competent and kind. The menu mainly offers meat. The Giudia artichoke could be improved, the heart lacked a little cooking and was too greasy. The meat is offered with great variety, but the quality is a little inconsistent: the Prussian beef was 6, the Florentine 9. The choice of wines is good. On the desserts, the most work to be done: the homemade creme brulee needs a boost of flavor while the ricotta and sour cherry tart, not homemade, was really disappointing both for the consistency of the non-crumbly pastry and for the flavor (all too sweet and without the typical contrast between the acidity of the fruit and the slightly savory sweetness of the sweetened Roman ricotta). With some improvements it could be a truly strong reality

08/04/2025: Pessima esperienza. Consigliato dal tassista, dopo esserci stati abbiamo pensato che il titolare è un suo amico o parente: non si spiegherebbe altrimenti. Iniziamo con la sensazione che ti fanno provare sia il titolare sia i dipendenti: sembra che ti stanno facendo un favore nel farti sedere a mangiare. Poi i piatti: niente di che. Maccheroni dalla bollitura al piatto senza mantecare, e ho detto tutto. Locale spartano stretto e brutto: le cameriere ti colpiscono per passare. Dulcis in fundo bagno turco...che schifo..sembrava di stare in una locanda del terzo mondo. Solo i prezzi sono come le altre trattorie.

12/04/2025: There is an air of home and good things. Clean, welcoming and accessible to everyone. Excellent food and varied choice. But most of all the kindness of the owner, a true Lazio native, an excellent host who cheered us up at the end of the meal with stories from when he was still an eaglet. We will return again, because we always return to where we had a good time. GO LAZIO

26/02/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. I think this place is a pretty heavy insult to Roman cuisine. Indecent food, I think I took a carbonara, I think because the bacon was almost absent, the egg was liquid and watered down, the pasta was obviously overcooked, in an attempt to improve the dish too much cheese and too much pepper was added. The amatriciana, another horror, sauce was practically colored water, and here too the bacon was almost non-existent (literally two measly pieces counted). The second course (the meatballs with sauce) was mediocre, the same thing as the amatriciana sauce, literally water and the meatballs were too soft. Terrible service, embarrassing, not welcoming at all, disinterested and annoyed. The owner evidently wanted to rush us into eating, all that was missing was for them to ask us to leave after the many dirty looks and the horrible food. Really small environment, I didn't like it at all, but perhaps it's the only aspect that can be saved to a small extent (perhaps). In conclusion, a terrible experience, I don't understand how there are 5 star reviews, absolutely not consistent with everything the place "offers". Not to mention the value for money. High prices for dishes that aren't even worth a euro. Indecent. Never go there, not even if it's the last place open to eat in Rome.
