27/07/2025: Sono stato qui con amici. Un locale storico in zona Prati, con ottima reputazione. Location carina, molto sobria, servizio cordiale e veloce. Buon la carbonara, non carica di pecorino, equilibrata. Qualità prezzo nella media per la zona. Un posto storico da provare.

17/07/2025: A Roman culinary experience not to be missed! I just visited this delightful restaurant and can't help but share my enthusiastic opinion! If you're looking for authentic flavors and cuisine that pampers the palate, this is the place. The true star of the evening was undoubtedly the carbonara. I can confidently say it was one of the best I've ever tasted: perfectly creamy, with crispy and flavorful guanciale, and a perfect balance of egg and pecorino. Every forkful was a little journey into the heart of Roman tradition. Simply exquisite! The tiramisu also lived up to expectations. Smooth, with a perfect balance of coffee and mascarpone, it ended the dinner impeccably. Although the carbonara was the highlight, the tiramisu confirmed the high standard of the cuisine. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere welcoming, and the perfect setting for a pleasant evening.

12/08/2025: An incredible spot in the heart of Rome’s Jewish Ghetto! If you want to try artichokes for the first time, you won’t find a better place. We ordered an assortment, and every dish was a true discovery - vibrant flavors, perfectly cooked, and full of love for tradition. Special mention to the service: friendly, genuine, and attentive staff who are happy to give recommendations and help you choose. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food is simply unforgettable. Must visit!

18/07/2025: Among the many touristy, rustic trattoria-style restaurants in the area, who would expect to eat one of Rome's best cacio e pepe dishes in a modern and elegant setting just steps from the Spanish Steps? VyNIQUE offers this and much more. Style abounds, quality ingredients, and attention to presentation. We had a puff pastry eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer, followed by a carbonara and a cacio e pepe. For dessert, a fruit soup with sorbet and a citrus crème brûlée. The appetizer was delicious, and we returned the first courses as if they had just come out of the dishwasher. My wife told me the crème brûlée was one of the best she'd ever tasted. To top it all off, the waitress was both friendly and professional. Our only regret was not having tried their Negroni. Until next time, highly recommended!

10/08/2025: After years, I found the same stunning Roman square, with quality food, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere. Very nice. We sang, laughed, and shared. Also, they pay special attention to customers with allergies.

Durante il fine settimane la prenotazione, se non obbligatoria, è fortemente raccomandata. Personale sempre gentile ed attento, menù ricco e tipico della cucina romana con qualche ovvia dedica in più alle specialità del luogo. Conto decisamente ragionevole, congratulazioni

07/08/2025: amazing find! stumbled across this restaurant and it looked closed, but the owner welcomed us in and looked after us so well. .... really funny, charming and helpful. The food was AMAZING .. I'm just sad we found this on our last day in Rome as it was the best pizza and pasta I have ever had, ever!

07/08/2025: Cucina tipica in un ambiente gradevole. Piatti fatti a regola d’arte con porzioni coerenti alla cucina romana. C’è da prendere tutto il menù, noi abbiamo potuto assaggiare le tipiche paste ed una deliziosa trippa. Cucina a vista magistralmente condotta, veloce ed originaria. Nulla da dire se non super top!!! Vorrei tornarci subito!

02/08/2025: The food was delicious. The juice was freshly squeezed. The coffee was tasty, but nothing special. The scrambled eggs and bacon were delicious. The mozzarella toast was delicious. We recommend it for breakfast.

23/07/2025: Cenare da Mario significa immergersi nell'essenza della cucina capitolina, perché questo ritorante offre un'esperienza che va ben oltre il semplice pasto. Ogni consiglio del personale è prezioso, ogni spiegazione rivela l'amore per gli ingredienti selezionati e le ricette tramandate. Il ritmo del servizio segue quello naturale della convivialità italiana: mai affrettato, sempre attento. I piatti sono eccellenti ed anche i contorni, spesso trascurati altrove, qui brillano di luce propria. Il conto finale sorprende positivamente: prezzi onesti per una qualità che supera le aspettative. Da Mario non si va solo per mangiare, ma per vivere Roma attraverso i suoi sapori più autentici. Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.

22/07/2025: Un ristorante speciale, datato con cucina di una volta. Che altro dire, se vuoi mangiare la vera cucina romana sei nel posto giusto.. Camerieri preparati ed educati, cucina di casa con sapori e prezzi onestissimi Carta dei vini fantastica, prezzi più che ragionevoli e scelta tra quasi 200 etichette Torneremo sicuramente Piatti romani, carne tartufo e funghi di livello altissimo Grazie per l ESPERIENZA

31/07/2025: A typical Roman restaurant. Good food and reasonable prices. Long waits and informal, but friendly staff. Visit slowly and without rushing; after all, you are in Rome!

20/08/2025: I went for dinner on a Saturday with friends. The place is cool, with ample outdoor space. The food isn't bad, but it's not great either. The portions are certainly generous, and the dishes are varied; the pasta is fresh. The only downside is the waiter running from table to table with sweat dripping from his forehead, and while putting the pasta on my plate, he splatters sauce all over his clothes and hair (mine). I won't be back. Nothing like this has ever happened to me! I don't recommend it.
