02/11/2025: I went for lunch yesterday with my mom. The food was excellent. Paolo served us, and I wanted to thank him for his kindness and helpfulness. Recommended. We'll definitely be back.

31/10/2025: Thanks to the bonus I got on the website (the one shown in the photo), I managed to treat myself to a little celebration. I didn’t plan anything — just dropped by for dinner. Ended up with tasty mussel pasta and a great mood. The day instantly got better!

20/11/2025: The tomatoes in the caprese salad were half green and had no flavour, the lettuce garnish was brown on the edges, and the bread was old and stale. No care or effort. Very high prices. A tourist trap perhaps.

19/11/2025: I've known this place for over 15 years. It's always a hit. Every time we're in the area, it's a regular stop. Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: Poor quality place, slow service, and rude staff. There were six of us, and she only wanted to cook for four, while the owner said the other two should be watching. We left and will never return. I advise everyone to avoid this dump with the rats outside.

15/11/2025: We had many expectations, but unfortunately they were partly disappointed. We ordered the flagship Amatriciana and Carbonara, plus the cod and fried artichokes. I'd say it was a big disappointment. The Amatriciana and Carbonara had almost no guanciale, and what little there was was small and dry. The cod and artichokes, however, were delicious! I don't think I'll be back!

27/03/2025: Nos encantó este lugar. Visitamos dos veces durante nuestra visita más resentida a Roma. Es un acogedor lugar dirigido por la familia. La comida es genial y el servicio fue espectacular. Todo lo que probamos fue excelente.

17/10/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by our guest house host. It's unfortunate to read some of the reviews here, including from locals, on how this restaurant has apparently changed, but we really enjoyed our experience here, especially as we had given up for the night trying to find something good and authentic and available in nearby Trastevere. We started with the fried artichoke, which I thought could have been a bit more fried, but was still very good. We also had the battered cod, which was a surprisingly large portion, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. As a main we shared the chili chicken, with some roasted potatoes and a green salad, and this was also excellent. For dessert, the panna cotta — which is not my favourite to be honest — but this one I enjoyed, as it was fresh and firm and flavourful. We accompanied everything with a surprisingly inexpensive (€22) and perfectly acceptable bottle of Syrah, and some limoncello as a digestif. Service was smiling and attentive throughout and although the woman at the cash was somewhat 'businesslike' as others have mentioned, we didn't find this at all unusual or out of place for Rome, as that's her job after all, and it must be exhausting dealing with the endless tourists (like us). An older gentleman, who I assumed was the owner, was also present and was very pleasant and appreciative when we complimented him on our meal. So, while I naturally defer to the opinions of the locals, our own experience was very enjoyable, and in a quiet and relaxing location without the crowds and hassles of Trastevere. And for all of that, highly recommend.

19/08/2025: Ichiban Ramen & Street Food 1. Location (Access, Parking): Next to Hotel Marisa 2-minute walk from Rome Train Station 2. Hours (Closed, Break Times, Wi-Fi): Open 24/7, no breaks, free Wi-Fi 3. Friendliness: Not friendly, but not rude either. It's chic. 4. Cleanliness: Overall, it was clean (the bathroom was clean too). 5. Menu & Taste: Ichiban Ramen & Donburi (Meat Bowl) I was craving Korean food and was planning to visit a Korean restaurant, but luckily, there was a Japanese restaurant my family loves right next to our hotel. The ramen we ordered was light, not salty, and delicious. The meat bowl donburi was also delicious, with a sweet pork rib marinade and easy-to-eat cubes of meat. The interior had a Japanese feel, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try Japanese food in Europe.

02/11/2025: My daughters (17 and 19 years old) had to wait half an hour for two pizzas without any extras to take away on a Saturday around 7 pm! The restaurant was only about a fifth full, so the kitchen definitely wasn't overloaded. They were given two dextrose lollipops as a consolation prize – something you'd give to children under 10! A glass of Prosecco, for example, would have been appropriate. The pizzas themselves, however, tasted excellent – ​​a good size with a nice crust.

22/11/2025: Good food, margarita pizza was delicious. Had the Jewish artichokes as well and they were coooked well and crispy. Service was great.

15/11/2025: Very expensive for what you actually get. The baked artichokes and octopus with hummus were very small portions (they didn't even give you half an artichoke); plus, one of the pasta dishes was too salty. Overall, poor value for €50 per person.

20/10/2025: I've known this place for decades, but in recent years, things have deteriorated into a tourist trap in central Rome. Previously, the two owners and brothers, Adriano and Elena, served in the dining room. Adriano, who greets you like he's doing you a favor, is chaotic and inattentive to service. It took me half an hour to order my carbonara, until I discovered a slush of egg and (maybe cream!) sprinkled with grated cheese. The bacon was NON-EXISTENT and cut right down to the rind. A 15-minute wait for a amaro, and almost the same waiting to pay in a nearly empty restaurant. She coldly accepts the money, issues the receipt, and runs away from the register to continue her business without a greeting or thanks. If you're in the area, choose another place.

13/10/2025: Friendliness, kindness, very high quality Roman cuisine, highly recommended, and don't forget to book, otherwise you won't find a table... 😉

28/11/2025: A group of 25 of us were in the area for two weeks of work, and we chose Trattoria Guiduccio every day: a guarantee! The food was delicious and always fresh, with excellent porcini mushrooms and top-quality meat. The staff's hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home, always with a smile and great availability. Thank you for everything, and... see you next time!

28/11/2025: A uniquely furnished restaurant with traditional cuisine, a grill, and a wood-fired pizza oven. Excellent dishes. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: A small but warm and welcoming place. I tried almost everything except the first courses (which I'd love to return for). For appetizers, we had mixed fried fish (original with unusual ingredients like pears, for example) and a portion of fried artichokes, all truly delicious. Followed by three different main courses with side dishes. My dish, prawns cooked like saltimbocca saltimbocca a la Romana (wrapped in prosciutto and sage), was very good, perhaps just a bit too salty. Among the desserts, I strongly advise against the tiramisu, more for the chestnuts than for the fact that it's definitely made with cream, but the semifreddo was good. The coffee is truly special, but they don't have decaf. There were certainly only a few staff serving, which made things a bit slower, but their friendliness made up for it. For all this, plus liqueurs and a liter of white wine, we paid €42 each.

08/11/2025: A modern osteria serving both traditional dishes and slightly revisited ones. Simple and friendly service. I'd say it's definitely a great place to try.

12/10/2025: A small, family-run trattoria like those of yesteryear. From appetizers to dessert, there's no way you can't be won over by their dishes. Casual, friendly service, with genuine interaction, unlike at Michelin-starred restaurants. Don't leave without trying the amatriciana (but also carbonara, gricia, cacio e pepe, risotto with cream of scampi, suckling pig, and roast beef).

17/10/2025: Classic Roman trattoria in the charming Appio Latino neighborhood. Typical menu featuring classic Roman dishes. We had the bucatini alla matriciana, which was delicious. Good white wine by the glass, and the homemade crème caramel was excellent. Service was attentive. Prices were reasonable.

04/10/2025: The atmosphere is typical of classic Roman restaurants. Friendliness and helpfulness. The gricia was perfect, as were the rest, the main courses (especially tripe), and the side dishes. The price was right for the food. It's a regular stop when I come to Rome. A gourmet restaurant.

12/11/2025: Take the B line from Termini and get off at Garbatella Station. It's about a 10-minute walk. It was already decorated for Christmas, making it even prettier. I wondered if it was really necessary to display groceries this beautifully. The prices are reasonable, making it a perfect gift idea. It's best to come in the morning because it's quieter.

12/11/2025: Excellent selection, good-quality products, excellent selection, often overpriced, and very reasonable offers. I especially recommend the cooking classes on the third floor, with both Slow Food and Eataly chefs, all highly skilled and professional. Classes can be booked online or at the welcome desk at the entrance.
