16/01/2026: We are a couple and decided to dine at Restaurant Alessio, where we chose a €45 set menu from the menu. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and far from what was advertised. From the entire set menu, we were served only one salmon and one calamari, without any side dishes and without the salad, even though the menu clearly stated that these were included. In addition, the glasses of Prosecco that were part of the set menu were never served. When we asked the staff why the set menu was incomplete and why the salad and Prosecco were missing, the justification we received was that we had ordered a bottle of wine. This explanation makes no sense, as ordering a bottle of wine should not cancel or replace items included in a fully paid set menu. A serious restaurant should respect what is written on the menu and deliver exactly what is promised. Unfortunately, this experience did not justify the price and left us very dissatisfied.

09/01/2026: Best restaurant in Rome! We first came in 2022, stumbled upon it again tonight, and what a pleasant surprise! Incredible meat, attentive and caring waiters! I highly recommend it! A delight!

20/01/2026: Simply impeccable. Fantastic service, delicious food. One of the best pasta dishes we've ever had. We ordered 3 dishes and all 3 were very good!!! The tiramisu was simply PERFECT!

20/01/2026: Extremely disappointing restaurant. Very bad food, expensive portions. Poor service. And they charged us 6 euros for a fork and knife that we never paid anywhere else. Tourist trap.

07/01/2026: We found this restaurant by chance but were very pleased. The service was average, and the food was good and plentiful. We had two excellent bruschettas, chicory, and four different pasta dishes (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, gricia), all well-prepared. The price was reasonable. The only downside was the big screen showing a game (I personally don't like TVs in restaurants).

19/01/2026: The atmosphere was nice and the appetizer, fried artichoke, was delicious. The first course, gricia (a dish of cheese dipped in oil), was disappointing, and the price was too high for the quality of the dish.

03/01/2026: I feel like giving it the maximum number of stars because not only did we eat deliciously, but they were incredibly kind. Simple dishes made with top-quality products. And in the end, the bill was just €70 for two. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

05/12/2025: A restaurant located on the main street of Campagnano di Roma, much talked about in the northern area, having received several awards for quality. I usually eat here during the week when I can because it's quieter; I honestly can't imagine how crowded it is on weekends. I've tried their dishes at this restaurant many times, always leaving satisfied. Once I ordered excellent cappellacci for a first course, very good cod for a second course, and of course the inevitable mixed fried fish for an appetizer. Another time, however, we ordered fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, which were good but nothing special (I think they were frozen porcini mushrooms), and for a second course, the roasted porcini mushrooms were excellent and fresh (the only downside for me, as I don't tolerate them very well, is the truly excessive amount of garlic). And I always forgot about the excellent and very famous fried fish for an appetizer (including the ever-present fried pear, very delicious). The wine is excellent even in bulk, if I remember correctly; the owner told me it's sulfites-free and sourced from a trusted producer. My companion also ordered the dessert, which was good, but I didn't try it; I prefer savory dishes. I'll definitely be back, as I always leave this restaurant satisfied. Prices are moderately high for a small-town osteria.

16/11/2025: A charming village and a quaint restaurant. Excellent service from a truly kind and charming lady. The food was excellent for what we tried, and the ingredients were of excellent quality. The price is very fair, and it's worth a stop.

15/01/2026: On a cold January day, what better refreshment than Paola's fantastic broccoli and arzilla soup, not only an unsurpassed cook but also a champion of charm. Not to mention the melt-in-the-mouth tomato sauce rolls, just like the ones she made at home for Sunday lunch. Cuisine for people with refined palates. Thank you, Paola.

15/01/2026: The best amatriciana I've ever eaten in my life! 😍 A typical restaurant in the heart of Rome, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was delicious, from the puntarelle to the first courses, truly Roman cuisine done as it should be. Making the evening even more special were two fantastic guys who, singing, entertained us and gave us a unique experience. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

18/01/2026: I had a great time at the restaurant, everything was very good. I had a simple appetizer with some cold cuts and mozzarella, then I had a trio of first courses, really good handmade fettuccine, then I treated myself to a scottadito-style abbachietto and a Roman-style artichoke, accompanied by a nice bottle of Montepulciano, and then finished with a nice crumble. Perfect service, waiters always available, and a really good price for what I ate. I recommend it to everyone who wants to eat simply and feel at home.

22/01/2026: My wife and I had some snacks and wine here. We didn't have a meal. It's not traditional but it's really funky and the wine selection was great and the service was very good. Great for an afternoon or early evening drink. Well done.

06/01/2026: A carbonara…. The egg was completely raw…. A roast lamb with potatoes, served as a nice leg, but raw inside near the bone, 1/2 red wine and water €47 for two…. I expected better.

05/10/2025: Informal place, the fried foods are good, the suppli are excellent, the pizzas are also good. The service initially had nothing to say, but from ordering the pizzas to eating them the wait was interminable.
