I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina romana in Lazio

09/07/2024: Augusto con la sua Osteria 29 é il meglio della cucina romana che ci si può aspettare. In soli tre giorni di permanenza a Roma, siamo tornati ben due volte a mangiare amatriciana, gricia, tonnarelli cacio e pepe e delle squisitissime polpette al sugo. Ambiente accogliente , parcheggio comodo e vino della casa buono. Prezzi giusti e porzioni abbondanti.

21/06/2024: Sono stata a cena con una mia amica. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto dell'oste, una carbonara e un rigatone alla coda alla vaccinara accompagnato da pane e vino rosso della casa. Che dire, super! Tutto buonissimo, cucina romana fantastica. La location è molto carina e ci siamo sentite a casa. Abbiamo speso pochissimo rispetto alle quantità super abbondanti. Niente dolci perché non avevamo più spazio per quanto abbiamo mangiato!

31/03/2025: I have never eaten so badly in my life in Rome and I lived there for a few years. There were 4 of us dining there. The products were not fresh and the pasta was overcooked. The fried starters were reheated but not prepared at the time, the "cicoria" was seasoned with too much "peperoncino" to hide the fact that it was not fresh and the "porchetta" was old and gray, inedible. I had stomach cramps at the end of the meal, just like one of my friends. I definitely won't go back.

11/03/2025: Reduci dalla visita della Necropoli e del Museo Archeologico di Cerveteri, io e mia moglie siamo andati a pranzo, previa prenotazione, in questa trattoria romanesca domenica 9 marzo. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e sistemati in un tavolino per due nelle vicinanze del camino acceso. Piatti buonissimi ed abbondanti- Carne eccezionale e locale super consigliato.

10/03/2025: Specchietto per le allodole! Siamo stati qui, con un bel gruppo di amici, complice l’evento Domenica in Famiglia. Abbiamo usufruito della formula “cestino Pic Nic” preparato dal bistrot: 25€ per gli adulti e 15€ per i bambini. È stato imbarazzante sia per la qualità che per il costo esoso. I cestini erano composti da un 50 gr di pasta scotta e condita con olive, mais, piselli e qualche ciuffo di rucola, un trancio di pizza bianca farcita con melanzane scondite, un trancio di pizza rossa cruda, un mandarino, un acqua e un muffin. Evento con diverse attività per bambini ma assolutamente improponibile con questa formula spilla soldi.

10/04/2025: Best meal we have had in Italy. Wonderful service. Authentic dishes. The carbonara was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

27/03/2025: Well-proportioned place given the wood-fired oven and therefore I ate pizza I expect classic Neapolitan but with surprise I find the classic Roman low flattened maybe you can ask for the Neapolitan Service a little slow but certainly discreet

30/03/2025: The atmosphere is very quiet. The service is certainly more formal and attentive than that of a simple trattoria. The menu offers only a few courses related to Roman cuisine, for the rest it ranges in the search for other regional specialties. Always with attention to quality.

22/03/2025: We had dinner at this very nice place with a warm and familiar atmosphere. Impeccable service, very kind but above all genuine staff. Sunday food, generous and quality portions. Tasty chicken and baked potatoes that few people make in Rome.

15/03/2025: Another place "of the heart". Trattoria de 'na vorta, in the true sense of the word: mother in the kitchen, children in the dining room and at the cash register. Traditional food with high quality and low prices (de 'na vorta, these too). Family dinner with siblings and nephews. Bruschetta with chicory and sausage. Tagliolini with cheese and pepper. White rolls (screaming!) Really very good! Don't ever change!! 👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

25/03/2025: We had dinner enjoying the excellent dishes offered by the restaurant... everything very good. Even for desserts there is an embarrassment of choice. Friendly and very kind staff. Highly recommended.

21/03/2025: Fantastic tavern that reflects the passion of the owner, Patrizia, who I thank for her fantastic hospitality. The food is really excellent... typical recipes executed to perfection... excellent choice of wines and impeccable service. I'll be back. Parking is a little difficult but right in front of the tavern there is a paid garage where you can leave your car for as long as you need.

20/03/2025: Ambiente molto accogliete e personale molto cortese. Eravamo in 5, abbiamo mangiato un mix di antipasti caldi, le bruschette, la carne alla brace, una gricia e vari contorni. Tutto ottimo e di buona qualità. Consigliatissimo!

16/03/2025: Buongiorno,siamo stati in questo locale dei castelli,ci siamo capitati per caso e devo dire che il fato ci ha aiutato...siamo entrati ed io proprietario Angelo con un immensa simpatia innata e cordialità di ha accolti .partendo dagli antipasti caldi,ai primi passando per la carne alla brace devo solo dire una cosa ..siete davvero stata una piacevole scoperta ...complimenti a tutto lo staff...ci rivediamo molto presto ..grandi.

14/03/2025: Unfortunately my experience at "Ridtornare Alvaro" did not live up to expectations. I ordered a plate of spaghetti with clams, but I was very disappointed: only three clams, not much pasta and a practically non-existent flavour. The mushroom pasta was also tasteless, and the mushrooms almost non-existent. To top it off, the lamb was practically all bones, with no meat to speak of. A truly disappointing experience!

17/04/2025: THIS. Ladies and Gentlemen, is THE BEST RESTAURANT IN ITALY ✨✨✨ super heavenly flavours. You literally cannot go wrong with any order!!! Tiramisu was great too! Waiters are suppper fast like we were amazed! Grazie mille signori for the amazing service 😊

16/04/2025: Came for lunch after a visit to Vatican City and this is the best lunch we have had in Rome so far. Pasta dishes are to die for and the place feels so authentic. Highly recommend.

07/04/2025: Semplice locale in zona prati che offre cucina romana di ottima qualità. Staff gentilissimo e simpatico. Ci è piaciuto così tanto che siamo ritornati la sera seguente, piatti ottimi, dalla coda alla vaccinara al carciofo sia alla romana che alla giudia passando per i saltimbocca alla romana. Ottime le paste, sia la gricia con i carciofi che la carbonara. Dolce finale un bel tiramisù che ha chiuso due delle migliori cene romane. Consigliatissimo

07/04/2025: Simple restaurant in the Prati area that offers excellent quality Roman cuisine. Very kind and friendly staff. We liked it so much that we returned the following evening, excellent dishes, from the coda alla vaccinara with artichokes both Roman-style and Jewish-style, passing through the saltimbocca alla romana. Excellent pasta dishes, both the gricia with artichokes and the carbonara. The dessert finale was a nice tiramisu that closed two of the best Roman dinners. Highly recommended
