22/09/2025: Good food, generous portions Terrible service, tonight it was almost ridiculous. The restaurant owner was quite rude. As soon as we walked in, he acted great, constantly cracking jokes, but he couldn't keep up the good work. For 3 Jeffersons, we were on the verge of a fight. I think he should have closed the restaurant. At 9:30 PM, he freaked out about 3 reservations and wanted to kick them out. Honestly, it's the worst restaurant I've ever dined at. Shameful. There were 3 of us.

08/10/2025: One of the better options in the area. Went twice during a few days in Rome due to convenient location and would return again without hesitation.

08/10/2025: A few years ago, I visited here, and although the staff were rude, the food was delicious, and they were kind enough to give me a tip when paying. I returned this time, but I won't be going back. This is the only place in Italy where I felt I was discriminated against. It left a very bad impression on me. I don't recommend it.

27/07/2025: One of my favorite spots for burgers in Rome! I’ve only ordered delivery or takeaway so far. My favorite is the zucchini burger, with the sweet potato one coming in a close second. I tried their hot dog and fries last time, and they were really satisfying too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

13/09/2025: [Migrating review from old account. Visited 2019] Delicious food! Excellent service! Decent price => 5*s! I had roasted vegetables (which is just spinach, unfortunately) and sausage bruscetta -- delicious! Then had spaghetti carbonara, which is done with a beaten egg (the Roman way!). See pictures! These were €6,50 and €8,50, respectively. 1ltr of water is only €2, which is decent.

07/10/2025: I was here for the annual lunch of the Pro Club IIP Ugento team! We had a table of just under 10 people, and we had a great time. The food was high-quality, and the service was impeccable and very professional, obviously in Roman style! Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: A great place to eat. It's hard to tell from the outside, but inside it's well-organized and clean. There are no menus, but the waiter tells you the details. There are no surprises on the bill at the end. The prices are fair, actually competitive. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I was busy eating.

14/10/2025: We loved this restaurant, located within easy reach of the Vatican but off the tourist trail. It's a place where locals eat, offering authentic, honest, and unpretentious Italian food. It's closed in August.

09/08/2025: Very expensive! It's a jewelry store! Only tourists and bourgeois people can go and visit. We walked the whole way around, then bought a loaf of bread, which was very good. For the rest, crazy prices everywhere, on everything from A to Z, from fruit to wine, from meat to soap. Avoid it. And to think that it was founded by Farnetti, a great left-wing manager, products that are in harmony with the earth, but unfortunately not compatible with our poor people's wallets. In my opinion, they could even turn it into public housing. I'll take care of buying eco-friendly and good products, I know really capable producers, with fantastic and delicious products at sustainable prices.

13/10/2025: A restaurant with good potential, but several aspects need rethinking. We happened upon this restaurant on the main street while passing by, attracted by the good reviews. A small restaurant (about thirty seats) with a family atmosphere: the owner and his daughter are welcoming and kind, although the service is a bit disorganized. My companion had a half portion of chestnut and porcini soup, very good but very small (maybe three spoonfuls, for €7). Next, cod with porcini mushrooms, good and a decent portion. I ordered the "old-fashioned meatballs" (€14), expecting a home-style dish with tomato sauce or plain sauce. Instead, I received three fried and breaded meatballs, not specified on the menu. I had to remove the breading, and the result was disappointing. Aside, a portion of salad for €3—literally two leaves from a bag. The wine was very good, but overall we spent €54, and I ended up not eating. The place has good potential, but the portions, menu clarity, and value for money could be improved. The wait was quite long.

04/10/2025: The atmosphere is typical of classic Roman restaurants. Friendliness and helpfulness. The gricia was perfect, as were the rest, the main courses (especially tripe), and the side dishes. The price was right for the food. It's a regular stop when I come to Rome. A gourmet restaurant.

01/09/2025: A quick stop in Rome, we stopped for lunch for a quick bite before the train. The owner was kind and welcoming. Generous and delicious dishes. Delicious appetizers. Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe (with the addition of a special aromatic pepper...) is a must-try. Excellent fish first course, with baby octopus. Perfectly cooked grilled chicken (tender, juicy on the inside, and golden on the outside). Enjoyed it and digested it all. Thank you.
