Arrived before 7:30 p.m. and already no more places. We waited a good half hour before getting a table. We were well received by the owner. Small error on the order which was quickly rectified. Despite this, the service was very good. The Carbonara were the best we tasted in Rome. The atmosphere of the restaurant is atypical and warm.

I had the privilege of enjoying a dinner at the La Carbonara restaurant, famous for its excellent interpretation of the dish of the same name. I was extremely impressed by their renowned carbonara, which I can say is one of the best I have ever tasted. The texture of the pasta was impeccably al dente, while the creamy sauce, embellished with crispy bacon and pecorino cheese, was simply delicious.

On Chiara's recommendation we ate a carbonara and a cacio pepe there and it was delicious, it did not disappoint.

Excellent meal. A little more expensive than average but well worth it, great quality and attention. Attentive and professional service. A table next to us was impossible and they were treated very well. The waiter was very patient. The place is very nice.

Da anni vedo la loro insegna ma non mi ha mai invogliato. Sbagliavo!!! Locale molto carino, servizio molto cortese e veloce e abbiamo mangiato ottimamente. Tutto buono, carbonara ottima, una delle migliori da anni a roma. Bravi
