06/07/2025: Great food, but the wine is served warm, and the waiter did not allow us to order a different pasta per person, he insisted we all had the same pasta as it would be easier to cook (we were a group of 4). However the elderly gentleman who recieved us at the door was extremely polite. The carbonara is great, the prosciutto and melon entree was amazing (a must have), but I do not recommend their version of the tiramisu.

28/06/2025: And if you don't believe it you have to try the old-style trattoria with ultra portions only for eaters of good taste at prices that really have no equal, compliments to the very kind staff and to the mother chef who cooks with heart and you can see it, try it to believe it.

12/08/2025: An incredible spot in the heart of Rome’s Jewish Ghetto! If you want to try artichokes for the first time, you won’t find a better place. We ordered an assortment, and every dish was a true discovery - vibrant flavors, perfectly cooked, and full of love for tradition. Special mention to the service: friendly, genuine, and attentive staff who are happy to give recommendations and help you choose. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food is simply unforgettable. Must visit!

27/07/2025: One of my favorite spots for burgers in Rome! I’ve only ordered delivery or takeaway so far. My favorite is the zucchini burger, with the sweet potato one coming in a close second. I tried their hot dog and fries last time, and they were really satisfying too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

21/06/2025: The hamburger meat is of excellent quality and the hot dogs are exceptional. The french fries are also very good. The owner is a nice and courteous guy.

09/08/2025: Rustic atmosphere, reminiscent of an old-fashioned trattoria, the likes of which are unfortunately rare these days. A wide variety of Roman and Lazio cuisine is served, enhanced with exquisite ingredients like porcini mushrooms and truffles. Outdoor seating is available in the summer on Grottaferrata's main street. Affordable prices; reservations recommended.

19/07/2025: I have to say this restaurant is a real gem...a welcoming atmosphere. Truly exciting food. I had artichokes with a melted cheese cream. Delicious...ditto the pasta...with truffle. The dessert to finish was a delight...the quality and price are average.

21/07/2025: A pleasant discovery in the Acilia area. It was a very hot day for lunch, so we stopped on the outdoor veranda and had a wonderful time, thanks to a gust of wind that picked up two minutes after we sat down. There were only eight other people around us, so much so that I assumed it was a sparsely patronized day. Only at the end, when I went to pay, did I discover that inside, in addition to the small entrance hall, there was another large room full of people who preferred the air conditioning to the breeze. At the right temperature, at that. We ate well. Excellent mussels, excellent traditional Roman and fish first courses. The fried fish was good. The house wine (€10/liter) was also decent: nothing exceptional, mind you, but I found it better than many other trattorias. The menu focuses on Roman tradition and offers a varied selection: 13 appetizers, 12 traditional first courses + another 7 fish-based ones, 7 fish-based second courses, and 13 meat-based second courses, 11 side dishes, and 5 desserts. In the evening, there's also a pizzeria and grilled meats. I'd happily recommend it: prices are in line with local competitors (for a mussel sauté, a paccheri pasta dish with prawns, pancetta, and pecorino cheese, a caprese salad, water, and a portion (⅓) of wine, I paid €42) but, in my opinion, it offers good value for money.

27/07/2025: Hands down the best food I have had in Rome. The cheese wheel pasta was amazing. Was a little worried at first that it was a tourist trap restaurant, but ended up being phenomenal!

01/08/2025: La cena è stata ottima, piatti semplici e con ingredienti di qualità. Antipasto prosciutto crudo e mozzarella di bufala, spaghetti con pomodoro crudo e carne grigliata. Ristorante che guarda alla sostanza e alla qualità del cibo. Lo stile è un po’ datato, è qualche cameriere non sempre affabile, ma nel complesso è stata l’esperienza culinaria a Roma in cui sicuramente torneremo.

27/07/2025: No sabíamos qué esperar. Nuestro propietario del hotel hizo la reserva para una familia de 8 . IT fue difícil encontrar restaurantes para nuestro gran tamaño. Tuvimos una gran experiencia y cena. Nuestra comida era deliciosa y sabrosa de los filetes, mariscos y pastas. IT fue divertido ser atendido por camareros de la "vieja escuela" vestidos con esmoquin como trajes. A todos nos encantó el ambiente y nuestro camarero! Recomendó el pescado especial que estaba delicioso. Mi hijo tomó el filete. Lo curioso es que solo obtendrás el plato principal y nada extra. jaja Necesitarás pedir una ensalada si quieres verduras.

14/08/2025: Really great place I highly recommend, it is NOT a tourist trap, the food is fresh and authentic. The staff was so attentive and kind and the food was delicious. We had Bruscetta, focaccia with prosciutto, chicken with peppers, steak with potatoes, and aperol spritz. Everything was fresh and incredible!

07/08/2025: Delightful and always smiling staff Homemade dishes, but just like being at home, with HUGE portions and very low prices. Considering the quality of the cuisine, I can definitely put it in the top ten of Roman restaurants!
