Il Canneto is a typical restaurant in the Castelli Romani area. I've been there before and I must say it's always lived up to my expectations. Excellent food and very well-organized service. Come here.

17/05/2026: A huge disappointment. The service was rather unfriendly (with a complete lack of local waiters, which is usually taken for granted in a place like this), the prices weren't particularly low, and above all, the food was terrible: dishes were completely burned (and even drowned in oil) to speed up the cooking process and speed up customer turnover. Definitely avoid.
14/05/2026: This restaurant is excellent ! Take a Tiramissu woow!

La Carbonara

08/06/2026: I had the best carbonara of my life: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, an absolute masterpiece! Special mention also goes to the beef carpaccio with herbs: a very fresh, tender, and truly delicious dish. Highly recommended!
30/05/2026: It’s over rated. The service is quite slow and the carbonara is very egg heavy! Nice terrace seating though
