This place was nothing short of amazing from the time we walked into the door! The guy behind the bar immediately greeted us and made our entire experience awesome! This place is clean, the food is really good, and service is great!

Great wood fire pizzeria located in a pretty cool area just outside of the Vatican. Besides pizza they had other typical Roman food, beer, wine and cocktails. Pizza was definitely enough for one, maybe two per order.

At "Amalfi" you eat not well, but very well and everything is really special starting with that pizza which truly has everything Neapolitan. And what about exquisite gnocchi always in perfect Campania style. If you then add the kindness and friendliness of the staff, the picture is truly complete.

Per una volta ho tradito l'ottima pizza per provare il fritto misto e non me ne sono pentita perché è veramente un buon assortimento di specialità tra le quali spicca la pasta cresciuta, tutto ben cucinato e senza grasso in eccesso. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e il servizio è veloce. Lodevole che rilascino scontrino fiscale anche a chi paga in contanti.

Locale tipico di cucina napoletana, vicino zona Ottaviano. Con tavoli all’aperto. Abbiamo provato il tris di montanare, buoni gli ingredienti, un po’ meno l’impasto, così come quello delle pizze, troppo gommoso. Pizza da consigliare: COSTA D'AMALFI crema di zucchine, stracciatella al bufale tartare di gamberi, ottimo abbinamento degli ingredienti. Personale molto distratto. Pulizia dei bagni mediocre. Prezzo nella media

07/04/2024: Returned for a second night's dinner with the family! Excellent food and even better staff!! Great way to spend Easter dinner. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for spending time talking to us about Italy.We are back home in NJ and miss you already! Love the Cassie and Peluso family.
06/04/2024: I really liked the restaurant, it is in a convenient place, nice location next to the Vatican, the prices are decent, the pasta was very tasty, the staff is kind, they know English unlike most restaurants in Italy and the good thing is that there is no service on the bill, like almost all restaurants in Italy.

04/04/2024: Very comfortable environment. The cuisine presented various choices, the dishes are full, the condiments are of quality, while for the pasta I expected something more but the porcini mushroom dish was still good. The prices, even if I refer to Easter, are a little high, let's say around 30 per person without second course but with Easter starter divided into two, first course, half wine, homemade dessert. For the house wine I definitely expected more. It must be said, however, that they were very kind in offering us something extra beyond what we had ordered. The only thing, I would ask for slightly more initial time for the choice but I understand that it could be a catering technique. Well done, rating 7.5
