The food is absolutely delicious — authentic, beautifully presented, and full of rich Italian flavors. A huge shoutout to our amazing waiter Francesco, who welcomed us with warm Italian hospitality and treated us like old friends. On our second visit, we even let him choose our entire meal — and every dish he picked was perfection. If you’re looking for real Italian food with phenomenal service and a true Roman vibe, Tullio’s is it. One of the highlights of our trip to Rome! 🇮🇹🍝❤️ Thank you Piertro from St. Regis’ who recommended and sent us to this wonderful place.

01/08/2025: La cena è stata ottima, piatti semplici e con ingredienti di qualità. Antipasto prosciutto crudo e mozzarella di bufala, spaghetti con pomodoro crudo e carne grigliata. Ristorante che guarda alla sostanza e alla qualità del cibo. Lo stile è un po’ datato, è qualche cameriere non sempre affabile, ma nel complesso è stata l’esperienza culinaria a Roma in cui sicuramente torneremo.

09/10/2025: We went this evening after a long wandering around Rome. The incredibly friendly service and sublime food delighted us and made a great end to a day that had started badly. 5 stars are not enough, go and try it, it's worth it.

11/09/2025: After a few years, we decided to try this trattoria in the Pigneto area again. The menu is very basic, with limited first and second course choices. The wine list is barely adequate for a place that calls itself a wine bar. Among other things, we ordered two glasses of Prosecco, which were brought to us already filled without us knowing which bottle it came from. Overall, much more could be done...

09/09/2025: Some of the most delicious, yet simple food Roma has to offer. The owner /waitress was running the show on her own and doing a fabulous job. Very affordable compared to other restaurants in Roma we have eaten at. You’d be so lucky to dine here as we were. Don’t miss out!

22/09/2025: I visit the site occasionally, usually alone with my German Shepherd, who the staff has become familiar with and immediately brings a bowl of water without me having to ask. I gave it 3/5 because restaurants rated 5/5 are a different beast, but that doesn't change the fact that the food, hospitality, and helpful staff are more than adequate. As for the food, I've always had good impressions, having tried almost every dish on the menu, except for the desserts, which I don't eat. Personally, I love wild boar, porcini mushrooms, and truffles, and if you're lucky with the season, you can try them all in one sitting here! They use chili pepper, but they always ask if it's acceptable and in what quantity. I've never eaten inside to avoid disturbing the dog, and the quality/price ratio is within standard. Parking is plentiful, and reservations are generally not necessary.

10/09/2025: Everything was delicious! The owner was a genius. They were closing and they served us just the same: porchetta, polpette, involtini, tagliere, all homemade and spectacular! Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: Expected amazing quality but was far from that. Service wasn’t great, we had to practically beg our server for some bread and drinks, most of the food tasted okay but had hot and cold spots. The cicoria was disgusting, it was dry and hard (not normal at all). Honestly so so disappointed as the prices are absolutely extortionate, you would expect 5 star quality but I wouldn’t rate it any higher then the other tourist places you can find for under half the price.

16/09/2025: I had wanted to come and try this Lazio wine restaurant for a while but it was always difficult to find a place due to the heavy tourist influx. It may have been a lucky Saturday lunch but frankly I can only give an excellent opinion. Let's start with the service with Mattia who was kind and attentive and was also able to advise us well on the wine, an excellent glass of 4mori, an indigenous wine blend of 4 different vines, a complex and structured but truly pleasant wine. The fried foods (traditional and then mixed fried) were cooked to perfection, did not exude oil and were very crispy. The Very juicy and well cooked artichoke with a pleasant hardness on the palate. But the main dish is the spaghettoni with butter, anchovies and stracciata, phenomenal because it is very difficult to mix these ingredients harmoniously without making a Barbieri-style mapazzone. The bill was correct also because the portions are very generous. Mention for the bread. The place is very chic. In short, maybe try to go back now that there are fewer people. W the Roman cuisine.
