25/03/2026: I visited this trattoria in Ariccia on Sunday and had a truly excellent experience in every way. As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel the welcoming and authentic atmosphere, typical of true trattorias where quality and tradition are at the center of everything. The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and high-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. Each course was a pleasant surprise, well-balanced and rich in flavor, showcasing local cuisine in the best possible way. A great strength is undoubtedly the staff: kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel at ease from start to finish, with attentive but never intrusive service, adding that touch of friendliness that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly positive experience, one that makes you want to return as soon as possible. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and spend a pleasant time in a warm and welcoming environment.

20/03/2026: We ended up visiting Alessio twice during our stay, and that alone says a lot. The atmosphere felt like being welcomed into an Italian home, warm, relaxed, and genuinely heartfelt. It was not just dining out, it felt personal. The food was excellent both times, especially the Roman pasta dishes. Authentic, rich, and full of flavor. A special thank you to Simone and Joseph for the best service experience of our entire trip. Professional, caring, and with a great sense of humor that made us feel truly welcome. You guys are awesome. This is the kind of place you do not just visit once, and we definitely hope to come back again.

19/03/2026: We waited a long time for the food, after we ate we sat with empty plates on the table for a long time because no one came to take them. Arrogant and inappropriate attitude!

08/03/2026: I was in Rome last year and this was the only restaurant we went back to twice, so we returned this year. The restaurant is located 5-15 minutes from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square. The staff service was adequate. The food was delicious. We ordered gnocchi mar i montuno (delicious), potato and sausage pizza, panna cotta, and tiramisu. To drink, we had a glass of house wine and a Coca-Cola. We made a table reservation around 12:15 pm for 1:30 pm on a Monday. When we arrived, there were quite a few tables available. Two of us ate, and the price was €52.00. The only negative was that the restaurant smelled strongly of fish stew.

03/01/2026: We found authentic Roman cuisine, in all its flavor and abundance, here. Tripe, cacio e pepe creamed directly into a wheel of pecorino cheese, and grilled lamb. Definitely the best lunch of 2025. Excellent ingredients, very fair prices, and generous portions.

11/03/2026: Family atmosphere, fast service, traditional home cooking (they also serve fish). We found the restaurant by chance, had dinner the first night, and returned the following days; the most delicious amatriciana I've ever had, a perfect balance of flavors, the "scarpetta" (scraping bread) a must; the lamb chops were fragrant and perfectly cooked, and the Roman-style artichokes were indescribably sweet 😍😍😍 reasonable prices; highly recommended 🔝

15/03/2026: We were looking for a place where we could try deep-fried zucchini flowers, deep-fried artichokes, and supplì, and this turned out to be the perfect spot for that and much more! The host and all the waiters were incredibly kind and thoughtful! The food was delicious and the whole experience felt very “classy” yet homelike. If you enjoy rich flavors and dishes with a hint of nutmeg, this is definitely a place for you.

08/03/2026: My partner and mother in law and I went for lunch this afternoon. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I’ve never experienced such class or attentiveness from the waiters. We weren’t rushed and were allowed to enjoy the food and the environment. I highly recommend the beef entrecôte and the tiramisu (our waiters recipe). We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

09/03/2026: If you want a truly authentic Italian restaurant, do whatever it takes and go to Da Bucatino! A family-run restaurant, generous portions, delicious and authentic food, no frills! It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, where we happened to stay and were lucky enough to have dinner. If we had discovered it earlier, it would undoubtedly have been our restaurant of choice during our stay in Rome. The risotto was divine, very well served, perfectly cooked.

22/03/2026: An excellent spot where Italians and tourists alike mingle, all seeking local specialties. The service is very friendly, and the Roman-style tripe is a pure delight! I highly recommend the zucchini blossom fritters with anchovies and mozzarella—a true delight! The restaurant is spacious and perfectly suited for families.

15/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. I recommend it. The only downside: before the cacio e pepe, they forgot to bring me the artichoke, but as they say in Rome... who cares, who cares! :)
