30/08/2024: Came by by chance. Great prices. Food was excellent! Ambience very nice. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Pizza is still made in an oven with fire. If we had found it sooner, we would have gone there more often. Thanks to the great host!

29/08/2024: Wow great service, delicious food and not busy. I had a white wine and Carbonara which was delicious and recommended by our waiter, Andre. After dinner, we had Limoncello. Most of the other tables had pizza and a few people ordered pasta. A wonderful dinner experience. Will definitely be going back.

18/08/2024: Perfetto per chiudere una giornata in visita a Tivoli. Abbiamo preso Amatriciana, cacio e pepe e abbacchio con cicoria. Tutto molto gustoso e casalingo. Buon servizio cordiale e veloce. Vino della casa mediocre. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

11/08/2024: Era uno dei ristoranti che più frequentatvo, ma una domenica mi è stato portato un primo al ragù per una ragazza vegana . Certo, si può sbagliare e allora gli ho chiesto cortesemente di rimandarmi un primo con un sugo semplice. Risultato? Hanno tolto (e non del tutto) il ragù dalla pasta e ce l'hanno riportata, facendo finta fosse un altro piatto. Il problema è che nel piatto c'era ancora del ragù. Sono passati alcuni anni, per me questo ristorante ha chiuso. Alla fine voleva scusarsi facendomi un piccolo sconto. Veramente deluso.

24/08/2024: Exquisite pasta, especially rigatone amatriciana. Very attentive and helpful staff. We ate very well. The only thing, the 33 ml beer, 6 euros... Good place.

22/08/2024: My boyfriend and I went while visiting Rome. The treatment was very cordial and the older man, although he did not know Spanish in his language, we communicated as best we could and he couldn't stop laughing and making jokes with us, he was very kind and friendly. As for the food, the chocolates for starters, although they were good, I think it is not their main dish and I would not recommend it. The pasta is very good and authentic.

18/12/2024: Sono stata in diversi ristoranti stellati , ma mangiare qui è stata una vera esperienza, dall'aperitivo al dolce ogni sapore era una scoperta ed esplodeva in bocca. Meravigliosa la piccola finta mela, il finto tiramisù, la salsa dei ravioli, insomma scegliere il piatto migliore è difficile. Creatività e bontà che meritano una seconda stella.

10/12/2024: Un ristorante che una volta provato non può che diventare uno dei posti del cuore. Nonostante la ricercatezza dei piatti e della materia prima, il cibo non è mai snaturato e i sapori sono autentici. Il ristorante si presta particolarmente per la stagione più fredda sia per la proposta gastronomica, sia per l’arredamento caldo.

24/08/2024: I went to the restaurant twice for lunch and dinner, in both shifts the waiters were super approachable and spoke Spanish or another language, the pasta is just a little harder but I don't know if it's something typical of Italy, within the scope of the place and the food is very delicious. Only for dessert there was ice cream and fruit, we ordered a coconut and lemon ice cream, very delicious.

26/07/2024: Typical Roman tavern, without too many pretensions. Simple local dishes at a cheap price. With €12 for lunch you can have a fixed first/second/water menu to choose between some first and some second courses. The quality/price ratio is the advantage of the place, so don't expect the cacio e pepe or the TOP carbonara, but overall you will be satisfied. Very particular furnishings, especially because it is all for sale.

19/12/2024: Place that was recommended to us to eat and the truth is that the price-quality ratio is very good, it is true that it is a chaotic atmosphere, a lot of people, tables close together and a lot of noise, which means that you are not completely calm. The service was very fast and very friendly, and the food was also very good, we tried A matriciana and carbonara as main dishes and the truth is that they were quite acceptable. It is true that the carbonara was a little salty due to the guanchale and the amatriciana was repeated a lot throughout the afternoon, but very good. In addition, we tried the burrata which was good and finally a tiramisu, which as in all of Rome does not fall below the mark and this one met expectations. I have to tell you that there are better carbonaras in Rome.

05/11/2024: eravamo entrati certi di trovare il solito ristorante per turisti ma era vicino a dove avevamo un appuntamento di lavoro e quindi ci siamo comunque accomodati. Devo ammettere che poi tra la cordialità e il clima abbiamo subito valutato che pur essendo prevalentemente per turisti aveva un bel calore. Abbiamo ordinato un fiore di zucca e due filetti con patate. Tutto arrivato in tempi brevi e cucinato correttamente. Il filetto ed il fiore molto buoni e di qualità superiore rispetto alla media dei locali turistici di zona. Non le abbiamo assaggiate ma ho visto delle pizze orride passare credo fatte appositamente per i turisti. Prezzo decisamente conveniente.

28/09/2024: Bueno, me quedé atónito con la calidad de mi filete. Con salsa crema y pimientos verdes. Mi último bocado sabía mejor que mi primer bocado. Así de bueno fue. Puedo recomendar este lugar, o al menos el filete de filete
