31/05/2025: I had been looking for a while to eat at this trattoria that I had heard was good; well it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is cozy and small so booking is recommended. Kind and smiling staff. The food is good I ate a very tender oxtail stew with a cocoa-flavored sauce a nice surprise. I haven't tried the first courses but I trust they are excellent. The citrus artichoke is special, the roasted peppers are good. Overall a good dinner worthy of a second evening, I recommend it.

27/05/2025: This place was recommended by the taxi driver that drove us to our hotel nearby. We landed in Rome at 7am and walked around the neighborhood for a couple hours since our hotel room wasn’t ready. Despite our best effort to kill time, we still found ourselves standing in front of the restaurant 30 minutes before their opening time. The lady who was setting up the tables was kind enough to let us sit down inside. She brought us a bottle of water and we waited until the kitchen opened at 12:30. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the dish of the day (chicken cooked with red peppers). Even the house pour red wine was good. We will probably come back again before we leave Rome.

02/06/2025: Lo encontramos de casualidad. Se come súper bien! Hemos repetido dos días, Servicio muy bueno, muy amables. La comida estaba muy rica. Cerveza de 600 ml a 4euros. Comimos 4 adultos y 2 niños.

11/06/2025: This was the best meal we had after a week touring Italy! We ordered the cacio e pepe and carbonara to try the dishes Rome is known for, and the pasta was fresh and the sauces were perfect. the tiramisu and lemon cake for dessert were also divine. Such a cute little spot with incredible food.

11/06/2025: Sooooo slow!! The waiters were very friendly but quite slow, and the food was average... Nothing special! That said, it's one of the few places in this area that takes reservations.

06/04/2025: Ristorante situato sulla via Aurelia. Sono andato con mia moglie e mio figlio. Non abbiamo ricevuto il menu. Abbiamo chiesto cosa ci fosse di primi piatti e dopo avercene illustrato alcuni (volevamo mangiare quelli con i carciofi) abbiamo ordinato 2 fettuccine gricia e carciofi e un timballo di carciofi (senza sapere il prezzo), pero' ci hanno detto che c'era un po' da aspettare e se volevamo prendere qualcosa dal carrello degli antipasti. Non volevamo gli antipasti ma vista l'insistenza abbiamo scelto io e mia moglie un carciofo a testa e mio figlio i peperoni. Praticamente un carciofo euro 14!. Peccato perché i primi erano buoni e il personale nonché il titolare cordiale ma l'assoluta mancanza di trasparenza mi fa emettere un giudizio negativo. Non ci tornerò di certo!

01/06/2025: Truly a pleasant experience. I had lunch inside, (but there are also tables outside) to be able to talk with Simone, the owner of the restaurant together with his mother. I tasted a fair and balanced carbonara. One day you find rigattone and one day spaghetti decides the identity of the chef Everything becomes fantastic with the indication of a red wine from Montefalco to pair with the dishes of the day. In addition to quality, in this restaurant I also found culture. Finally, they proposed a typical citrus bitter of great class that I applauded.

02/06/2025: It had been described very well to me, so I had certain expectations. The sushi was not bad, nor was the porchetta. The rest disappointed the expectations I had about the food. The service was excellent and the location very pleasant. My overall judgment, considering the quality/price ratio, is a full pass.

01/06/2025: Siamo tornati dopo 10 anni stessa formula In più passano tra i tavoli con dei piatti spadellati express. Il cibo è vario ma non sempre rifornito dopo le 21 , in linea generale la qualità e’ buona ma non eccelsa, i carciofi erano brucati la carne alla griglia dura però non possiamo dire che non soddisfi i palati. Peccato che sia solo dentro e non aprano all’esterno.

13/06/2025: I ordered fish. A fish that hadn’t even been cleaned of its scales was brought to me with just a quarter slice of lemon. That was the entire service. If you’re going to eat fish here, don’t expect anything more. It was honestly the worst, rudest, and most disrespectful service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I absolutely do not recommend it. But if you still want to go, it’s up to you.

12/06/2025: I've firmly resolved not to write bad reviews. But this restaurant forces me to. The ambiance is good. Successful. The food is a matter of taste – some people love it, others less so. I'm of the latter variety. The worst part of our visit, however, was the service. Unfortunately, the waitress changed during our visit around 4 p.m. Unfortunately in two senses of the word, because the "changeover" was unqualified, rude, and incompetent. The restaurant experience was ruined within seconds. Thank you for that.

10/06/2025: Trattoria recommended to me on the subway by a gentleman sitting next to me. We ate fabulous linguine with lobster. Too bad I met him before leaving Rome, because I would have appreciated something else, next time I'll come when I arrive. Recommended

08/06/2025: I love this place, I always want to eat fish when I'm in Rome, I only go there. Their first courses are abundant and delicate in flavor, cooked well. The buffet appetizer is excellent, but if you want to be spoiled you have to try the imperial. It is difficult to find parking, so be careful and it is better to book if you go during "peak" times because this restaurant is very popular.

15/06/2025: Excellent quality food, our waiter who I seem to remember was called Marco, was very kind and very friendly, however it was hot and the prices of the appetizers were not worth what we paid.

11/06/2025: Typical Roman place well frequented very friendly owners. Typical cuisine (a bit heavy) abundant dishes. Small garden at the entrance and veranda. My favorite room the one on the right, less chaotic.
