I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina romana

18/08/2024: Attirato dal fatto che il ristorante era aperto nella settimana di Ferragosto, altrimenti avrei scelto sicuramente altri locali, siamo andati in famiglia al St.Ana. Alla scelta tavoli in strada oppure dentro, abbiamo preferito entrare visto che ci hanno proposto l’aria condizionata costo le temperature tropicali all’esterno. Ci hanno fatto accomodare in una sala sottoterra che sembrava una cantina arredata stile circo senza alcun nesso architettonico e di stile e purtroppo anche l’odore era da cantina. Trattandosi di Osteria, mi ero recato qui per la cucina romana, ma dal menu ci si accorge subito che di Romano ha ben poco tranne 1/2 piatti e con prezzi folli anche al di fuori di Roma. Abbiamo preso una Carbonara a testa che era so buona, ma senza lode e con una quantità che farebbe infuriare qualsiasi romano! Forse ho sbagliato locale e sono entrato in uno che fa Nouvelle Cuisine?!? Alla fine siamo usciti totalmente delusi e pure con la fame, con un conto pagato salato! Tipico locale trappola per turisti americani a cui spennano 70/100€ a testa illudendoli di aver mangiato meglio con termine di paragone il loro cibo da fast food.

14/08/2024: Service was great and staff very friendly. We loved the white beef lasagna. The lemon ice cream was a great finale.

04/08/2024: 1000% Roman cuisine! Very high level of general professionalism. Wonderful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. The owner, Fabio, and Giampalo the Chef are like Laurel and Onlio, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill so be careful because you will laugh non-stop! The raw materials used are very fresh and of the highest quality. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Roman cuisine from Rome a thousand percent! Highly recommended.

28/07/2024: I WAS THERE A LONG TIME AGO AND I MUST SAY THAT I HAD A VERY WELL DINNER WITH TYPICAL ROMAN DISHES REALLY PROFESSIONALLY MADE! HIGHLY DIFFICULT PARKING! BUT IT IS WORTH IT SO I CAN ONLY PROMOTE IT AND RECOMMEND IT

08/08/2024: Very good restaurant. I initially came for the dessert - vino santo e cantucci, and was amazed by the delicious dishes. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was great. It’s off the beaten tracks and is totally worth it for a more authentic experience

26/08/2024: We sat outside but the street is quite quiet so that's fine; good and rather fast service and good dishes. We tried appetizers and first courses on this tour and were satisfied. We'll see each other again!

07/08/2024: Discovered this hidden Gem on a Blog post. After having some really bad experience in Rome before this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is good and the staff really nice. I would recommend going with a starter first because they are really tasty and second because the portions are a bit small. Would definitely go here again!

14/08/2024: Excellent experience, we had two first courses (Fettuccine, garlic, oil, chilli, cod and almonds; and octopus salad) and they were really delicious. Of quality, prepared with care and attention. A typical and characteristic place to escape from the usual tourist places. Lovely and very helpful staff!

07/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in San Lorenzo, it seems to be in the streets of the centre. A wonderful cross-section of Rome. Plus add excellent Roman cuisine and excellent very low and very light pizza and you're done. Congratulations everything delicious

10/08/2024: Let me start out by saying, I don't know if I've had bad pasta anywhere in Rome, so this definitely isn't outside the ordinary for my Rome restaurant reviews. They're on another level here! At the Old Bear, I had the Spaghetti amatriciana, caprese salad, muscles and tomato bruschetta. I guess the worst part was, the pasta was cooked just slightly north of al dente, but definitely was still delicious. The muscles tasted like they were same day caught, and the mozzarella was so incredibly fresh! The bruschetta wasn't anything to write home about, but it wasn't bad either. You definitely can't go wrong with Old Bear!

13/08/2024: We went to this restaurant for dinner with friends, recommended by the hotel where we were staying. Even though we hadn't booked, they immediately set up a table for us inside the restaurant, which was very nice and took care of every detail. Exceptional food, from the appetizers, to the first courses and the second courses, everything reflected the typical Roman cuisine. Definitely a stop to do if you are in the area, highly recommended!!

12/08/2024: I dined outdoors, the menu offered is anything but obvious. As a first experience we stayed on the classic: we took the Tasciotto starter, the fine fish and the truffled carbonara, remaining surprised at every course. To return to continue the discovery.

06/08/2024: As soon as we arrive, before sitting down they ask us our preference for the table, because the other one was less bright and while we are sitting down they tell us to go to the latter one because it was more comfortable for them. We order burgers for 5 and focaccia, some appetizers (tall and fried) and after a while they tell us that there are no burgers... absurd, they have very few dishes to choose from!! They bring us the wine and fill the glasses like in a tavern. In the end we ate a platter each and some fried food, even in a hot environment!! Never again

25/07/2024: Beautiful food. Very quiet when we visited 8.30 weds evening. Staff were lovely food delicious and average prices. May return this week.
