28/08/2025: Rosso DiVino treated us to a wonderful dinner. We discovered it by chance, but returned by choice. His careful selection of ingredients, his knowledge, and his attention to detail in the kitchen and on the plate make eating a culinary experience. The best carbonara I've ever had, which is always a must. We'll definitely be back to try all the dishes and be amazed every time. Bravo, chef!

26/08/2025: Perfect dinner. We dined here after reading some reviews of local restaurants, and I have to thank them for their excellent service. The owner, a kind and gracious man, welcomed us warmly and was extremely helpful. The restaurant is very well-kept and pleasant. As for the food, everything was perfect; the truffled potatoes with taleggio cheese and crispy guanciale are a must-try!

18/09/2025: Every dish is excellent. We find ourselves in a typically Italian atmosphere. The servers are super helpful and professional. I highly recommend the tiramisu. A little tip: come at opening time to avoid the crowds.

15/09/2025: A must-do if you're visiting Rome! An authentic, family-run restaurant with pasta that sets it apart from other, more touristy restaurants. Definitely try the tiramisu!!!

07/09/2025: The restaurant has good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but my experience was somewhat marred by the service. After ordering two beers, I felt constantly pressured by the waiters to quickly order my food. At one point, one of them even raised his voice at me to tell me to hurry up. This made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I suggest the staff be more patient and give customers space to enjoy the moment, without feeling rushed or pressured. I'm sure this would make the restaurant experience even more positive.

13/09/2025: This restaurant is fraudulent and terrible, avoid at all costs. It uses its interior and the piano man to hide the poor quality of the food. The owner microwaves the meals and pours wine differently from advertised. When discussing it with the owner he got aggressive and confrontational. Avoid this tourist trap and don’t waste the chance to have a nice meal in Rome on this horrible man and predatory business practices.

07/09/2025: An excellent experience in Campo dei Fiori, which stands out among the crowd of tourist-friendly "osterie." Fresh, handmade pasta of excellent quality. The oxtail stew was excellent. Prices are a bit high: two waters, two first courses, a coffee, and a liqueur are €60.

06/09/2025: Amazing and small place, it wasn't busy because we arrived at opening but it filled up very quickly, The pasta is amazing al dente. It was delicious on another level The desserts were also wow Prices are also really reasonable compared to Rome, not tourist prices.

26/08/2025: While traveling from Sondrio to Naples with my eighty-year-old uncle and aunt, I decided to avoid a long traffic jam on the highway and stop in Ariccia to try authentic Italian porchetta. We chose this fraschetta and were thrilled: delicious porchetta and a truly tasty cacio e pepe. Highly recommended! This place will forever remain in my memories thanks to the owner Martina and her story, which touched and captivated us. Best regards, Adriano

20/09/2025: Highly recommended! My friends and I went last night for dinner. We had a wonderful meal, from appetizer to dessert; the dishes were carefully prepared and plentiful. Special thanks to one of the owners, who looked after us from start to finish with great attention: a kind and passionate person, who truly exudes a love for his work. We'll definitely be back!

06/09/2025: Today I ate at Ripa 12 in Trastevere, recommended by a friend. Here are a few points: 1. First-class hospitality 2. Very well-organized tables 3. Menus featuring the freshest seafood 4. Extremely professional and courteous service 5. Excellently cooked food 6. Prices are very reasonable, compared to those of high-end restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality and, above all, for the good food, which is not easy to find in Rome's historic center. I recommend it; it's truly worth it. I'll gladly return. Thank you for everything. I forgot to mention the desserts, which are exceptional, all homemade.

04/09/2025: It was indeed a great experience, tasting real Italian Margarita Pizza. The service was great, atmosphere was friendly like a home and cheap prices equal to what you see on the menu, and above all it was so clean. Will be back again!

31/08/2025: Perfect finale to a wonderful week. The talent that is in the kitchen is clearly working with an unfair advantage. The chefs skills here transcend any experience I’ve had in Roma. The parmigiana transcends any in the world while the carbonara truffle pasta is beyond compare. My biggest complaint is I will never be able to eat these dishes without reminiscing about the experience w our friends at Arco. In fact they may be responsible for us coming back to Roma sooner than planned. Yes, it is all your fault!

03/08/2025: Friends of our wanted to....man you don't care about the story you wanna hear about the food. Got you. Long story short i would let someone slap me with the fish i ordered before i ate it. Thats how good it was. My lady got the Carbonara since she wanted to fight me for mine last time and i share enough in our relationship. I'm treated like the dog at the table anyways because her stomach can barely fit 7 grams of food. So i knew i'd get half of her plate. But anyways i had a kinda gazpacho on the side of my fish and it was savory and impressive. Dario, cool guy, also paired our food very well and all 4 of us were very happy with the food. The eggplant appetizer was worth the walk through the city. Sorry i don't remember what we ordered but its been two weeks and i remember the emotion in my heart while chewing more than i remember the flavors. Lemme live. Eat here if you care about your life.

12/09/2025: We LOVE this spot. We ate here twice on our trip we loved it so much. The guy who runs it is such a vibe. It feels family run. Excellent lasagne and carbonara. Highlight of our trip.
