20/08/2024: Had a very good experience at Vladimiro where they have a wide selection of dishes (not only pasta and pizza). Attentive staff, lovely atmosphere and very good food. The lamb and salmon were both delicious and flawless. Not so much to criticize, if you are in the neighborhood give it a try.

06/08/2024: Watch your purse! We were eating outside on the patio and 2 guys came right thru the tables and got someone's purse. The staff called some plain clothed cops on a Vespa to try to find the criminals. Food was great like everyone said. But be safe!

18/08/2024: I did not know who was my server. Very impersonal. Poor English. They insisted on selling expensive bottled water. Food was mediocre. Small portions. Surprise charges from a mute older man. Just grabbed and processed my card without a word. I thought that such surprise charges were illegal.

14/08/2024: Ambiente molto ospitale, personale gentile ed attento. La carbonara, l'amatriciana e la cacio e pepe sono consigliate! In generale un'ottima esperienza con cucina tipica italiana.

13/08/2024: Forse è un locale più adatto ad una bella mangiata di carne alla brace d'inverno che venirci nella torrida estate romana. Infatti fanno bella mostra di se i tagli di varie razze bovine in vetrina. Noi abbiamomoptato per la pinsa (buona) e la trippa (ottima). Servizio professionale e grande simpatia del cameriere e della garbata signora gestore(?). Prezzi in linea con la qualità. Unica pecca l'aria condizionata visto che fuori ci sono delle ventole e dentro l'aria è soprattutto verso la parte sinistra lasciando il caldo per i tavoili a desctra dell'entrata. Comunque un'ottimo posto per la ciccia e dintorni. Parcheggio custodito.

26/08/2024: In una calda estate abbiamo deciso di cenare in questa osteria perché spinti dalle discrete recensioni. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo all'esterno. Materie prime discrete e personale cordiale. Unico neo amatriciana con pochissimo guanciale e soprattutto due mezzi involtini di numero. Capiamo la crisi....mah....potremmo fare di meglio anche aumentando di uno due euro il prezzo Nel complesso non malaccio. Location anonima rispetto a quelle che possono vantare lo splendido panorama di cui gode Frascati.

13/08/2024: Dans une salle climatisée et pleine d'ambiance, les serveurs sont aux petits soins et chantent même à tue-tête quelques fois ! Nous avons très bien mangé (pâtesgricia et cacio e pepe plus vin maison) dans ce restaurant qui accueillent aussi des touristes que des italiens. Y aller dès l'ouverture car ça se remplit vite.

13/08/2024: One of my favorites in Rome! Roman food with a touch of creativity. The menu changes depending on the season, but everything I tried was delicious. Very good prices for the quality of the food. The place is quiet, nothing pretentious, but what makes the atmosphere and experience unique is the incredible attention and kindness of everyone who works there. Without a doubt I will continue to return!

27/08/2024: The place looked promising and we sincerely thought about some unforeseen event, on a day that wasn't the best, considering it was Saturday, with numerous customers at lunch. The review, however, cannot be fully favorable due to a couple of important errors. Let's start with the positive notes. Characteristic, sober and pleasant place, with numerous outdoor seats in a small alley in the center of Frascati. Very polite and welcoming staff, helpful and attentive. Regarding the courses, worth mentioning is the good selection of cheeses and the excellent bruschetta with colonnata lard. But then the sore points arrive. Despite the place being full, two service errors were still not admissible: After the starter, the main course is not served first to the couple at the next table, who arrived about 40 minutes later! Considering the very similar orders, there is no valid organizational justification for something so annoying. Even more serious: you spend half an hour waiting between the starter and the main course, but never, ever serve a dish to a diner about 10 minutes after serving the other! Despite subsequent apologies, both diners are forced to watch the other eat! Two important service errors which, in any case, would have been mitigated by the good quality of the dishes served. Instead, the trofie with speck, courgettes and cherry tomatoes, the dish that arrived 10 minutes later, which you expect "in white" and crunchy, arrived in a red and very oily "guazzetto" (perhaps also with stock cube), in a preparation that has nothing to do with the Roman tradition. A generous dish, too, in terms of quantity and abundance of seasoning, but definitely not appetizing. The most significant mistake of all, however, was that of the carbonara which arrived 10 minutes before the trofie. Burnt bacon, overcooked egg and overcooked half sleeves! We're sorry for the mishap in the kitchen, which we hope is occasional, but a dish like this shouldn't be released in the dining room! Sin! Because the raw materials and the location are there, as well as the courteous and attentive staff.

25/08/2024: Welcoming place, attentive and helpful staff, excellent food, truly satisfying dinner. I will return without a doubt, I recommend trying it.

16/08/2024: Good little restaurant...quiet in a small alley...the pasta is good and well cooked...the burrata is nothing more... Good value for money. (No extra for cutlery...but you are given bread and breadsticks which you are charged for in addition.....not excessive 1.5E/person but the manner...not very commercial)

13/08/2024: Good restaurant in a pedestrian street near the center. Typical food OK, however we are not a fan of the caccio e pepe pasta.

13/08/2024: Good quality village tavern. The products are local and well prepared in the Roman-Maremma area. The cacio e pepe and gricia are more than valid and served in the tonnarello variant. The classic fettuccine with white wild boar ragout is also worth a try, tasty but not excessive. The braised Cinta Senese pork cheek is very tender, yet firm. The side dishes are good, but a dutiful emphasis goes to the artichoke alla giudia of Roman declination, crunchy and well drained, in short, not to be missed. The desserts are all delicious: zuccotto, tiramisu and three chocolate semifreddo. If you are in the area, it is a location not to be missed in a village that is extremely nice to see and with a special view of the Grosseto Maremma. Prices are average (€€).

08/08/2024: Typical home-made and very tasty cuisine. Very warm welcome, we came to take away but ended up eating because the cook and the waitress were so charming. Simple but delicious!

Il signor Emilio e suo figlio accolgono i clienti con calore e semplicità, offrendo piatti caserecci preparati con cura e passione. L'atmosfera è genuina e familiare, lontana da inutili fronzoli. Qui si assaporano piatti "vecchia scuola", I prezzi onesti e riflettono la filosofia del locale: tanta sostanza e zero orpelli. Da Emilio è un tuffo nella Roma autentica, dove il buon cibo si accompagna a storie e aneddoti raccontati dal proprietario stesso. 09/07/2024: POSIZIONE: trattoria storica del quartiere Nomentano ; SERVIZIO: cordiale e disponibile effettuato anche dagli stessi proprietari; PIATTI: i piatti che abbiamo ordinato non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative anche se si percepisce un fasto passato..., alici fritte un po' pesanti, involtino con patate in umido che poco ricordava "quelli " della mamma ..., saltimbocca con taglio di carne sbagliato e un po' duro, funghi trifolati insapori, quartino di vino ordinario ed acqua minerale. BAGNO: piccolo e datato; RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO: € 55, inadeguato.
