09/07/2025: It was recommended to us by the place we were staying at, and I have to say, IT'S EXCELLENT! Even though we arrived late, the owner was kind and helpful. The ingredients were excellent, and you could taste the chef's passion in the dishes. Just steps from the highway exit and the train station, it's worth a quick stop!

30/07/2025: A truly beautiful place, where you can enjoy the view while eating outside. The food is incredibly delicious and everything is beautifully presented. The service was very friendly. We had a very pleasant evening.

27/07/2025: We spent a pleasant evening at this restaurant with a magnificent view. The food was excellent, as was the service. The wait was minimal. At the end of the meal, they offered us wine donuts. For appetizers, we ordered two fried primo sale pasta dishes with pork loin and fresh figs (delicious!), a maritozzo with burrata (excellent!), and a selection of cured meats and cheeses. For our first courses, we chose the carbonara (we asked for it with short pasta) and the cacio e pepe with lime (both excellent). Finally, we had a lime and coconut bavarois.

30/07/2025: Excellent restaurant just steps from Termini, away from the usual tourist hub. Delicious sautéed vegetables, a Cadorna appetizer to share, and superb tripe (you have to like it peppery). Excellent house wine! For those who love it, they have a huge list of bitters. Fairly priced.

29/07/2025: Qui si può assaporare l'essenza della vera cucina romana: il locale è arredato con un gusto rustico che gli si addice perfettamente.La cucina, anche se può sembrare "spartana", è invece di alto livello: ogni piatto è cucinato e presentato con cura, e in ogni boccone potrete sentire il vero sapore dei migliori ingredienti.I vini sono eccezionali, il personale simpatico e gentile ed il conto più che onesto.Provatelo!

05/08/2025: Era tanto tempo che volevo provare questa "hosteria" (tra l'altro ero l'unico della famiglia a non aver mangiato qui visto che figli e moglie, in occasioni diverse l'avevano già provata e me la consigliavano continuamente). Finalmente sabato 2 agosto c'è stata l'occasione per un pranzo estivo. Devo dire che è andato tutto perfettamente. Il locale è il tipico ambiente romano che ho conosciuto sin da bambino (anni '60). Servizio molto rapido e gentile. Il menu è molto ricco e alla già apia scelta della carta si aggiungono alcuni "piatti del giorno". Il menu prevede piatti di terra e di mare, con un'attenzione particolare alla cucina romana della tradizione. Molto buono il vino "sciolto" della casa, che consiglio. Ottimi i fiori di zucca e le alici fritte, buono il supplì alla mozzarella di bufala. Ottimi i tonnarelli cacio e pepe, molto buoni gli strangozzi ai frutti di mare. Non ho assaggiato il petto di vitello alla fornara, ma mia moglie l'ha gradito molto. Buona la crostata ricotta e visciole. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Locale consigliato!

03/08/2025: Everything was delicious, the staff were kind and friendly. The quality of the ingredients was excellent; the Roman-style tripe was a must-try. The desserts were superb. Prices were slightly above average.

11/08/2025: Mixed experience: the food is good, but the service leaves something to be desired. A table reserved for 10 p.m. The restaurant was almost empty, but we waited 30 minutes after being seated to be taken. Furthermore, the waitress misunderstood our order, even though we had pointed to the menu precisely to avoid misunderstandings. When we went to talk to her about it, she refuted our words, blaming us for the mistake. As a result, we paid for dishes we hadn't ordered or eaten due to this misunderstanding. In short, the food is worth it, but the customer experience needs to be reviewed, especially if you don't speak Italian well or are a tourist. P.S.: Avoid the terrace; the tables are wobbly.

02/08/2025: While it would be highly unlikely to compile a statistic about the best Italian cuisine, Emilian cuisine is at the top. Indeed, it could be said that Emilia is synonymous with good food. And the name certainly lives up to expectations.

Carlo, the chef, never fails to delight his guests, both with the exquisite dishes he prepares and with his presence, which shows all the passion he puts into his work. 22/06/2025: Osteria dall'ottima cucina della tradizione romana. Locale impeccabilmente ben arredato. Il proprietario è una persona squisita come tutti i piatti che si possono assaggiare. Il personale dipendente non è da meno... ragazzi educatissimi e perfetti nel servizio. Io purtroppo non bevo vini, ma a chi piace, sicuramente troverà una cantina ricca e di qualità. Non mancherò di ritornarci quando ne avrò occasione. Bravi!
