When we first approached the place, there was gentleman, likely owner or manager, gave us some discriminatory behavior and looks. That was unpleasant. We did have a reservation. We did get seated in the hallway next to the kitchen doors. The rest of the dinner was normal with our servers. They worked well together. My seafood pasta was good and appetizer. His meat dish was mediocre.

Amazing food. The Calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had. Nice crisp with great flavor. My Wife had the lasagna and it was some of the best that I have had in along time. This is a place that I would definitely comeback to. The Campari spritz and the Martini definitely did what they needed to do.

This is the restaurant closer to the Trevi Fountain. I went to another branch of the restaurant. The carbonara might be too salty for Japanese tastes. I wonder if the pasta is handmade? It was just average.

20/05/2026: A small trattoria between the Trevi Fountain and the Quirinale Palace. We had fried food (including a perfect Jewish-style artichoke) and four first courses, lasagna, and amatriciana. Simple, tasty, with excellent ingredients, cooked according to Roman tradition. Fresh, homemade desserts Attentive and friendly staff, fair prices. Mark it in your diary to return 🎀
18/05/2026: A cozy little restaurant. Service is fast, despite the large number of customers. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is delicious. I highly recommend it.
